Quality Softness for the Price!
My teen son is all about the Nike. Really! But not every piece of clothing can be name brand on my income! So imagine my surprise when he wears these pants ALL the time. Washes well without shrinking, and got softer after 1st wash. Nice material, warm without being too thick. This is our 2nd pair (since he’s growing), and both pairs lasted long without looking worn and was a go-to for colder days.

Medium weight sweats
I bought the light gray color in size medium which is a dingy white hue rather than a pleasant dove,light gray. They are close to true to size, but if you are in between sizes, you might want to size up. I have 3 pairs of the goodthreads jogger sweats, which ran large. I fit a medium in those, but definitely don’t size down in these, I needed a large, which is my normal size, so the medium size I ordered are too tight around my waist. Enjoy the softness of these sweats while they are new. I have never owned a pair of sweats that kept that soft feel, and don’t expect these will. These are a medium weight sweat pant. There are slash pockets that are deep that run along the side seams. The pockets stay in place. These are excellent sweatpants for the sale price.

Excellent product, . . . but
I’m a 6’4” male, 180 lbs, & just bought an XL. These pants are made of _the_ best material, soft & thick – they’re gonna be great for the winter. The waist, (I’m 40”) is perfect with a bit of elastic, and the drawstring on the inside so I don’t have to tuck it in after tying. At 6’4” they are a little on the short side, but no problem as I wear high sox. _But_ I can’t understand why such an excellent product makes the legs so baggy. But I like them so much I’m going to take them to my seamstress lady to see if she can slim them down a bit. If she can, (and it doesn’t break the bank), I’ll buy 5 more pair.

Great sweatpants
For sizing information – I’m 6’0″, 210 lbs, have a 38″ waist where these pants sit. I bought a size L and the size is good.These are good, fairly warm sweatpants. I’m wearing them around the house in the winter, and for short trips outside. The elastic waist is not very tight, but the tie allows me to cinch it down so they stay put. They’re a good “medium bagginess” – they’re not tight, but also not super large or loose on me. Only complaint is I wish they were 1-2″ longer, they sit a little higher on my ankle then I would like – above the ankle bone a bit. Anyone over 6′ will probably find them too short.

Pretty good
For the price they are a great purchase. They are very comfortable really comfortable. Be careful with the wash and drying. Like all cotton products they shrink. If you aren’t one to hang dry then buy a size bigger. I have lost 20 lbs and went from a 36 to 32. Better yet from a XL to a mediumIf you ever played baseball on a team and wore your uniform the pant leg around the ankle is just like that. Pull the leg down like a sleeve or pull them up to mid calf. Like the top of your socks to show off your tube top stripe. They are snug but I can put my keys and phone in the pockets and not have them slide down to your ankles .. which happened to me while carrying a large box to my studio…Hummm do I put the box down or shuffle walk like Tim Conway of the Carol Burnett show? Ohh well shuffle was the best solution since I was going to my art studio 10 yds from the house. I suggest that you put the box down and pull your sweats up just enough!!! Wow a real dare devil

Nice pants
These are very nice pants. I like the fit & thickness of the fabric & have ordered them in many colors. They will pill after a time but I use a pill shaver on them & they come out like new. Best buy for the money in my view.

Versatile & Comfortable
The material is soft and the color. It is versatile, it is nice for outside or inside use – (for pajamas at bed). I like the lightweight of the material as well – not too hot & not too cold. The tapered leg at the ankle is a bonus, no material dragging on the floor or to get wet outside.

Not for the tall girlies

PERFECT COMFORT
These were a wonderful surprise. Perfect weight as cold weather has arrived and I purchased them to use for pajama bottoms. Comfortable in every way. Did not ride up during the night nor were they too tight around the ankles. Pockets did not disturb the comfort as they remained flat. Would definitely recommend for men or women.

I ordered a size SMALL based off of reviews from people with a similar height/weight. These are very soft pants, a good quality for the price I got them. I thought the length would be longer, but they are 50% cotton and I believe they shrunk a bit. They hit my ankles, but JUST so. I would have preferred a MEDIUM just for a longer lenth, I think. But that is just a preference. Great pants overall.

Very soft material and flexible
The material used to make these joggers is very soft and comfortable. I got this in a size medium and it fits me perfectly. The joggers come with lace strings so that you can tighten or loosen them if you want. At the moment, I’m using them as pajama pants since I have other pants that I use for casual wear or for workout. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase

LOVE THESE!
What a wonderful pair of sweatpants!! They are well made, soft on the inside, with a nice wide elastic waistband. Cuffed at the ankle, they prevent most of the riding up over my socks that un-cuffed sweats allow. This is the third time I’ve bought these in the last month or so, as I fell in love with my first pair. I’ll probably get more!

