Season after season, the 1960 Arctix Men’s Snow Sports Cargo Pants serve as an outstanding value priced ski/snow pants and a versatile cornerstone of the Arctix line. These pants feature a 100% Polyester Dobby shell with ThermaLock W/R + W/P 3000mm Coating, offering a maximum degree of durability and protection from the elements, while allowing a full range of motion. 85 grams ThermaTech Insulation offers warmth in a lightweight, low bulk garment, keeping you warm at temperatures from -20° to +35° depending on your level of activity. DWR finish (Durable Water Repellent) helps repel water from fabric surface. Articulated knees allow for a more unrestricted range of motion and comfort as you climb, hike, or ski/snowboard. The adjustable waist ensures a comfortable fit, while boot zippers make them easy for on and off access over boots. Boot gaiters with grippers form a seamless integration with the boots to keep the warmth in, and the moisture out. These relaxed fit pants also include 600 Denier Ballistic reinforced ankle, scuff and hem guards to hold up against daily wear & tear, and conveniently has cargo pockets for extra storage and an O-ring for keys, gloves and/or lift tickets. The pants provide zippered hand warmer style pockets, a zippered fly, and belt loops. They are water and wind resistant, and are machine washable.

Work very well
Even without thermals these pants almost completely cut any cold from hitting your legs, best winter pants I have ever purchased.

Just what I needed.
This is just what we were looking for. Being short, it is often difficult to find the right length ski pants. These will work perfectly.

Amazing value, tough fabric
I got these on special for $10 in my 32×32 size, I figured I had nothing to lose, figured they’d be super cheap. These have a very tough fabric, they fit extremely true to size, and are very warm. I was blown away, would have gladly paid full price. Let me reiterate, the fabric on these is VERY durable, much tougher than normal snow pants.

Awesome. One of the best values on all of Amazon .
Any negative reveiw is likely a fluke , or someone that can’t be pleased. Get ahold of customer service and make it right. I wasn’t going to write a review because I want to keep this a secret so the price stays low. These are the same quality as $300+ board pants. No joke yo. I got a pair for my kid thinking for the price, if they last the month I’ll have gotten my money’s worth. When they arrived I ordered a pair for myself and my get another pair to keep on hand. Very heavy duty. Double sewn heel padand double sewn stitching all over. Very warm. You won’t be disappointed

Reliable and Functional Snow Sports Cargo Pants
I recently purchased the Arctix Men’s Snow Sports Cargo Pants for my winter adventures, and overall, I am quite satisfied with their performance. These pants offer reliability, functionality, and great value for the price. One of the standout features of these pants is their durability. The sturdy construction and quality materials ensure that they can withstand the rigors of snow sports activities. Whether I’m skiing, snowboarding, or engaging in other winter sports, the pants have proven to be resilient and capable of handling various conditions. The cargo design of these pants is another highlight. The multiple pockets provide ample storage space for small essentials, such as keys, wallets, and ski passes. This added convenience eliminates the need for a separate bag or backpack, keeping my belongings easily accessible and secure. In terms of functionality, the pants offer excellent water resistance. They effectively repel moisture and keep me dry during snowy or wet conditions. The inner layers provide insulation, keeping me warm without compromising comfort. The adjustable waist and leg openings allow for a customized fit and accommodate different body types or layering preferences. The pants are relatively lightweight, which enhances mobility and flexibility during activities. I appreciate that they are not overly bulky or restrictive, allowing for a wide range of movement on the slopes. One aspect to consider is the sizing. It’s important to carefully consult the size chart provided by the manufacturer to ensure an accurate fit. Some users have reported that the pants may run slightly larger or smaller than expected, so it’s advisable to double-check measurements before making a purchase. While the overall quality of these pants is commendable, the zippers could be more durable. There have been occasional reports of zipper issues, such as sticking or malfunctioning. However, with proper care and attention, I haven’t personally experienced any significant problems with the zippers. In conclusion, the Arctix Men’s Snow Sports Cargo Pants offer reliable performance and functionality for winter sports enthusiasts. Their durability, water resistance, and cargo design make them a practical choice for outdoor activities. Despite potential sizing and zipper concerns, these pants provide excellent value for the price.I would recommend the Arctix Men’s Snow Sports Cargo Pants to anyone in need of reliable and affordable snow pants. Whether you’re an occasional skier or a passionate snowboarder, these pants offer the necessary features to keep you comfortable and protected in cold weather conditions.

Excellent Price
Excellent product at a great price but you might want to order a few different sizes to find the right fit. I had to return one size because it was too large of a fit and order the next smaller size (better than having to order the bigger size). Very comfortable and can be worn without any other pants underneath (order larger size if you will be wearing another pair of pants underneath). Material and stitching feels and looks great and very happy with them so far. Will give them a testing out this weekend while out off-roading in our Polaris Razor – that will be the test.

