Better than expected
Quality sweatshirt. Medium weight. Soft. Washes great. I let mine air dry and fluff in dryer. Hood is lined giving it a finished look. Would like to see a dark grey and an earthy red.

Soft and comfy.
Very nice fleece hoody, a little heavier duty than I expected, but will appreciate that in the cooler months. I ordered the size suggested by Amazon. Fits well. Washes and dries well. I did use the try before you buy option, which takes the anxiety out of size guessing.

Super soft but not really true to size
This hoodie was super soft but unfortunately, I mainly wear large sizes, but I really could’ve gone to an XL. I ended up having to give this to my 15-year-old daughter.

My favorite hoodie
This arrived on time and the color was the same as the picture. I love the fit, the softness. The pockets are a decent depth. Not to mention this has drawstring. It’s perfect for early Fall and imagine it will be good for Spring. This is now my favorite hoodie. My old one pockets weren’t as deep and it didn’t have a drawstring on the hood. I notice that my favorite clothes are Amazon Essentials. This is another example of the quality of their clothes.

Very soft and comfortable but….
This was the perfect sweatshirt until it came out of the dryer! I wanted a nice roomy, longer sweatshirt which it was until it was laundered. I even bought the next size up. I feel like I wasted $22 because I already have two other white sweatshirts that are just the same…too short!

Affordable and Comfortable!
I was so impressed with the quality of these hoodies. I gave them as a gift to my bridesmaids for my wedding day and they all loved them and have already mentioned using them after the wedding. It’s so comfortable and the perfect thickness, not to mention the inside material is so soft.

Closet staple!
I purchased the maroon color in a size small. I’m 5’6 and weigh close to 125 pounds and it fits pretty snug! The length is not too long and not too short. Very comfortable and simple. I’m in love!

Soft and comfy
Reviewed by Don’s wife. High percentage of cotton, washed well, good quality. Runs small, I normally wear a small and sized up to a medium based on recommendations. Not super thick but a soft extra layer. Note: I returned a major brand’s eco-smart sweatshirt which felt like plastic.

Nice fit, great hoodie- I take it back.
This hoodie is very soft and seems quite well made. I really like the fit. I’m an 18/20 and I ordered the 1X. There is plenty of room without being oversized or too long( I’m 5’7). The sleeves are perfect for me too- sleeves tend to be a bit for me. It washes/dries well too. The fabric is not too thick and not thin. The inside fleece is super soft. I will enjoy wearing this often!UPDATE: I wore a dark shirt under this. When I removed the hoodie I was covered in TONS of fleece fibers! Definitely not good quality. This shouldn’t happen. Returned it!

Great hoodie -comfy and high quality
Love the fit and quality of this hoodie. I have been looking for medium weight hoodies that don’t appear flimsy, yet are not too heavyweight for our (mostly) temperate fall and winter weather ( I gave away 2 Hanes brand lightweight hoodies that looked and felt cheap – the nylon hoodies work better when you want a light coverup ). The Amazon essential hoodie is just what I was looking for. It has held up to several washings without shrinking or pilling. I now own 2 and will purchase another when the need arises to replace or add to my workout/casual wear. I’m 5’2, 120 pounds. Broad shoulders. Med fits just right-roomy enough to fit over workout clothes, but fitted enough to slip a vest over when temps drop.

Soft & cozy hoodie for a great price.
I bought a size medium in burgundy and it fit as expected. The material is super soft and cozy and not too thick. The cut is also very flattering. The pockets are generously sized and the hood isn’t too bulky unlike some other hoodies I’ve tried. The sleeves are comfortable and the length of the sleeves and sweatshirt is perfect. I loved it so much that I bought another one in white. At first, I thought the fit was exactly the same, but the sleeves a bit felt tighter and didn’t seem to have the same stretch as the one in white. I would still highly recommend this product as the one in burgundy is my go to choice because it’s so soft and comfortable. The price was also very reasonable. You might want to try different colors or consider sizing up if you like a more relaxed fit. I washed and dried the one in burgundy and didn’t see much shrinkage and the fabric is still incredibly soft.

Cozy and great with matching bottom
Ordered the grey camo with dark grey pants. Ordered this top one size smaller than recommended, which is also one size smaller than the pants, so it would slimmer fit and they are exactly as expected.Very minor issue is that the tie for the hood is sewn a tiny bit misaligned; the sewing may come apart after a while. The way it’s folded is also wrong i.e. one is folded in while other side is folded out; this has no impact.I do have a bit wider shoulders and *as expected*, the shoulder area is slimmer than I’d like.

Body Fit Fine But..
Fabric is nice and soft, hood is roomy, product nicely stitched BUT the sleeves are too tight. I read others had the same complaint. I should have listened. Sleeve length is okay but they ARE narrow.

