Very picky on placement
So long as you don’t have a case that adds any bulk to the edges (otterboxes and other shock cases) it works very well. Once properly placed it charges quickly and syncing it was incredibly easy. Sadly the speaker is incredibly picky about placement so even a centimeter off will stop it from charging after half a second.

Good charger, mediocre speaker
Given the sound quality of similarly sized Bluetooth speakers (grapefruit/softball sized), the anemic and tinny sound reproduction from this stand is disappointing. On the other hand it can add charge to my iPhone XS while playing music or YouTube videos. Other Qi pads I’ve had would slowly lose battery charge if the phone was being actively used while charging.

simple and versatile
such a simple but yet useful product. Wireless charging, bluetooth speaker, and perfect angle cellphone stand (both vertical and horizontal). wireless charging is fast, very fast. I’m able to charge with my thick phone case. Bluetooth speaker pairing is easy and the volume is loud. Good sound quality with pretty good bass. The phone can be placed horizontally or vertically and either way the phone is being wirelessly charged. Viewing videos with ease.

Does work for it’s intended purpose. Better product out there.
I don’t like giving bad reviews… so that’s why I gave a mid level review. This product does charge your phone but, I bought it to play music and videos. honestly, I can just use my phone volume and it’s louder than the speaker. So for that part I’m not impressed.

Could be a little louder
The no plug-in station is handy and the blue tooth has no problem synching. the volume is not that much higher than I get from my cell phone.

Convenient charger/stand but mediocre sound quality
Very convenient charger/stand. It is nice that it has a speaker, but it is not much louder than the phone volume and isn’t great sound quality. Still happy with the purchase.

Good little charging speaker
I have enjoyed using this speaker. The only thing is that I have to take my phone case off my phone in order for it charge. I wish it had a stronger connection so that it could reach through my case. It is a good speaker for the price. The sound is clear and sounds good.

Versatile Charging Stand
Once I purchased a newer iPhone I really wanted a wireless charing pad or stand. With this stand, I can easily put my phone on it at night without looking and having to worry if I place it correctly. Comes with its own power cord and the bluetooth speaker function is a feature I didn’t know I wanted. For some reason, this version with the speaker was less expensive than the version without, so why pay more and get less? Shipping was very quick and charging speed is great. Phone does get warm, but never hot to the touch. Phone charges either vertically or in landscape, fits my 12 Pro Max perfectly, even with a slim case.

Horrible sound!
Don’t rember what I paid as I bought this 11 months ago so can’t comment on the value. I bought to use at my office. It charges my phone fine but the sound quality is awful (for any music listening). I have relegated to using it for telehealth visits as it at least holds my phone at a good angle and leaves both hands free for typing. Conversational sound is fine but it’s about as good as an old transistor radio for music.

Limited Life Span
As of today (17 MAR 2023) it’s been a year and eight months since I first received this. It still works as a charging device, but the blue-tooth speaker functionality has died. Tried unplugging, re-plugging, and all the usual tactics, but : no more speaker! Blue-tooth light merely flashes for a brief tick (less than a second) when power is applied, and the pair button does nothing any more.Surprisingly decent sounding while it worked though, so … two stars seems fair.

Worked Well… for a Month
I purchased thia because I wanted a charger/speaker combo. The charging works and is quick. However, the speaker part of the product just randomly stopped working after ~1 month. I mainly wanted this to play my music while I WFH, but I guess I will have to search elsewhere.

Pretty good
Has a good sound and pretty loud (enough for inside the house). Charges phone, but a little slow. Just takes getting used to. Had to remove phone protective case to charge. Would recommend, and it’s definitely a good price.

Not quite a Jack of all Trades. Definitely Master of None
If you really want a desktop speaker and stand-up wireless charger in one, this is not a bad device. It’s just not particularly good at either of those things. The speaker isn’t any better than what is on my computer and the one on my phone(Galaxy S20+) is better than both. It can probably put out more overall volume than either of those two but I didn’t have a need to for that much volume. The wireless charger is where you get into real issues. I knew it was only a 10W charger when I purchased it but I did not know it would make my phone hot to the touch. I have an Anker 10W wireless charger stand at home and it does not make my phone hot. Using this regularly would lower the quality of my battery for sure. The box(and maybe the ad) says that it is a fast charger, which for an S20+ it is not.

A simple serviceable speaker/ charger BUT
Everything works adequately. You may have to fiddle a bit to get your phone’s charging sweet spot to match up with the charger sweet spot, but it works as advertised. my phone charged fine sideways, but I had to find something to lift it up when it was sitting vertically to get the charge to start. Good for charging and watching video, but not so good if you are reading. The speaker works well enough but is definitely more of the “radio on the job” quality. It does a creditable job of pumping out tunes, but is not overly “tuned up”. It had a narrow dynamic range and got muddy at high volume, much like an old transistor radio. It has been sitting on my desk with only minor movements and is showing bare conductors in less than a year. The cable strain management needs done properly because occasional movement over a mere 1 square foot area should not wear a power cord out.

