Seriously No-Nonsense!
I had bought these socks years back and was down to my last 3 pairs. I have found them again, ordered them, questioned the quality, but I am reassured that it is still top notch! I could not find high % cotton, low cut socks anywhere of this quality. I will definitely buy again in white next time.

Not the same
Like everything else in my life these socks were great and then they changed them and now they’re not. I don’t know what they’ve done but they are different and they are falling apart after one use.

Size 10 Women Slips
I ordered these really hoping that they would stay over my heel in my walking tennis shoes. However to my dismay I constantly find myself digging down my heel and trying to pull the sock up I would not buy these again I’m gonna go back to the ankle sock this is my second try with these I love No nonsenses, and I’ve been trying to buy them in the stores and can’t find. I appreciate Amazon selling them!

Comfy, but a little too large for a size 7
These socks are very comfy and the elastic around the ankle is not too tight like their thicker socks are. However, they are too large and the heel space rides up the back of my heel above my shoe. I am a size 6 1/2 to 7 shoe size with narrow feet. I still love them and I think if you’re a size larger than me you’ll be fine. I just wish they came in different sizes.

THESE ARE THE SOCKS!
They arrived on time & in perfect condition, like expected. No nonsense socks are the only ones that I enjoy wearing since they’re thick and very comfortable. I’ve worn many socks and none have made me happier than these. They don’t make my feet sweat after constantly moving for various times of periods during work. I have only been able to find them online since Walmart stopped carrying them 2 years ago, but I’m glad that these are still around.

My search is over…
I have been searching for lightweight, no show black socks that fit well that are durable and comfortable. I have tried many different brands including Hanes and hated them all. These are perfect. They don’t slide off your feet like many others do and they don’t cut off the circulation in your ankles either. Highly recommend.

Decreased Quality
I have to admit I am very disappointed with the decrease in quality of your new socks.I have been buying your socks religiously and exclusively for 10+ years. I just bought more white and black no-show socks and they are completely different than any of your older ones, and unfortunately much lower quality.They are thin, don’t have the arch support band, don’t have the extra padding under the toes and heels, don’t have an extra lip on the back of the heel which helps prevent blisters, and they are much bigger and come up higher on my ankle (aka are not no-show anymore).I’ve attached a photo of my old No Nonsense socks next to the new ones I just ordered.They are supposed to be the same size, but you can see how large and thin the new ones are – and without all of the added cushion/features of the old ones.

VALUE FOR MONEY
I wear them all the time around the house. Love them except they tend to shed and I quickly get a hole in the toe. Would like to find something I like as well but without those problems. Still like them enough to keep buying them. Strange! What can I say?!?

They’re nothing special
Not sure why the material is like fraying after wearing and washing? I’ve never had socks do that. No holes so far over the last couple of months but they just feel low quality. Just basic, cheap socks.

NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL!
I recently purchased these socks because I had bought this brand of socks before, a long time ago, and they were perfect, but this set that I recently purchased is nothing compared to the ones I had bought before, they’re way thinner and they runs bigger. I’m gonna keep them, but I’m disappointed.

Comfort
Cotton blend is very important (more cotton the better) for comfort and durability. The NoNonsense below ankle black sock is the only brand that has the 70/30 mix. It is very comfortable and soft.

Great Go-To Sock
This is a good go-to black sock. It is not very thick, and I wouldn’t wear it for athletic wear, but they are soft and comfy to throw on with a pair of sneakers and go! The fit is true to size, and they stay smooth on my foot.

A lot of nonsense
These socks cannot be no nonsense brand. I tried on one pair as soon as they arrived, and the fit was all wrong. They are not cushioned as stated and they have a large a fit. I have no nonsense socks as they are my all time favorites! I compared the socks I have to the socks mentioned here, and even the the printed words on the toe area of the socks looks different. Bottom line the quality, the size and fit and look are not the same as what I know and own.

Good Brand, thin material though
I like this brand a lot, but I like the “soft breathable” socks better. These were a bit more thin and slippery in feel. They do not have as much insulation as the other kind. Wish they were more cushy. But they are a nice fit and length.

