    Very Useful Portable Power Bank

Having a Power Bank is an absolute necessity for me. I’ve purchased many power banks over the years and have found Anker products to be superior in quality, longevity, and ease-of-use.I keep this Power Pack in my school bag everyday. It gives me peace of mind and power as needed.

    Helpful battery pack

I’m always needing to recharge my iPhone on the go so idk why it took me so long to buy one of these. I’ve bought several Anker products & have been happy with every one. My only suggestion is including different charge cords for the different phone brands.

    Compact charger that charges fast

This is the most compact battery pack we own and we have quite a few. It charges iPhones, iPad and Samsung Galaxy phones really fast.

    Love it

Charges our phones quickly and we probably get more than 2 full charges out of it. Our house was fighting over who got to take it on outings so we had to buy another.

    Easy to charge and use

I like the slim size and ease of charging the power pack. I also like that it is white, easy to find in my purse.

It charges your devices very quickly

I like this charger because it’s sleek and not cumbersome. Easy to use and charges devices in about 30 minutes in some cases. For the price, it’s a bargain.

    Solid Anker charger

I’m giving this 4 vs 5 stars for two reasons..1 – very annoying that you need to push the button in order to start the charging process. Very easy to forget to push button and this was not the norm on prior Anker chargers that I’ve had2 – I’ve had other 10K chargers and I’d say others have lasted longer than this one. Can’t prove it and haven’t timed it but just a gut feeling.Still a great unit and I like the flatter design and it totally does the job.

    Travel with Confidence!

Took this charger with me to a trip to Ireland/Scotland recently. It was my lifeline with my phone. I would charge it at the hotel at night and then have my phone plugged in throughout the day while sightseeing, in the airport, on the coach bus, etc. Excellent quality and I highly recommend!

I’ve Been Quite Pleased with this Power Bank

Anker makes great products and this is one of them. It’s not a super duper power pack, but has enough power to extend the duration of my electronic devices.

    So far So good

So far, I really like this charger. It’s not too big or too small making it easy to carry even in my smaller bags. It charges pretty quickly and holds the charge for a while. My only “issue” and the reason I gave 4 star over 5 is that I believe I received a used or returned charger. The device itself was dirty and had lotion or grease stains on it. The tape on the packaging was dirty and torn like it had been opened and replaced. So I’m hoping that maybe it was just returned because it wasn’t needed versus being returned for being defective. I will update in another 30 days(or sooner) if it stops working for me. Overall, I’m pleased with the device just not the condition it arrived in.

Anker Portable Charger, Power Bank, 10,000 mAh

This is a must if you travel or even if you are at your kids games all day and don’t have access to outlets at the ballpark or gym. All my kids take them when they travel with their teams because at the end of the day you want to make sure they have a way to call mom to pick them up. Also for my older kids that travel internationally a lot they have them and love them. Battery back keeps its juice for a long time and it charges your phone or tablet quickly.

Great except no device charging from USB-C

I had a PowerCore Slim 10000 PD that I loved but lost while traveling. It looked nearly identical to this, so I jumped when this went on sale. However, it is NOT the same. The main reason I removed a star is for the features this charger is missing that were on the PowerCore Slim and other chargers in this price range.I did not pay enough attention to the clearly-worded description that the USB-C is only to charge the pack – you cannot use it to charge devices. Only the USB-A port can be used for charging – the micro-USB is also input-only. You can also charge only one device at a time with this one. Charging power is 12w, instead of the 18 on the PowerCore.I still like this, and if I had not previously experienced a better product from Anker and other brands for the same cost I probably would have rated this 5 stars.

    Best portable charger!

I love this Anker power bank and have bought several of these for my wife and kids. I travel frequently for business and never fail to reach into my bag when the phone or iPad is getting low. It can charge multiple devices on one charge, and it really seems to charge up my iPhone much quicker than plugging it into a wall outlet. I highly recommend this and other Anker products.

    Slowest Recharge -> Fastest Rechagre

This “brand name” charger is not what expected. It took the whole day just to recharge the charger and drained so fast on just one single phone. Not worth the time and money to invest for a portable chargerUpdate: Support reached out and worked to have the unit replaced. The new one came in time and worked perfectly. Much appreciate the brand support to remediate the charging issue. This issue might be just one off . Otherwise the rest of other Anker products always have good reputation.

    does the trick

The charging brick has two types of ports which is great for sharing and it’s pretty light so it’s convenient for sliding into a pocket. I wish it came with a short cable to charge your phone with in addition to charging itself. Other than that, it’s got two full phones worth of charge on it so it’s perfect.

    Highly recommend for traveling

Been using this for a month, so far my impression of this product is pretty good. The power bank seems to last at least 3-4 charges for the 14 pro max. And it’s toward the lightweight side for power-banks at this size. The only thing that I kind of dislike about this is probably the lack of output ports. Saw the pictures and thought it supported type A and type c. But after receiving the product, only the type A was output, the other two ports were for input for recharging the device.

Charged my iPhone XR twice and my GoPro battery before going down to 1 bar. Very thin and lightweight compared to the solar models. Definitely recommend for a single or two night camp especially if you have a way to recharge it before heading out.