Crazy Value
I had my reservations getting “Amazon Essentials” sweatpants. I have to admit though, for the price you will not find a higher quality pair of sweatpants. They are soft, they are warm and from my experience they are plenty durable. If you don’t care about having a fancy logo on your pants, try these and your mind will be blown.

New favorite but weird sizing & wash asap
I’m 180lbs and 5’11”. I ordered these in medium. The length and the taper at the ankle are perfect. My only issue is how loose they are at the waist. I got a medium expecting them to be on the small side and they are just too loose at the top. I still wear them every day and they’re super comfortable, but if you’re expecting them to fit normal at the top, don’t. lol Not a dealbreaker, but something to consider. I might try them in a small to see if they fit any better.Also, try them on and if they fit, immediately wash them. I spent more time than I care to admit picking up little black pieces from the inside of these before washing them.

Good quality overall
Purchased a medium brown XL in Jan. 2022, and a toffee brown in large Jan. 2022. The first pair was too big for my husband. I didn’t return them, but certainly can’t fault Amazon for that. The Large in toffee brown did fit. My husband is 5′ 10″, has a big stomach, and is stocky overall, rather than slender. I decided to have a duplicate of that 2nd pair, but when received them today, found that the duplicate pair had excess material in the legs (and also was too tight at the bottom). I plan to bring them to a UPS store for a return. These pants are an excellent quality for the price, if you get a pair that fits. All three pairs purchased by me were of a medium weight, of a nice quality material, and had well-made pockets and neat stitching. This will be my first return of an Amazon product. The process is easy. I chose to use the option of free return via a UPS store, and plan to return them early next week. With a return process this easy, and the quality of the pants, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another pair in Large for my husband, trying for a more standardized fit. You can’t go wrong with Amazon!12/03/22 Just received 2 additional pairs today, one Large and one Extra Large. My husband gained weight this past year and fits better in the XL. I purchased two sizes so that he will have a pair to move down to when (if) he loses the extra weight. Yes, these pants are worth it!! They are well constructed, with good stitching, the material is nice, and the waist band expandable. One caution for those who may have purchased them last year and are now considering purchasing more: The pants are exactly the same cut and size as those from the previous year, but the elastic waistband for the two I purchased this year do not expand as easily or as far as the bands on the 2 pairs that I had purchased last year. If your waist is an issue and you are between sizes it might be best to choose the larger size.

Good for big booty women
Hello. I’m a woman. Yes, an adult female human. And I have two pairs of these.I’m currently in the home stretch of a looooong weight loss journey and bought these with about 40 lbs left to go. I’m a taller gal with thick thighs so I got the Large and LOVED how they fit so I immediately grabbed another pair. The cut is perfect and while some reviewers have complained about the ankle situation, I love where these rest on my lower leg. I often like to push the legs up even higher to make a kind of impromptu capri pant and there’s just enough stretch in the ankles to allow it, they stay put but then again I have cyclist legs so maybe it’s just my calf meat doing that idk. The fabric is thick, making these much more appropriate for cozying up in winter but not so much in summer. They are exceptionally soft at first but unfortunately like most fabrics of their ilk lose that comfy softness after a few washes, oh well.Now that I’m almost at my goal weight the Large is TOO large. Yay for me but… Guess I’ll need another pair in a smaller size. I’m tempted to skip right past Medium and go for a Small because this cut isn’t the kind of sweatpants you get in the big saggy size. Which is also why you end up with that “I’m trudging through a foot of mud and don’t want to get my pants dirty” thing happening at the bottom if you’re taller than 5 feet. Yes, that’s intended. I’m told that’s the style now. As an elderly Millennial desperately clinging to my 2010 ultra-skinny jeggings this makes me happy and is what I want.I wear these mostly around the house and for walks in the neighborhood but they’re decent enough that you can wear them to the store. Yes I know we used to agree as a society that we wouldn’t do that but whatever, things have changed since the pandemic. Wear those sweats at the store, who cares! The cut on these makes them look slightly less slobby than the big shapeless sweats you wear when you’re healing from a breakup and don’t intend on seeing another human for at least a month. They’re still sweats obviously but not as… sweaty.If you are, like me, an adult human female with a generous backside who is still living in 2011 and will never give up her skinny jeans, go ahead and give these a shot. Size down, they do run big.

Light grey is virtually white
The light Gray is virtually white. Don’t Do what I do and listen to Amazon. When they say, get the look and pair it with the shirt. Because the shirt is not like gray like the pants.