I’m a mail carrier and these work.
Edit: So I’ve done a winter delivering mail with these. Lots of cold days between 13 and 30 degrees all day, and all I need is my underwear under them, with no bottom base layer. I won’t be without these in cold temps. The Velcro tab and hooks to keep them closed suck, but I wear a belt because I’ve lost weight and will need a smaller size next year. They wash and dry well and have come apart at the waist in little spots but I knew they were cheap when I paid so little for them last summer. I still recommend them, as the undone seams don’t effect performance at all.Last week we had 8” of snow and zero snow made it up into my pants past the elastic at the ankles, which was great. They’re heavy but I can move just as fast in these as the uniform pants. The side pockets close with Velcro and the truck keys, my ID, and my phone were secure on 10-13 mile routes.Original review:Swish, swish, swish. Six hours of that is a lot but so is the cold.I tried these (delivering packages and loading up my truck) when it was 28-32 degrees and won’t use them unless it’s under 30 for sure. Walking 13 miles in these would be way too much if it was over 28 or so, but I run warm and wear my shorts and knee socks if it’s above 32 and have on a good hat and gloves.I don’t wear anything under them and they’re pretty comfortable for the most part, but that waist chafes if your base layer isn’t tucked in. You can wear a belt, adjust with Velcro, and the pockets are great. They’re thicker than the official USPS cold weather pants and stiffer, too.I bought 3 pair that I’ll rotate and will update after I’ve used them repeatedly.

Decent motorcycle riding pants for the money
I’ve been using these as riding pants for my motorcycle and for the most part they’ve been fantastic. They do an extremely good job of keeping my legs from getting too cold, even down to just above freezing. Finding riding pants with short inseams is extremely difficult so these are a godsend. They are somewhat water resistant and will keep you mostly dry in light rain. I was going to give these a 4/5 but then I road home in the rain today and water made it through the crotch giving my “boys” a chilly ride home.Pros:- wind proof- available in rare sizes- inexpensive- warm down to freezing (even in 65mph winds)- lightly rain resistantCons:- will not protect you in moderate+ rain- the waist clasps are finicky and take a bit of time to get on

Perfect fit
I am 6’2”, 190 lbs and measure 34W x 34 L, I was uncertain whether to purchase Med or Lg so I took a chance with the Med waist size and 34 L, they’re a perfect fit! Inner lining is also elastic cuffed at the ankle to ensure wind resistance, overall, excellent quality and value for the price. They could use another inch in the thighs measurement circumference but they are not uncomfortable or snug. I intend to wear dog walking in rain or snow and cold weather

Good enough!
I used to snowboard at least once a week. Over the last few years that hasn’t been the case. Over the course of moving I lost my pants and needed a pair before this weekend. I read A LOT of mixed reviews about these pants. So this was my experience with these pants.I used them for 2 days on the mountain. The first day was at a resort and the second was just in the snow at a friends cabin. My 2 biggest concerns with these were that they wouldn’t be water resistant enough and the second issue was that they would rip like so many of the 1 star reviews mention. Neither of my fears became a reality. These pants held up to the abuse. Like I said, its been a few years so i spent a good amount of time on my backside and didn’t have any issues with tears or water soaking. There were a few falls I had where I was moving pretty fast and slide for a while and not even the slightest issue with tearing.I didn’t feel the quality of the buttons or zippers were bad at all. I never felt like I was going to pop off a button when I took the pants off. One cool feature that isn’t really accented is that they do have a boot cover in the pant leg to keep the snow out of your boots too. They were plenty warm as well. We had temps down to about 16 overnight and they kept me plenty warm. The second day of the trip we were in knee deep power all day. No issues with leaking at all. Pants kept me warm and dry without any issues. The ONLY thing I will say about them that I wasn’t the biggest fan of was how large the pant legs are. Its nice cause they slip right over your boots but the cuffs on these pants are seriously massive. When you wear normal shoes you look a little silly but with your boots on its good enough!I ordered a size Large and that fit great. Im 6’1, about 190 and wear a 33″ waist. I did use a belt but they fit great! The belt was more cause i knew Id be falling and wanted to make sure I wasn’t flashing the whole mountain!I would definitely recommend these to anyone. I don’t know how long they will last, but for a weekend here and there they will definitely do the trick. And for the price you really can’t beat it

Great pants
Kept me warm and snow free on the slopes. The pockets tend to get really humid though so everything in them gets fairly wet/damp. Great pants though for the winter. Run a tad big but a belt fixed my issue no problem!

Perfect Fit for my Big Skier
Bought these for my super size son and they fit perfectly. He’s 6’3 270 and athletic build. The material looks to be high quality and they feel warm. Will be hitting the slopes in Colorado in few weeks so I will update the review with how durable and warm they actually are in winter conditions.