Thin profile for a 10,000 mAH battery

This is a slim battery with very good capacity for its size. Most batteries of this capacity are twice as thick. This really can fit in a jacket pocket comfortably. But it is a somewhat heavy so it will weigh down a pocket. And, during black friday, it was very reasonable compared to other 10 AH batteries.

Another necessary item for the traveler

One doesn’t really expect while traveling to not encounter electricity but I imagine it can happen perhaps in the Hinterlands. I bought this for Europe, used it in the States, and it worked quite well but never to really used it in Europe because I didn’t need it.Don’t regret it, when I need it it’ll be a godsend.

    Works Great! Quality Build!

Like all Anker devices, this battery pack is well-engineered. Putting 10,000 mAh into a housing the size of a cellphone is impressive. That capacity is enough for two full charges! However, one must understand that such power density leads to charging and recharging times that are longer than fast chargers. But don’t fret … even a few minutes will give your phone a saving kick! I cannot speak for how long the battery will last, but for the price, the typical battery life of 2-3 years justifies the cost. Knowing Anker quality, it’ll likely last longer!

Good Size and Quick at Charging

I initially bought this last winter in preparation for a 3 month backpacking trip through Central & Eastern Europe. It’s slim and can easily fit in your pocket if needed. Many times I would find myself walking around with my phone in one pocket and this in the other, cord hidden beneath my coat. The bank itself charges relatively fast and I could get maybe 4 days of charging my phone off one charge of this. Which n hindsight I suppose is decent, but at the time I was kind of annoyed every time the bank ran out of juice. But that’s not even mentioning how fast it can charge my phone. Even now, I still use it at home just because it charges my phone so much faster than any other charger I own. It’s a solid charger and definitely worth it’s sub-$20 price tag.

Will not maintain charge in newer phones under heavy use

We used this on vacation while using our phones (a Galaxy S22 Ultra and a Galaxy S20 FE) to take pictures. The phones continued to discharge when coonected — the only way to get them to increase charge at all was to stop taking pictures and put them in our pockets. It’s better than nothing, but if you plan to heavily use a newer phone, you may want to get something with faster charging capability. As always, it’s an Anker device so it’s high quality — we have two, one that’s newer but another that’s several years old now. Both work fine besides the slow charging.

    Great Power Bank

I’ve used other Anker products in the past. This one is just as good. It holds a good amount of power and is streamlined in its size. It is a bit longer and heavier than other power banks I’ve had but overall, I do like it.

Great for Short trips and Lighter Weight

If you’re a day trip traveler and don’t want to drag around a full sized charger bank, get this one. I’ve used Anker products before and I’ve always been satisfied with the quality of the products and worth what I paid for them.As much as I love the bigger power banks, for smaller trips, the bigger ones are a little cumbersome and can get weighty. This one is the perfect size for day trips. It’s slim, small and lightweight. Perfect for a small purse or a backpack for power up when battery life is running low. Powering your device doesn’t take all that much time. I was able to power my XS from 30% to 75% inside of 45 minutes which is good enough for me. I’m completely satisified with this one and I’ll be taking this one with me overseas when I’m out sightseeing during the day.

A good choice for a compact power bank

This unit is great for a full day’s use. It definitely charges my iphone 15 if dead, and it’s pretty quick too. Be aware however that it’s only a usb type charger, it does not support usb-c plugs. You can only use usb-c to charge the unit itself, but not to draw power from it. Otherwise, it’s nice and compact and it does the job.

Puts charge into my S8 quickly

I bought this a few months ago as ’emergency backup’, if I happened to be away from a charging source (so, not in a building or car; generally for camping and the like). The battery in my Galaxy S8 has degraded over time, and I wasn’t ready to get spendy on a new phone, nor did I look forward to ‘cell phone surgery’ to replace the battery (the days of popping off the case back and swapping out in a minute or two are long gone, sad to say). So I ordered this up. At 10,000 mAh, I figured I should get enough charge to get me through a jam.If you’re thinking… “S8! That’s a dinosaur!” — you’re likely rocking something much more current, and aren’t worried about off-grid power. Yet. But remember — all batteries degrade with time. After having used it… my thoughts- Takes a bit to charge up, once discharged (so once you’ve discharged, plan ahead). Especially the first time.- However, once it’s charged up, the self-discharge rate is slow, so you don’t have to constantly keep it plugged into a wall wart, etc. You can charge this up, once conditioned, and pack it away for a few weeks to a few months.- The 4 LED meters on the front are handy for determining SoC / Time to Charge- Form factor on this is very similar to the dimensions on my S8 (although a little thicker, and of course, heavier)- A shorter USB A <> USB-C cable does double duty — USB A to bring the charge to the phone / device via USB-C, then remove & flip USB-C into the input of the Anker, while plugging the ‘A’ end into any compatible port to recharge it.- Comes with a black cloth bag with drawstring closure, which is nice to keep that short USB cable together with the device. Nothing fancy, but useful.- And probably the best, after using Qi-Wireless for 90% of the time over the life of the G8 — this thing puts juice into the phone, quickly. I can go from 5-15% charge to 30% in under 30min. Not sure how many amps it’s charging at (rated at ‘up to 12’ -?), but it’s definitely quick. If you’re caught somewhere without power (or even if you’re not) — this device is a lifesaver (figuratively & perhaps literally, I guess).Technically, I guess you’re not supposed to use the phone while charging with a power bank, but it comes in handy for those times where you need to use the phone a little longer, but need a little juice to tide you over (it juices the phone so fast–especially vs. Qi-wireless–that you say “I might as well just keep it hooked up to this)). I think it’ll charge close to 100% in about 90 minutes, maybe less.- Since my G8 battery is ~ 3800 mAh (?), I can get up to two full charges out of this thing, or many ‘partial’ charges. From full, 30 minutes’ time on the G8 doesn’t even remove one ‘dot’ from the 4-light meter. This is real value, in my book. Because most of the time, I can get back to a power source in 30min or so.So… for what I’m using it for, which is to buy time until I decide to finally (!) upgrade my phone, and keep the S8 running a little while longer… it’s an excellent accessory, from a trusted company. Since this has been out a while, and been superseded by higher-cap devices, solar-capable chargers, etc. — it’s also cheap — about the cost of one of those replacement battery kits (with batteries that came from who knows where). Not often I unequivocally give the full 5-stars… but this product gets them from me. Recommended.(oh, and mine came new in a box, so if yours doesn’t… get in touch with Anker for a new replacement)