Very quite but does change the phone well
For it being a price difference of $2 from the one without the speaker, I did not expect much out of the speaker. I work in my garage, not a lot of other noises other than a single fan for air movement. The speaker can not be heard on the other side of the garage. That is my only issue with this device. Everything else works exactly as it should.

Failed after a couple years because of cheap power cable
This was fine while it lasted. And while 98% of the product is still probably performing at full spec, the entire thing is now useless because the power cable was cheaply made, and has frayed and broken, in light (and mostly stationary) usage. In theory I should just be able to replace the power adapter/cable, but the pratcical difficulty of finding the right one makes this very inconvenient.I thought I could get something built to last by buying a recognized brand name, but unfortunately that doesn’t work anymore, as the known brand names are often just rebranding (or at least relying upon) cheap no-name components.

Bang for buck!
I’ve had mine for a year now and it’s still going strong. I’ve also tried other charging pads that were extremely disappointing and I always come back to old faithful here that plays music too! I love this thing. One very bad thing I have to say is when I had a smaller (not as wide) phone, it often wouldn’t charge Unless I place the phone directly in the center of the stand which was annoying for a long time but I have wider phone now so all is well. Still love this thing.

Quality not as expected
Soooo I bought this item to #1 have a wireless charger but #2 I’m a hard sleeper. I was hoping this would allow me to hook my phone up via bluetooth and my alarms would play through the speaker loudly. It is not that much louder IF it’s louder at all than my normal alarm on my phone. When the phone has been charging for a while; you pick the phone up and it is hot where the phone rests on the charger. A little worrisome.Other than that, the sound quality is quite muffled. I had read this in some other reviews but took my chances. Too late to get money back, oh well. On to trying another one.

Works great, fast charge, but cable is flimsy
It’s great to not have to hunt for plugs and cables. Also, I always know where my phone is when I’m at home, and it’s always charged. The only drawback is the charger cable is not robust. I bought three of these units, and one cable broke the first week.

I Really Liked This Until I Put My Phone In a Case
My Pixel 5 charged great before the case arrived. It linked up and I enjoyed having the speaker while the phone was charging. But when the case I ordered arrived the phone no longer charged. It would start to charge and then switch off. Worked perfectly before the case. Itt could be the particular case I ordered but the case said it worked with wireless chargers. I got a Spigen Touch Armor case and I guess it is just too thick. I read the comments on the case and it seemed it would work. Too bad because I really liked this charger.

Fast delivery, product as described however this device is not a fast charge at all. The added speaker is what gives this charger 4 stars.

Great while it lasted … less than 5 weeks
It continues to work well as a charger, although it does make my phone warm enough I don’t go off for hours and leave it unattended. Others complained about the sound quality. I didn’t find that an issue. I was just sorry that after five weeks, the sound would suddenly disappear and by the 6th week it was no longer working. I still use it for the charge but I would get something more durable if you are looking to project from your iPhone, as I was, in our kitchen while cooking.

Very solid charger, does exactly what it’s supposed too do.
This will not review the quality of the speaker as I do not use it. I bought this charge for 2 reasons:1) I wanted to charge my phone without wearing out the USB connection2) I wanted to do so in a way that allowed me to see the time when I rolled over in bedThis does exactly that. It has a very solid spot to place the phone in a portrait or landscape position. The charge feature engages rapidly, usually within 1-2 seconds, even through my case. My case is moderately thick, it’s a hard case with an integral stand, not thin, but not like the heavy duty outdoors cases either, and the charging function still kicks in within 1-2 seconds in both positions. Very solid. My only gripe is that it rarely charges past 88-90%. Now I think that may be by design…I’ve heard that charging your batter to full can shorten it’s lifespan…but at the same time I feel that 85% is a bit low, 90-95 just seems a better number to shoot for. But I rarely use more then 30-40% of my battery power, so it works for me.

Charges and amplifies
I use this as a charging stand in the kitchen/dining area so that I can play music while cooking, doing chores or eating, or take a call on speaker. It isn’t the loudest speaker, but can provide background music over a 4-room area. If it doesn’t connect immediately to a phone it has connected to before, pushing the button on the back usually works quickly. In fact, the only problem I have had is that sometimes when I am in another part of the house wanting to use earbuds or a different speaker, sometimes the Soundform charger overrides the other device and I have to manually choose the device I want to use.

