FAVORITE sweaters

Really nice
This was for my husband. I bought him one in a different color last year and it became his favorite sweatshirt. He says he loves the feel (size and softness) of it. It does look great on him. So glad i found the exact same kind on-line as they are no longer sold in the department store i found the first one in. It was the ‘feel’ of the first one that made me want to buy that type in the first place. Wish they had more colors as i would definitely buy more

I like it.
It fits as expected.. I looks great. But it is worn with light colored pants and there are tiny black fuzz balls on the pants and shirt worn under the shirt. I hope after a few washings this will stop.

It’s okay.
I have a great Columbia sweatshirt that I love and I keep trying to find another one by them that is as heavy and well-made as that one. This isn’t it. This sweatshirt looks perfectly nice with a pleasant color, but it’s lighter weight than I would like and it only took one wash for it to start looking a little rough on the surface. (The older one still has a nice surface 3-4 years into owning it.) This one is fine, but nothing special.

Looks and feels good.
I like Columbia products, have quite a few. This is well made and comfortable to wear. The navy blue looks good as does the Night Wave with khaki jeans. I am almost 6′ 2″ and weigh 238 pounds. I ordered the XX-large as I like a little more loose fit plus it hangs over my OWB holstered S&W 9mm, keeping it concealed. One thing, wash before wearing as it has a slight smell.

Nice, a bit tight and color a bit lighter than in picture
Arrived early, looks nice, is comfortable and warm. Two things to note:- I got Large, my usual size (I’m 5’9, 170 lbs, average build), and it’s a bit tight. If you’re going to be layering up and wearing it over another shirt, consider going a size up.- The color, defined as “black cherry”, is great but a bit different from the picture. It looks dark purple here, but is “regular” purple (halfway between black cherry and burgundy, I guess) in reality. I do like the actual color but it’s lighter than the picture.

Soft and Comfortable

It really is tall
I’m 6’1″ and 300 lbs. Most sweatshirts I buy in 3X are too short through the body. (I never pay attention to sleeve length because I always cut off the sleeves.) So I saw this one and it was 3X and Tall! Oh, the excitement! But, guess what? It really is big AND tall. Too tall. The hem comes down almost to the bottom of my butt. I think if you’re 6’3″ or taller it would be a better fit.

Hole
I ordered 3 Columbia sweatshirts in different colors. Arrived quickly. Only problem is the raw honey has a hole in the arm seam. I can sew it myself, just unfortunate to have to fix something brand new out of the package. Otherwise, color and size is just fine.

Soft and durable
I purposely bought XL tall to be comfy lodging shirt. I also have a regular XL that is more fitted for me for going out. I will say, this shirt is very warm and really good to wear for colder weather!

Runs smaller than previously
I purchased this to replace the exact same item from Columbia. The previous one is a Medium, and it’s a bit baggy. The new one is quite a bit smaller, tight enough across the chest that it was difficult to take off!Quality otherwise looks good. I’m exchanging it for a Large.

Better than expected o_O
I opened the package and 1st thing i notice is that new package smell from Columbia, but seriously, i don’t know why but i am always surprised and grateful that i get the tags in with the package. i guess because i did not go to a local store to get this. Now for the real stuff, The feel of the Crewneck is amazing to me, it has a great feel to it. my cousins call it a cashmere sweater lol. so i try it on and it fits nice. maybe the sleeves are a little baggy but i think that is normal. my neck does not get that tight uncomfortable feeling like certain sweaters or crew shirts do. It keeps me warm and cool at once so im never too hot or cold, funny cause there is snow everywhere right now. All in all, sorry if i went on a rant, but i am completely satisfied with this and i will buy 1 more for me and 2 for my cousins.

Great Sweatshirt
I love this sweatshirt. Ordered in a couple of colors. The fit is good and flattering. The material is nice enough that I throw a collared shift underneath and wear it to the office. OR just as useful relaxing on the couch with sweatpants. I like that the bottom isn’t billowy like so many sweatshirts these days. Very soft, and feels sturdy and well made. Fairly warm as well. Nice!

The black is not the pretty one
I thought it could be a more beautiful black color, it’s as if it has already been used, like a dark gray. I bought for my husband in Christmas and I felt kind of sad that is not so pretty. Anyway it fits well and he likes to use.

Black Columbia Men’s Hart II Crew Sweatshirt – purchased for my husband – being worn by me – great for the winter!
I purchased 2 of the black Columbia Men’s Hart II Crew Sweatshirt, Black – they were for my husband as I’d worn a couple of his black Columbia cotton shirts – one I ruined with bleach. When these arrived, discovered they are more like a sweatshirt – a little heavier – and, I got these 2 shirts and he kept his old ones. I love the feel, inside and out, of these shirts.

Great if you look like Gumbi
Just like all the other clothing manufacturers yesterday’s medium is the new XL. No matter what body size I get- even tall the arms are too short. So this will fit great if you are full in the center with short little stubby arms.

It’s a sweatshirt. But it’s THE sweatshirt
This is the second time I have bought this exact same style of sweatshirt. I didn’t buy it again because the other one eventually wore out. I bought it because I dropped some weight and the damn thing looked like my grandma’s muumuu dress. These sweaters/sweatshirts are top-notch and maybe my favorite piece of clothing produced by Columbia. I will buy again and again because the comfort, stitching, and fit are perfect for this big boy.

Much thinner than the original
Ehh ok. My husband has this sweatshirt but he’s a big man and I was always wearing it. I loved his so much I bought one in a smaller version for me. I guess this was the updated version of his. It’s much thinner and of cheaper quality. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice sweatshirt but not a 30-40 dollar sweatshirt. This has the feel of a basic 12 dollar you could pick up at a Walmart. His was heavyweight and super durable as he’s had it for years. There’s no way this one would last as long as his. 🙁

sizing was way off
I bought this as a gift for my husband, but had to send it back due to the pullover being 2-3 sizes off. I ordered an XL because he has the same shirt in a different color but was bought from academy a few years back; however, this shirt for more like a medium than an XL.