    Easy to carry and effectively

Charges up quickly, has 4 lights to indicate charge level, compact and light, recharges my phone at a decent speed. The only downside I see is that the output port takes an older USB-A cable, so I have to bring that additional cable along if I suspect I’ll need to charge my phone with this (most of my wall chargers take USB-C cables – so this is an extra cable to bring).

    Only one hiccup so far!

I can’t remember how long I’ve had this now. A year, at least? I bought it so I’d have extra charging power when I went to Disney or other places I wanted to film. It has never given me an issue until just about a month ago. Suddenly, it wouldn’t seem to charge–or rather, it would but it took FOREVER. And then it lost its charge almost immediately. I was about to get really upset, given how short a time I’ve had it, until I read some help files online. If this ever happens to you, plug both ends of the USB cable into the battery for like 5 seconds (I still recommend reading the official advice, as I don’t remember if it was more or less than 5!).Ever since I did that, the battery has gone back to working just as it did before. I think all technology has hiccups here and there, so I don’t hold this one against the product or the company. It’s come in super handy SO many times that I can’t imagine going out for a day and NOT having it with me. Granted, it IS a bit heavier than I’d like, but if you carry around heavy purses all day, I don’t think you’d notice this at all!

    Durable and very good value

I bought this to replace a standing charger. It works great & has lasted much longer than the other ones I bought. It charges quickly & I can stick it in my pocket easily. Well worth the money.

    Very nice

I have some traveling in the new year and wanted an updated power bank. This fit my requirements. It’s not too heavy, not too light, not super bulky. Seems substantial enough. Anker is probably the only brand I trust outside of the brand of my devices. This will be nice to have as a back up if the power goes out, or keep in my purse on day long excursions while out and about, away from the car or traveling via plane or however. I generally keep all my charging gear in a 4″x6″ or 5″x7″ Iris brand photo case. I can usually keep a wall plug and a couple different cables. This should still fit. I found this via a link from Travel Tips with Laurie. She has some amazing suggestions for travel necessities.

    Solid power bank

I have an older power bank that has seen better days. It was always noisy when charging up and powering devices, and it overheated on regular occasion. I decided to replace it with this Anker device. The Anker charged in the time indicated in the instructions and held the charge for several days before I used it. It provided power quickly and fully to my old iPhone and iPad. I’ve not had a chance to put it through its full paces on the battery life (and I did not test it on anything but a phone and tablet, but it seems durable and I’ve had good experience with Anker in the past. If you’re looking for a portable charger, this is a good choice.

It’ll fully charge my phone, and then some.

There have been times where I forgot a charging cord with it, kinda wish it had the cords attached like some I’ve seen.

    Good battery pack

I bought this battery pack to use while on conference calls for trouble shooting equipment on the floor. This pack has more than enough to keep my phone charged up for an entire day and keep me mobile for the calls.

Works great for my iPhone 6s

Exactly what I was looking for. Have an older version and wanted a back up. The iPhone 6s battery drains pretty quickly so this serves my needs for it perfectly.

    Great battery booster

This is exactly what I needed for work. I use my phone for both jobs so this is needed. It charges up at a decent speed and gives my phone e a boost when needed. It was priced right too.

    Great for work and travel

I have two of these for travel and as backup power for my small-battery devices. I can get about two charges for my iPhone 12 mini or one charge for my first gen iPad Pro. Each power bank comes with a charging cable, but I’m docking one star because it no longer comes with a carrying bag. The first one I bought came with one and it was very handy for keeping the cables together and protecting the battery pack. Hopefully the manufacturers will consider bringing that back.
