Love these thermals!! Soft and comfy!
Love these thermals. The material is very thin, soft, stretchy and great for base layer. My son wore the shirt outside in 50° weather and said he was kept warm. I’ve only washed them once, but they did not shrink- I cannot comment on how they will hold up after multiple washes but overall I’m satisfied with our purchase for the price. I plan on buying some for the whole family.

Comfortable and warm
Love these!!! I get them every year the kids outgrew the old ones. Comfortable and warm. Thin, so kids don’t feel like they have too many layers on either

wear size 26 pants and the big kids large fit good. Probably could’ve gone with an extra large
I would’ve given it 5 stars but it’s see through. I’m 5ft, 118lbs. 32DDD, wear size 26 pants and the big kids large fit good. Probably could’ve gone with an extra large. Will be using for ski trip coming up and provide an update.

I bought these for my son to wear on an elk hunt, and they kept him warm. They’re lightweight, which means they can breath a bit. Even after wearing them for 5 days they didn’t smell (other than like campfire). They work well under clothing as they’re not bulky or heavy. I’d recommend going a size up for the size as they can run snug.

Will keep buying
I’ve purchased this same item at least 4x. My son wears it under his clothes for sports and wears the “under armor” pants under his shorts in the winter so he can get away with wearing shorts most of the year. Will most likely be purchasing this more. The fabric is soft and thin but warm.

Thin, but fits great under clothing
Thin and soft material. I was concerned it would be too thin for my son and our skiing trip. It was perfect! He was comfortable and they layered nicely under his clothes.

Ok
Pretty thin material but my son said he was only a little warm. On the coldest days we switched back to the traditional waffle-knit thermals.

Not happy that they didn’t send a replacement.
Tip to product was wrong size and I contacted seller with no response. The one set was fine but top in the other one was definitely wrong sized. It was sent to my grandsons who live out of state.

Son Loves Them
Theses are super soft and kept my son warm on a trip to the mountains. Normally when he gets home everything is in a pile to put back in the warm clothes box in the garage. These he decided to keep in his room just in case he needed them. Keeping thermal in his room is the equivalent of high praise for him.

Great product, great value, one happy kid
I purchased this for under my son’s soccer uniform, and did choose to size up, and they are perfect! They are super soft to the touch and to wear, so he refuses to take them off. He says they’ll be perfect for the chillier games we’ll undoubtedly have, and I couldn’t be happier purchasing this set!

Panty hose level of warmth
Basically did nothing for my son. Not really sure how they make the claim of their name sake. Cheaper brands were much warmer. Sending them back ASAP

A winter must-have
We’ve used this product for years under clothing in winter. They are lightweight and soft but do the trick keeping kids warm. You can even wear alone as leggings and a shirt, or as pajamas. We will keep buying these! The purple color is lovely.

Good for 47 Degrees
I’m writing this review after my son only had one wear out of them in 47 degrees. So take it with a grain of salt. We did night skiing in the NC mountains and it held up fine and kept my son warm under his insulated bib and a very light weight outer shell for a jacket. Wish I could have brought you a review based on colder weather, but not yet.

Good baselayer
These work well as a base layer under my 8 year old son’s soccer uniform. Its thin and breathable but adds an extra layer of warmth for those cold/wet practices.

Thin, comfortable, warm, nice material
My son loves those for underneath snow pants or soccer shorts. He can wear shorts on the way to practice in the soccer dome in Minnesota winter. These are very thin which is what he like. They appear warm but we haven’t seen January and February yet.I will buy them again.

Keeps my daughter toasty warm
We recently moved somewhere much colder and got this for our 5yo. It’s a bit large but that will give us more time before she grows out of it. She loves the color and it seems to keep her warm. I like how thin it is, great for layering.