True to size; well-made; fits nicely
While this hoodie sweatshirt is too heavy for the gym (my original reason for purchasing), I’m keeping it because it fits well, and is flatttering. I am 5’6″, 137 pounds and usually take a medium. This M is just right. I like the drawstring hood, the zipper is substantial and well made, and I will use the jacket for outdoor layering in the spring. So far, the fleece is not coming off on my clothes.I’m giving it just 4 stars because there is no stretch whatsoever. This is a cotton/poly blend. If you want to push up the sleeves, you need to size up. But, for the price, this is a good buy. Also, the bottom ribbed hem of the sweatshirt is a bit loose fitting around the hips even in the Medium.

Arms are too tight
I am 5 ft and weigh 99 lbs. I was so surprised that the arms were tight on me. There was not enough room in the sleeves to wear anything under the jacket. I returned it.

Adorable – Small Side
This is a lovely zipped hoodie. The color is gorgeous, like a Concord grape. The weight is on the heavier, warmer side. I feel the wrists are a bit too fitted. The “large” size I ordered fit like a “fitted” medium. Runs small.

I ordered this in the white and the black. It is super soft and comfy. I would order up a size if you like something a little loose fitting. I washed it and it shrunk a bit but it’s easy to stretch it out to give you some room.

Seems nice quality
I am 5’10” and 160lbs. I bought an XL. When it arrived and I tried it on, it was a little short in the waist and arms, I like my hoodies to go to or past my wrist, and I also tend to reach up a lot into taller cabinets, shelves, so I dont like it when my hoodies raise up a lot when I reach. It raised to about belly button height when I did my reach test.The hoodie itself seemed to be nice quality, metal zipper, comfortable material.I exchanged the XL for an XXL thinking I might get something slightly longer in both waist and sleeve.. it was not. Definitely suggest reading the size chart and measuring. I did not do this, wish I had to save time. But I would recommend these to anyone less picky than myself as they do seem nice.

A little snug
Ordered this in an XL. I want something to just slip on to run to the store or to carry with me to the races, etc. It’s a little snug around the wrists and in general. These sweatshirts wash well. I have 2 others slipovers & hang them to dry. I’m going to reorder some other basic colors but will got UP a size because I like things a little more loose-fitting.**Watch for a little bit of pilling tho. They are very soft inside but they do seem to “shed” little bits of fuzz here & there. That doesn’t bother me but I don’t wear dark tops underneath because the top would be covered with fuzz.**

Disappointed, no plus sizes
Very glad Amazon has this line of athletic style clothing, colors are great, but I’ve been waiting for weeks to see if the lavender would come in in a plus size, like 3X, but even today, the only color you offer a plus size in is light gray. Yet your marketing in bold letters at the top of the web page with the sweatshirts on etc, says “AVAILABLE IN PLUS SIZES” but when you check a couple colors, nothing is available in plus size. PLEASE check into this aspect. Would like to know when plus size in the lavender might come in as well as any other color. Also, the XXL I ordered runs a little small. Thank you.

Well made
It’s a basic sweatshirt, soft cotton/poly fabric, perfect for wear at-home/yard. I’m 5’2″, 180lbs and the XXL fits me with roomy comfort. It’s not super thick and warm so it’s perfect for the 60+ spring days, or layering over a turtleneck it’s fine when there’s a cool wind blowing. I bought white (nice bright white) and the pink (disappointingly NOT pink, but pale muddy peach=an odd color really. Still good enough for gardening or around home working. It’s a decent buy.

Practical for Vet Tech
Purchased to wear with FIGS scrubs for vet tech work. I needed an affordable basic layer to protect my arms and stay warm. Loving the charcoal gray for work!Fabric: So far, withstanding cat and dog claws well! Pet fur doesn’t stick badly; it’s not a very staticky fabric. imo. The fur washes off well enough for my needs. Good for an office temp of ~65 degrees where I am in constant motion at work.Fit: 5’1” tall about 34”-25”-37”, bought a Small hoodie for comfort. For context, in FIGS scrubs, I wear a XS top, XS/S petite bottoms. I do wear long sleeved cotton shirts under my scrubs. The arms and chest are loose enough to allow the layers underneath, without being too tight in the armpits and restricting movement. I can wear it zipped up, not too tight on the hips! It’s a good length for an average or short torso. It doesn’t look unflatteringly bulky over the stomach. It looks relatively professional with the scrubs, not sloppy!Color: The charcoal gray is nice with the FIGS heather gray colorway. The burgundy hoodie goes well with FIGS burgundy. I also wear the charcoal gray with black, navy, light blue and mauve scrubs. I hope they release other solids like brown or olive green!Other notes: Pockets are large enough for an iPhone Pro or average wallet, though this will not feel secure. On cooler days, I add a down vest for the commute.

Sleeve width is WAY too tight!
Everything about this sweatshirt is absolutely perfect in looks, feel, and fit, with the exception of the arms which seem to be child size! To be more specific-it fits if you have on a sleeveless top, unable to wear with any long sleeves t-shirt underneath. Cuffs are tight but comfortable-but can NOT push up sleeves like I always do, at all, even enough to see my watch. Too bad because other than that I would have bought more in other colors.
