Surgeon Recommended
I needed some minor support after hernia surgery, and this garment worked very well. I purposely ordered a size smaller than usual, and they fit well and provided the additional support I needed. I will probably order a few of the right sizes next because I like them.

The perfect shorts
The media could not be loaded.
Actually bought these for a friend who is a good 6 inches taller than me. They fit him perfectly! Perfect for gym workouts and wrestling practice. Underarmour is THE best brand for all occasions, the moisture wicking works like a charm! (Got them wet in the video on purpose)

Really comfortable
I got these to wear for when I go to the gym or running outdoors. They are really comfortable and nice and stretchy as well. They keep everything nice and tight and have a great compression to them. Would definitely recommend as they are high quality and well made and have lasted me quite a few weeks and workouts now.

Great fit, comfortable material
Purchased these for my son who prefers good, quality material that conforms to the body. He has a 32” waist and said the mediums fit perfectly. These aren’t the short boxer briefs but the ones that come to the mid-thigh. Comfortable and breathable for all seasons. Elastic waistband is soft, he said. Does not shrink after a cool washing cycle and dryer cycle immediately after washing.

Great fit but tight
I’m not use to wearing compression gear. Obviously they are suppose to be tight. Definitely great to wear while on the treadmill! Picked up the blue pair! Great value!

A Perfect Solution…
First off, these are top notch, have great colors, and feel durable. I put a pool in my backyard and decided it was time to update my 15 year old Walmart swim trunks so I visited a few websites and decided I’d form brand loyalty with “Salt Life”. I knew I wanted the board shorts and didn’t need another set of trunks with a net inside (I decided on Columbia shorts with the net). I prefer board shorts and they are so much more comfortable however I don’t care for the lack of support and probability I’d be the guy from “Friends” in the coffee shop that Phoebe was dating. Boxers underneath are an option but they take forever to dry and will inevitably cause an apocalyptic rash. So, I set out to find an alternative and decided on these. Low and behold they work perfectly and I now have a pair of these for every set of board shorts. These do increase the time it takes to dry unfortunately, but they won’t wage war on everything sensitive and they dry faster than boxers.Update 9/17/2023: Just ordered and received a third pair of these. They are sure pricey but I love them still. Each pair is holding up great and still fit well.

Great compression shorts
Use under my jockstrap when sparring and they are so comfortable.If you’re in between sizes I would say get larger size though or it might be too tight on waist. I had to exchange for larger size because of this.

Chafing. Don’t expect to get much life out of them.
I have purchased 8 pairs so far. EIGHT. I started off with 5 pairs and then replaced 3 that were torn on the inner thigs because of chafing after around 5 months of daily use at work and then the gym after.Some might say that it’s my fault they’re tearing, and they’re right. I still absolutely love these shorts and think they’re extremely comfortable. Just wanted to put a disclaimer for all my chafing buddies interested in these.

Careful with white. Suggest wearing a white jock or thong underwear underneath. Somewhat see through for colored underwear or when going commando.

I really like the included pocket for holding your phone. Much better than having to either hold your phone or leave it in your shorts where it bounces everywhere. This is my 2nd pair. 1st pair still going strong. Would buy again.

Great compression shorts
Getting back to the gym after years off because of Covid, I needed new shorts. These are a little lighter weight than some earlier versions but the elasticity was pretty good, the fit was great and a bonus pocket for your phone. I love these and will probably buy another pair so I can have one in the was while using the other,

Compression Shorts Are Tight!
With apologies to Ryan George, the UA Heatgear Compression Shorts fit and work perfectly for me. I’m reluctant to purchase another brand, so I will consider buying a few more pairs to spread throughout the week and between washings.After the initial wearing, my lower back and thighs were noticeably not as fatigued as usual, although I did approximately the same amount of walking as the day before. I was worried I’d gotten them a size too big, but I could feel their presence throughout the day without discomfort.These are on my wishlist for an additional purchase!

These are the greatest shorts!

Bought for hubs vasectomy
Bought these for my husbands vasectomy as they said he needed tight compression underwear after the procedure. He’s a size 32/34 and I bought a large. He said they were right around his thighs but not so much in the junk area which is where he needed it. So for what we bought them for, it wasn’t a success. However, he does like them and they look and fit nice otherwise. But if you need or want them to be tight around your junk, size down.

Solid Under Armour Gear
My only issue which is more of manufacturing issue is that I find the material a little thinner than it used to be. I’ve been buying Under Armour compression shorts for at least 15 years & I think the quality has decreased over the years. It’s still very good but I think it used to great & well worth the money.

Best Compression Shorts After Vasectomy/Varicocele
My doctor told me I’d need to wear compression shorts after a vasectomy related surgery. I initially bought the $10 Hanes compression shorts, but they were horrible. Bought these hoping for better results. Yes, they’re expensive but they’re fantastic. You get what you pay for. I bought 5 pairs and I just bought two more. I’m 6’4”, 270 lbs and bought XL-Tall. They fit like a glove.