Pay attention to sizing carefully_this is a base layer (hence, thin material)
Overall, the garment we received was inconsistently sized. It’s not a bad product; this is just the experience we had with the purchase. The woodland pattern would have been an absolute hit if we could have used it as a gift for our 8-yr. old, average sized, nephew. We ordered a size small based on the size chart provided on-line. The top was very small; the pants legs were too short; waistband was large. Maybe a size medium would have been perfect? The top fit our 3-yr. old niece (would have kept it for her if the waist-band were smaller). Pay close attention to the measurements and it may work well for your child. I also wonder if other patterns would have been a better fit since garment construction seems to vary. Keep in mind that the garment is intended for a snug, close-to-the-body fit. It is, after all, a base layer. It is also constructed of a thin material, but once again, this garment is intended for layering. If you can get the correct size, I would imagine that this would be a great undergarment for a bone-chilling day.Just wish the size had worked for our nephew. Returns are free if you decide the measurements fit your child–and you know to expect a thin, base layer.

great product
I bought two pairs of these- one for each of my children- for a ski trip. Going from a warmer climate to skiing in Colorado, I was concerned that they would be miserable in the cold weather. I wanted something thin though, so that their mobility would not be restricted. These were great. Both girls stayed warm and dry. My older child is very particular about her clothing and will not wear anything that is uncomfortable. She had no complaints about these. These fit more like children’s pajamas- they hug the body; so if you are not sure which size to order, order a size up. I ordered a small for my 40lb 6 year old who normally wears a 5/6 slim and they were loose. The large were great on my 9 year old who normally wears pants in either size 8 or 10 depending on the brand. I would definitely recommend these.

Don’t be deceived by the thinness, this set works!!
Light weight but warm. When you feel it, it seems way too thin to keep you warm. But this set works not by providing heat, but holding the bodies own heat in. My daughter and I walk to school, and mornings in Pacific Northwest can be chilly. The thin, light material is perfect to wear under her clothes with out adding bulk or extra weight. She has worn them under her costume while Trick or Treating, with no jacket, and while walking through Christmas lights last week. She stayed perfectly warm in 34° weather. She also likes to wear them as pajamas because she says they are comfy!

Perfect for layering
Perfect item for layering. When we travel, we want to pack light. These allow you to head to cold temperatures without packing bulky seaters, coats, and sweatshirts. Put these under a pair of light weight traveling clothes (think hiking stuff that’s thin and quick dry) and bring a water proof jacket (even just a waterproof shell) and you’re ready for anything. We just got back from Iceland hiking on Glaciers, and hiking all over European cities. These saved us so much luggage room. We also use them when traveling locally to areas with climates in the low 20’s up to the 60’s. Also perfect for pajamas.

The shirt fits very well — good length at both the hem and sleeves
I bought a size medium for my slender 8 year old. The shirt fits very well — good length at both the hem and sleeves, and not too wide. The pants, though, seem weirdly long-waisted and short-legged. The crotch hangs at least 5 inches down, and if she pulls them up so the crotch fits correctly (which brings the pant waist up to her chest), the hems hit at mid-shin. It would be impossible to wear these pants under another pair of pants due to the fit.My daughter, however, loves the light, silky feel of the fabric and finds the set very comfortable.

Soft and warm, perfect for a kid
Great base layer for my 5yo. Super soft and warm for her first time snowboarding even at the 30-degree temp. Sometimes some fabrics bother her and this one made the day enjoyable. Didn’t even have to think about it.

Comfortable and Warm
We have order these twice for our son. He plays flag football for fall season and it keeps him nice and warm. I also love that it protects his arms and legs a little from being scratched when he fall. He loves to have it on also. He says he feels comfy. Did not shrink when washed. Will purchase again when he grows out of these.

More like PJs, but still warm
This is not made of the same fabric as the 32 degrees adult shirts, it feels more like cotton PJs. That being said, they fit great (my daughter is about 43″ tall and 60 lbs (typically wears size 7/8), and she fits comfortably into a Medium with just enough growing room that they’ll hopefully last more than a month or so. They seem sturdy enough to withstand a few washings, and my daughter loves them, so I’m happy!

