Seller ships defective products
Watch had been opened prior to shipment. Security zip had been cut-appeared to be a returned item. Watch does not charge, return was approved but seller will not pay for shipment. Contacted Amazon Customer service, they reached out to seller as did I. Seller is not responding. Seller ships defective products and does not want to pay for shipping on defective products.

Useful but unrealistic
My 5yo daughter got this for her birthday. It was packaged very cute and arrived promptly. It looked just as pictured and she liked the best that it’s face could go from dialog to digital. She also liked the pedometer (which made her want to run around that much more) ….the problem is the directions advise you can’t get it wet AT ALL. That included washing hands – which is unrealistic, especially now-a-days. The watch face is huge and was larger than my daughters wrist. She said it hurt to wear it because it was so big. Returning.

Overpriced
Got this watch for my niece. She loved it, for about a day.It is a playful looking watch that lets you know right away it is meant for kids. It is colorful, bulky and, well, Frozen themed. Then again, if you’re looking at these reviews, chances are you are intentionally wanting to buy a Frozen themed toy for your kid.The interface is, also, very colorful and inviting. Most kids will surely love it.It comes with a few games that get old super quickly, though this will largely depend on what your child is used to playing with.It has a camera that will keep your child entertained for a bit until they either get tired of the bad image quality, or run out of space.Sadly, I am unable to comment on battery life and reliability, as my niece no longer likes to wear or use this watch. My main complaint, however, is that this “dumb watch” costs more than many full featured adult smart watches you can find in Amazon. I guess you pay a hefty Disney tax on this one.

Great smart watch for kids!
I got this for my 8yr old daughter as a birthday gift and she absolutely loves it! It was super easy to set up, you can easily access the settings straight from the watch. I love that it’s easy for her to use and it has the digital clock as well as the analog clock. You can change the settings to their liking. It has games as well as a camera for pictures and videos. The only downfall we have found so far, is the battery life. It runs down fairly quickly if she’s playing the games for a long period of time or taking lots pictures and videos. But on the plus side, it does charge back up pretty quick. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Oh my goodness, my granddaughter was ecstatic when she opened this Disney Frozen touch screen watch that has many extra features on it.It offers different games, track your steps, along with giving you the time and more!

Over priced base on feature and durablility.
Touch screen has slow response time. Not a lot of features. Time setting is not very intuitive. Not water proof; water can easily get into the holes on the side for the speaker. Don’t think this will last long.

Broken after only 1.5 months
Got this for my daughter for Christmas 2022 and it already will not turn on (Feb 2023). She didn’t drop or get water on it. Went to charge it and when we went back to get it the screen would not turn on. Very sad daughter. Only had it for a few months,

Great
This was a 5th birthday present for my child. She loves the watch greatly and plays with it often. However the screen is prone to scratches and cracks so you need to be careful with it. Overall, this watch is great for its price!

Bigger than Apple Watch
I got this watch for my friend’s 2yr old daughter because she loves trying on my Apple Watch which is already huge on her… this watch is much bigger than my 44mm Apple Watch! Returning but I wish I didn’t have to! 🥺

Not very functional at all. Don’t waste your money.
Comes with a terrible and extremely tiny instruction manual. It doesn’t provide much useful info. The watch itself has one button, and you’re expected to use the tiny touch screen to access features or adjust settings. The touch screen is not very responsive at all. When you have to press it or tap it, it doesn’t register most of those touches, so you sit there and tap it 100x like a goofball trying to navigate the different pages or to adjust things like date and time. At the end of the day, my 4-yo loves it because she loves all things Frozen, and after monkeying around with it for way longer than necessary, we got the date and time set accurately. So it works to tell time, but don’t count on getting much use out of the other features. She will be bored with it after 10 minutes, I’m sure. It’s realistically worth about $5-10. I wish I had known.

Cute watch needs easier strap.
Could use an easier strap for child to be able to put on themselves. Otherwise it’s nice and seems to last long enough battery wise. Pedometer works, I have my daughter jump on trampoline with it.

My daughter loves this watch! And we love it because it’s helping her to learn to tell time as well as how to read larger numbers. And of course, she really enjoys the ability to take pictures.

Happy 5 year old
My daughter used her piggy bank money to get this watch. She’s quite happy with it. She has a hard time switching the watch faces on her own, but it is easy to help her with. She loves the memory game, the calculator, and camera – although it is pretty tough for her to get a clear one…. it makes the noise before it finishes taking the photo so she doesn’t keep holding still. Otherwise she seems happy with it.

Really poor video quality.
Although I wasn’t expecting 4k quality on a $35 watch, I was hoping for something usable. The picture quality was extremely poor. On top of that, the user interface was just a little too advanced for my 4 year old. The watch wasn’t difficult to navigate, but my daughter did have some trouble and lost interest very quick. This will be going back.

It is very nice and showy
It looks very nice, with some apps inside besides the clock. It is not a tracker. The only thing I would complain about is the size. It us rather big, bigger than a male Apple watch and it is supposed to be for children?

Great gift for niece who is a massive elsa fan
This was the ultimate gift for my niece! It is decently functional as a smart watch and lets her play with different devices, ranging from camera to small games, but her favourite part is the calculator. She loves the little accessory on her wrist. If you have a little techie who takes phones and watches all the time, then this is perfect.

1 POINT FOR THE UNCLE
Bought this for my niece, she uses everywhere she goes. Its pretty well made and has fun stuff on it for kids. THIS WATCH IS A FROZEN BUT THE COLD NEVER BOTHER HER ANYWAY.

It’s affordable, 4/5 rating, cheap camera.
Got this for my 8 year old. She wears it almost every day and plays on it enough to charge it every other day. I charged it about 3 weeks before Christmas and it held a charge well. Camera is terrible, but I paid 400 for a razor phone with the same camera in 2004. it’s why I gave it 4 stars. For the price it’s what I expected. An affordable way to see how responsible she can be with her tech. Band will fit babys or adults, it’s a big watch but works fine for kids.

Cute but not worth it at all.
The first thing you notice is how nice it looks packaged up. It’s a gift that whoever you purchased it for is going to get inside and love it. However, the item it’s self works very poorly, the games are so blurry and you can barely play them. For the cost I didn’t expect it to be clear and perfect quality but I expected it to work a little bit better than it did. Needless to say after troubleshooting and see if the error was on us, we just put it aside.. Not worth the struggle