Midwest winter necessity ⛄️
New use, on road trips and camping bring these for temperature drops. Thick wool socks. Wool lined hoody. In stead of a huge hefty sized sleeping bag. Bring a three season bag and slip these pants on. Roasty toasty.Fit easily in the bag in the Jeep for sleep and camping gear. A bag that is stationary above the wheel well. Behind the bed/ bench installed for RV style trips./ updateThis year decided to search for a new winter paint. I’ve been wearing the same now beat up coveralls for twenty or so years. These were on sale. Could handle the sun zero occasional weather. And, match my new Sorel’s.They fit very well. Do not look masculine. But for a man would. They’re very gender neutral. Compared to the woman’s similar pair half as much when I purchased.I’m able to wear them over sweats and jeans. Or, well, pantless 😁The weather got to be -30 degrees F, and I needed to blow snow as it wasn’t gonna be any better the rest of the week. Had to get myself out of the driveway. These pants partnered with the subzero boots and good upper gear kept me toasty warm. The only spot cold was my nose and glasses kept fogging up. Two hours outside and no issues what so ever.I’m so happy. These look nice. Don’t mind going to the post office or an errand in them if needed.Highly recommend this winter accessory if you expect a cold winter. I don’t ski, but would say these could be a great compliment to your gear if ya do.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Awesome snow pants!
These look and feel amazing! The red really pops. These pants are very thick and rigid, so if you want more mobility, then I suggest going up a size. Also, don’t wear these indoors for too long or you will get very hot very fast.

I don’t quite fit their sizing chart
I wanted to retire my old pair of ski pants and I saw these at a nice price. I paid close attention to the many comments about size (they run small, they run large- etc.). Based on this, I ordered the medium, 32-34″ waist, with 32″ inseam. (For reference, I am 6’1″ and 208 lbs. and typically fit well into 34 or 36” jeans.)Length was perfect but I could barely get them snapped, even with waist tighteners completely loose and before adding base layer and thermals underneath. I immediately swapped them for the large, 36-38″ waist. I was disappointed to find the exact opposite was true this time. Wearing base layer and thermals underneath and with Velcro tighteners as snug as they could go, I could still easily pull them right off over my hips. Belt loops are included, but I find belts to be a little restrictive.Overall, my initial impression is that they are well made and I suspect they will be plenty warm and water resistant, and there’s lots of storage with two zipper pockets and two Velcro ones further down. I think this product is good for the money, but it would be nice if Arctix would offer a 34-36″ waist size for those of us in this middling range.I hope this review will help those around my size understand this sizing gap.

good for the price.
I use these when I am photographing wildlife in the winter, so I am not using them for their intended purpose of “Snow Sports”, but the price was right so I couldn’t pass them up. Pros= The Price is right, they seems well built, they fit great, the camo is very nice, they are warm (see cons), they have plenty of good quality pockets (I especially like the zippered front pockets), and they fit over my insulated hunting boots. Cons= they are plastic-ish and sound like a crumpling garbage bag when I’m walking through the forest, not real loud but not silent for sure (again though, not their intended use). They are pretty warm but you can definitely start to feel a chill when you get to the low teens and single digits, especially if you have to stop and sit quietly for any amount of time. I have a pair of Gerry winter pants that have fleece lining and are much warmer for about the same price BUT I can’t find them in camo. All in all though these are good pants and I am pretty happy with them.

Perfect for size selection
A little size difference in my measurement and importance of hip and waist size options. Thankful for free returns, we ordered the size down with the same inseam. From my experience, that is rare, and lucky to have those options! Hope this helps!!

These are dope
For the price the quality is amazing! I am an xx curvy 16 or a curvy 18 women’s and couldn’t get any traditional 2x men’s or women’s ski pants over my cake! I’m also tall! So I ordered these bad boi’s in a 3x and were in business baby! They do have an adjustable waist but It doesn’t get quite small enough so the belt loops are a super nice touch. I also love the cargo pockets on the sides!

why pay more.
I was totally impressed by the snow pants. I ordered two pair by mistake and glad I did. I paid less than $20 a pair. they are 66% off at the time. I also ordered a pair of fleece-lined jogging pants. I fish in the winter time out of my boat in December, January, February. actually all year long but it’s cold in the winter time in Iowa and I hate wearing 20 layers so now I broke it down to 2. These are some real deal snow pants. I’ll do better than that all weather gear. I tried them today and only got up to 45 20-30 mph wind. I was nice and warm good windbreaker if it would have been any warmer I couldn’t have took it. I’ve been too hot! Nice problem to have when it’s cold!

Great for minimal outdoor activity
Bought myself and my family each a pair of these snow pants for our Colorado trip. I got the pants on sale at a great price and figured why not give it a shot since there were so many great reviews. Do they do a great job at keeping you warm? Yes! Are they great for snowboarding or other outdoor winter sport? No! These pants are very fragile. My son tore his pants up in just 2 days of use on a snowboard. They ripped from the crotch, the knee, and on the outer side of the leg. I would recommend these pants if you’re going to do minimal activity. If you plan to ski or snowboard, probably worth investing in a better brand. Again, I got these pants on super sale so it didn’t hurt my pocket book much but if you’re paying full price, keep that in mind. Get a pair that is made of better material. I failed to take pictures because I didn’t even bother bringing them home. I threw them away at the end of the trip.