Great product
I love this product. Only issue is i was sent the incorrect color but i guess thats ok it will still perform the function I need from it. I have this product for myself and it may be thin but it keeps you very warm and is the only layer needed under a winter jacket and pants!

It works.
My son has a strange cold weather allergy and winters as you know are rough for him…. no recess, staying in most of the times sort of thing. But sometimes you just gotta enjoy life and get outdoors. So i found this thermo set and it really helps him staying warm. I’m planning on buying more.

Keeps the warmth in
I got this set for my daughter who struggles to stay warm. I recently got a set for myself and felt the warmth being held in that I knew this set would be perfect for her. It fits like a second skin and does not tight – if your child likes to wear skinny pants, those may be difficult to get on over the thermal pants but other than that it acts great as thermal layer. I only wish they made these with a scooped neck like they do for women.

Great base layer for winter soccer
In Washington state we play outside year round, never mind that it’s 40 degrees and raining. Base layers are SUPER important. My 13 year old loves these. They’re fleecy on the inside but smooth on the outside so they don’t get as dirty as they would if they were fleece on both sides. They breathe well enough for while he’s on the field and keep him warm on the sidelines. We have 2 pairs!

Favorite cool weather pajama and base layer
I first bought a pair to act as a layer to go under clothes on way to Spain as was still winter here in Midwest. Then wore as pajamas when there. I have 3 pairs now and are a great lightweight pair when fall hits and when in hot climates but people like to blast the AC in their house (or hotel). They are thin and easily get holes, so be careful and buy when on sale.

Does what we need it to do
This is the 2nd pair we’ve purchased, a larger size as my son has grown out of the first pair. He has a sensitivity to different types of fabrics but he has no complaints about this item so that’s a plus. It’s very thin but that’s what we were looking for, something lightweight that can keep him warm under layers. I expect to buy again once he grows out of this second pair.

Fantastic kids base layer
These are wonderful base layers. They are very comfortable and keep the kids warm on ski days. They are thin so the fit well under other layers yet do their job well. We have used these for 2 seasons now (originally bought at Costco and now bought a bigger size here) and they have held up really well through washes etc and still going strong. Highly recommend!

Get the job done
I bought these for my kids so I cannot directly speak to their effectiveness, however, they seem to get the job done. They are very smooth/slick so I could see that being an issue with some of the pants you wear over them. We bought additional pairs though.

Good product but seller is not honest
Product itself is 4 stars but the seller is 0. Looks like third party seller ordered it from Costco. Product is listed 16.99 on Amazon but is only 10.99 from Costco.com. Be aware for this kind of dirty practice.

Cozy comfort!
When the high temperature for our ski day wasn’t expected to get out of the teens with crazy windchill predictions, I ordered these for my 8 and 5-year-olds. They worked quite well. My 5-year-old is particular about her clothes, fit, comfort, look, and warmth, and after skiing 9-3, she was eager to go back out at 4 because she never got cold! I did layer these under sweatpants, a turtleneck sweater, a coat, snow pants, balaclava, helmet, and gloves; but she didn’t feel overly bulky and had full motion with no chill except her fingertips. On days when she doesn’t need to bundle up, she likes wearing these for pajamas. So happy with these!

Runs a little large, may not be great for sensitive skin
These were larger than expected, but I prefer too large to too small as kids grow so fast. They look nice and comfy to me, although my daughter said that the material was a little scratchy. She has eczema so that is probably the reason why, as she only complained about the shirt (where she has dry patches) and not the pants. But other kids might dislike it as well. But they’re very cute and we’re going to make them work for our upcoming ski trip.

Keeps them warm.
This item was bought for our 3 year old. She had worn her winter jacket, normal clothes and this, layered to go Canada’s Winter Wonderland, 3pm to 8pm. The material is thin and warm not bulky. This is the reason we bought them and it does its job by keeping them warm. She said she was comfortable the entire time. I guess less layers meant less weight and can walk longer periods without asking for shoulder rides.