Won’t charge just anything…
I bought this through Amazon Warehouse and got a good deal. The box was completely crushed, which I knew ahead of time, but the speaker inside was in perfect condition. I purchased this with the intention of using it as work to charge my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy from a few years ago) and my off brand mp3 player while listening to music or podcasts from each. Alas this will not charge my cell phone, my husband’s (slightly newer cell), or any mp3 player we have. All will connect via bluetooth and the sound quality is good but it didn’t work out the way I thought. It appears it will only charge the newest mainstream devices. The range is good though as I can have a device across the room and it still picks up beautifully. Also like the small footprint.

Kinda sucks
I have more dislikes than likes. Charging overheats the phone and then stops charging. 1hr of charging adds a rough 15-20% of battery life. Sound quality is okay. However, Bluetooth disconnects whenever receiving a call, so you have to reconnect after each call. During the first week of using this product, sound would slowly diminish to the point where you can hardly hear anything at full volume. However, it fixed itself and haven’t had this issue after the first week.

My Mom loves it! Easy to use.
I bought this as an upgrade for an old Logitech dock with speaker for my mother. She loves it, quick to setup and the speaker she feels is great. She bought one for another room in her house she liked it so much. We are Apple people so this was great for her iPhone. Overall Belkin hit the mark with the Qi charging speaker dock. You can quickly put some music on, use it as an alarm clock with your phone or take FaceTime calls. My favorite is FaceTime because then my mom isn’t throwing the phone all around while talking to me! Lol gotta love her but FaceTime can make you motion sick!

Power cord broke, item no longer functions
Spent over an hour bouncing between Cust Service and Technical Service. Spoke to each dept. at least 5 times. Each dept. said the other dept. would have to help me. Informed them the power cord broke and could no longer use the product. Eventually I was told they do not replace just the cord. They would need to replace entire product. Unfortunately, because I was 4 weeks beyond the warranty they would not be able to replace either the cord or the speaker. Not even an offer to discount a newer replacement. If you plan to use this $50.00 item longer than 2 years you run the risk of very likely having to throw it away. Even if it fails while still under warranty, which is a good possibility, their Cust Service will wear you down on the phone until you cannot wait to hang up. $50.00 is an expensive disposable product. Very poor customer service and very complacent Tech support. I would stay away from Belkin products. There are better options.

If this fits your needs, buy it now
It looks like this model has been replaced or discontinued; I was able to find it on Amazon at a major discount, but only from small vendors. Liked it so well I bought a second right away. Sound quality is very good **for the size and price**. It’s not bad looking. And the big thing: charging at the same time. I’ve had no interest in that at all, but if you spend a lot of time listening to podcasts or music or books, you end up constantly having to set up a charge with lighting cable and a speaker. This solves that problem really really well.

Flawed
Was hopeful to find a quality MagSafe charger for my iPhone, however, regardless of whether I placed it in the cradle vertically or horizontally, the phone would charge for 3ish minutes & then it would cut off and stop charging. It would then cut back on and start charging again & then stop again. The phone was also very hot to the touch. I moved the phone around thinking maybe it didn’t have good contact or off center somehow but that didn’t resolve the issue. I liked the design of the charger. I did not test out the speaker functionality before deciding to return it. Overall, disappointed it didn’t work well.

The Belkin Bluetooth charger inconveniences
The charging part of this product is inconsistent. The bluetooth part does work well. I like the fact that the stand allows me to have it horizontally as it allows me to see what I’m watching better but I just wish that it would continue to charge better as it does not

Speaker/Charger Combo – DO NOT BUY
The sound is just POOR. It’s a joke. Don’t waste your money. Do a little more research and make a better decision than I did. This Belkin (a name that I respect) was my first speaker/charger dock and I was sorely disappointed. I did some more research and ended up buying the wireless charging dock by Sharper Image. I’m satisfied (4/5 stars) with that purchase. My expectations are realistic as this was just supposed to be an office speaker/charger. I wasn’t expecting high highs and low lows – for office background music, mediocre is okay. The Belkin wasn’t even mediocre.I repeat, DO NOT BUY this. Two stars because the charging portion is perfect, charges quickly, and you can charge vertically or horizontally.

Phone overheat, low speaker volume
I got this when I bought my new iPhone because I wanted a new Belkin charger because my ex stole my other Belkin. This one sounded like a good deal because of the speaker attached. But, the speaker wasn’t loud- was about the same volume level as my phone. Also, my brand new phone, without a case on it, would start to overheat in a matter of minutes (2-3). The first couple times I let it slide but it kept happening. I now no longer use it. Waste of money for me, but someone may like it.

Do not purchase
I haven’t even been using this thing for a week and it already doesn’t work. The volume is controlled by the device you have it connected to, which is fine, so long as you are getting sound at all. I have to continuously disconnect and reconnect to get it to continue playing, multiple times a day.