Comfortable

Great socks
I love this brand of socks- I hate that they no longer sell them in the smaller size. One size from 4-10 may work for someone size 8-10 but they are way too long for someone who wears size 4-6. I wear a size 6 to 6.5 shoe and these socks are way too long. I am very disappointed that this company has decided to ignore the needs of smaller size feet customers to just save money. Put the customer first and don’t be greedy. As much as I lived this brand and wore it exclusively for years, I can longer find them to fit so I will no longer buy this brand. This makes me very sad because if you can get them in the correct size they are an amazing sock!!!

Love These Socks
There just heavy enough to protect your feet from your shoes, but not too heavy. They fit well, but do not show above your sneakers. I definitely recommend them.

Thin material and run small
A couple things about these:1) I wear a size 8-1/2 but on the “small” side of it. I ordered women’s to fit 6-10 and I doubt seriously if they’d fit someone with sz10 feet. They’re a stretch to fit me, IMO they run small. They do stay on my feet though, for the most part.2) They are thin material, not at all cushy.I haven’t noticed any quality defects yet but they’ve only been worn/washed twice.

A Bit Less Thick Than Formerly
I actually like the slightly thinner fabric: it makes the socks more malleable, especially after washing, and the air circulation is enhanced. They feel more comfortable and grip the heels of my feet a bit better (rather than sliding down into my shoe). If you liked the thicker socks, be warned: these are lighter and airier, thus less warm.

I love Nonsense socks!!! They are the brand I stick to. These are the perfect weight, not too heavy, not too thin. They stay up so I don’t have to pull them out of my shoe.

Great, soft, comfortable socks!
I live the thickness of these socks. They are very comfortable and fit the proper shoe sizes well. I have worn these socks for years. They no longer carry them at my local store. I wear mostly cotton due to skin sensitivities. I do wish the 9-12 size was also available for my daughter’s size 9 feet. The heels wear out quickly on the smaller size when she steals my socks! I’m a 7 1/2 and they fit me perfectly!

Not the same
If you are like me and were excited to see these available because you have been ordering them for years and are finding it hard to get them now, you’re about to be disappointed. These are not the Ahh Said The Foot socks you have loved for years. They are soft, but have that thin mesh-feeling breathable stuff on them and no lovely thick cushion on the sole like I have bought so many times before. This will date me, but it’s just as disappointing as when they came out with the “New Coke” and everyone hated it. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Bring back the comfy thick sole socks!

Cheap quality compared to previous editions.
No nonsense down graded the quality of these socks. I have 3 pairs from a few years ago that look identical but are definitely a thicker, better quality sock. I ordered these expecting the same socks. 😕 not so. Not happy about they but I’ll keep them and just continue searching for the perfect little black sock again.

A no show with more cushion
No nonsense 9 pair I rec’d were not as described on website. 60% cotton, spandex, etc. What I saw described and ordered was 76% cotton/algodon, 21% nylon and 3% spandex. I returned the lighter-weight socks for a refund which Amazon Smile did. After searching further I found exactly the ones I was looking for. I require a sock with more cushion. Rec’d my new order and they’re just perfect.

They’re perfect!
These no show socks are perfect! They’re not heavy or thick so they’re just right for warm to cool weather. The fabric is soft but they don’t slip at all in my shoes, or even when I wear them around the house with sandals. (I know that’s totally wrong for fashion, but it’s so comfortable!)

Comfy and great fit!
My favorite and will always be my favorite brand of socks, I do recommend flipping them inside out and then washing them or you will have little black fuzzies but that’s all right. Great fit and very comfortable. These are good all year round. Not to hot or cold (depending on shoes).

Too Thick for my Taste

EDIT:I’ve worn these a few times and they are already getting holes in them. (Around toe area)It’s so hard finding high percentage cotton socks, it’s a shame, bc they would have been my go-to purchase for socks.I made the mistake of getting more, before waiting to see how long they lasted………………………..ORIGINAL REVIEW:(They are definitely better than Hane’s, that are now 98% polyester socks).FALSELY ADVERTISED: Not 76% Cotton, only 60%-I’m desperate for affordable cotton socks. These were advertised with a higher cotton count of 76%. But what I got was 60%.-They fit my foot (female size 10-11)-A bit thin.-I can’t find any other brand with a high percentage of cotton, that I can afford, so I’m forced to keep them since other brand’s cotton blends are in single digit percentage these days.
