Spring Broke
I definitely underestimated how quickly I would get sick of the cover being flipped open and shut by my 5-year-old. Within a few weeks, the spring broke from being opened and shut so many times. If this is for a kid, I would think it would be made sturdier and my son was disappointed. However, I’m glad I’ll never have to hear that sound again.

Good watch. Arrived late
I haven’t tested the water resistance but I read all the other reviews on here and must assume they are fake? There is no pin on the lid/cover that could possibly break the glass as many other reviews claim. There’s just nothing there. It doesn’t latch but has a spring hinge so that it closes itself when you let go of it. My only complaint is that I paid extra for the watch to arrive on the first because my husband NEEDED a watch to wear at work but it didn’t arrive until the 2nd. Don’t bother with expedited shipping because it won’t arrive on time anyway.

Band keeps breaking

My son loves this watch
This watch serves a dual purpose. My son has Autism and ADHD and is very happy with the spinner feature on the top of the watch. This is the third one that I have purchased because he lost the screw on one so the spinner was lost and he lost the second watch. However, this is cost effective enough that I have no problem purchasing it again and again for him as it has become a comfort item as well as a way for him to tell time. He always has his watch and I am so happy to have something that he can use to direct his fidgeting.

Beautiful watch… Not for a small wrist
Impressive quality! It doesn’t fit a small wrist. My 7 year-old grandchild loved it!. It’s dangles around his arm but he doesn’t seem to mind it. In fact, he said “I like it like that, it’s easy to take off”I can see he is going to loose it.He loves to open and close the watch cover.I’ll let you know how long it last

yellow paint comes off with wear
Great watch, keeps time, get lots of compliments, but the yellow, metal sections on the band have worn off on the sides revealing a scratched and ugly looking silver-gray metal. This greatly detracts from the watch and I will have to stop wearing it.

I usually don’t complain but this is cheap
I haven’t even let my kids wear it yet but I opened the top part to see Pikachu and the spring on the side is very cheap, I could see my kids wearing this for one day and breaking it. I really didn’t want to get a digital because I’m trying to teach them how to tell time, I did read a lot of reviews and I think this won’t last very long.

The Quality of these watches were way above & beyond any of the other character watches, I know I ordered several different types, the others were just plastic garbage you can find for $4.00 at any dollar store. These are high quality well made watches.

Metal is sharp
This is a beautiful watch. I absolutely love it. Fits my wrist well. The only issue i have with it, is by the dial the metal is really sharp and digs into my wrist. I want the other styles but im afraid of having the same issue.

Lid doesn’t stay open
This watch looks great and the top spins which is cool. My son likes that. But the lid won’t stay open and you have to hold it to check the time.

Rubber strap is too big! Too thick and big for kids!
The case opening up and spinning works fine. But the rubber strap is not a good size for kids at all. It’s too big and thick and loose. If they could just change it to a different material and shorten it, itd be a good fit for kids.

Well made but keeps time a little fast
The product is well made for the price it is at. It does keep time a little fast, needing to be adjusted every few days. Also, I bought this for my petit 9year old based on reviews saying that lots of people gifted to children, however, we had to “add a hole” 😬 to get it tight enough. It does say “men’s” so I don’t blame the company but for those wanting to buy for a kiddo just know it doesn’t have enough holes to tighten to a small size.

If only it lived longer
This was purchased as a replacement for the last one of these I received about 18 months ago. I attached it to the outside of my backpack. It survived all the banging around of daily use. At about a year the battery needed replaced. It is as difficult to remove the back of this watch as the other reviews suggest. About six months later it stopped again. I replaced the battery again to no avail…..so cute, if only they lived longer.
