I’ve purchased at least 15 of these shorts
I workout in my garage daily and I live in Texas. My garage is not air-conditioned, so I need thin shorts so I don’t die.These shorts are comfortable and lightweight and the perfect length.I have been on a weight loss journey so have purchased every color in size L, XL, and XXL.I recommend checking directly on Champions website as you will likely find a lower price there.One word of caution – sometimes the sizes are inconsistent. For example, I have a pair of these in L and XL that both fit exactly the same. But they have a good return policy so it’s not the end of the world.These are my go to running shorts!

Has deep pockets.
These shorts are not as satiny smooth as some gym shorts, and the elastic is a bit tight, but they are fine. They have side pockets deep enough to hold a mobile phone.

Perfect fit

Straight leg
I bought men’s shirt because I like a longer inseam. Therefore the butt and hip area are not as curvy. Can NOT squat in these shorts. I wear Women XL and got a men’s Med

A Size or Two Smaller than other Champion Shorts bought at the same time
These are MUCH smaller than another pair of Champion Gym Shorts that I bought at the same time.Both pairs are marked “XL” but these are at least 2″ smaller in the waist. and hips.I intend to lose weight, so I did not return them, but the lack of size consistency is shocking!

TERRIBLE fit and material
The material has no stretch and feels very cheap. It’s very tight around the groin area. Honestly these shorts are terrible. Spend a little more money for a better pair than this.

Ripped 20 min after i put them on
They look great and I like the fit but they ripped the first time I squatted. I ordered them in medium because I wear a 34 waist which matched the size chart but, they have no stretch and fit a little tight. Would definitly go up a size or try other shorts next time.

not quality garment
I ordered the small size, and the waist was fine. The legs, however, were too wide, certainly for someone with a small waist (I am size 28). The material was very thin, though the shorts do have pockets. I bought these for an extra pair of tennis shorts, but will keep them to wear around the house,

Cheaply made
Material really thin which is nice for hot summer but it’s very flimsy and the stitching is barely there. Was disappointed being from Champion. Products seem to be made cheaper these days.

The newer Mesh 9 inch shorts are different then previous generations
These gym shorts used to feel different, now the outside mesh even feels different. The new ones this year are much tighter on the groin, and they are even longer. Im not kidding. I have different generations of the 9 inch mesh gymshort, and the new ones keep falling down and go below my knees. Same size and everything No thank you.

Great shorts for the money
Nice lightweight material. Perfect fit for running, working out, and I also wear them casually with a tshirt and sneakers. Bought one in every color. I’m 6’7, 225lb, 35″ waist. I bought size Large, perfect fit in the waist, shorts hit a few inches above my knee. I wanted something a little shorter than the usual basketball style shorts I usually wear for workouts, these are great.

Surprisingly Solid Choice
These shorts surpassed my expectations. They are light and comfortable. Two pockets, one on each side. Surprised to have a back pocket with zipper. Great for cell phone. I walk with these shorts daily. Planning to order more with different colors. Thick band with draw string. Affordable and highly recommend.
