Don’t get As hot
This jacket is OK… but it doesn’t get very hot just like luke warm. This is Definitely not something i can wear on my winter job…. back to my heated jacket search ugh!

Sizes aren’t correct
I normally wear a XL, so I ordered a 2X. It does say 2XL on the tag.Fits like a medium size. Won’t even zip up. Been waiting on this for a month and a half and very disappointing when it got here.

Runs very small!
Ordered a two X so that I could be sure it would fit my granddaughter who wears an extra large! It is way too small. It fits like a medium at best! Not worth paying to send it back

Never arrived
Would have liked to have a heated jacket but it never arrived. The shipping was suspiciously fast from China and the price too good. But that may be why it didn’t arrive.

You need to order a couple sizes larger

Garbage 🧥
It was poorly made the largest size I asked for couldn’t even fit my 5-year-old broken at certain seams The USB plug was damaged and the worst part. It was going to cost me more money to return it than what I spent for it so here I’m stuck with a useless piece of something that look beautiful in a picture but to my sadness was nothing that I was looking forward toThank you…..P.S. It is not worthy of one star but I had to rate it very poor Amazon you ought to be a shame of yourselves

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!
The sizes are not accurate. I ordered a bigger size and it was still way to small. When I tried to exchange it for a larger size, the seller said there was nothing wrong with the jacket and if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay the shipping cost.I am VERY disappointed with this seller and I would recommend that no one buy from them.

Ordered Again
This is garbage! At last I did get the coat after i ordered again. There is one cord to heat the whole coat. 19 heat zones my ass. This is not worth the price even at free! Will update after testing but still fraud, scam, bull!Update: ok so it’s bad but not as bad as I said before. I wear ladies med.5’2” 144.4 lbs. I read all reviews and ordered 5X thinking I was going to have sweaters on under it. Don’t know why I thought that. It does have 1 wire that worked but it was a pretty long one. So I got the old seam ripper out. Took out Sean in back of coat opened it up turned on and very carefully moved wires to where I needed them as I only have one wire taped it in place, put on to make sure of placement. Love new placement! Taped it in place using two sided carpet tape (use what you have on hand. That’s my Moto) sewed the seam back up . After doing this it has been the only coat I have worn all winter. It’s COLD in michigan in February!!! This has been a game changer. By the way I did not pay this much for my coat. I got a steal. 5X was a bit much but after not getting one that I ordered in 4x I wasn’t going to play what ever came to my house was going to be mine 5X showed up and I made it work. My other plan was and yes I did buy before knowing what would work I bough a heated car seat cover from Menards like 9 bucks was going to use that wire. Happy I did not need to do that! It still works. If I only get one season out of it so be it. At least it was a warmer winters. It does get hot!

Unhappy with my order
The jacket definitely comes from China when receiving the jacket it’s not like it is in the picture its super thin and the size I order it was a large, but received an extra small for children or something. wouldn’t recommend unless you plan on ordering the biggest size they have, If you try putting your arm inside of the sleeve, you can feel tiny feathers poking you! that’s if you can even get your arm in there.

Way to small
First it was supposed to arrive after 2 weeks. Then they changed to date on arrival another 2 weeks. And still arrived a week after that after getting a refund. Tried it on and it was 3 sizes to small. What a horrible product. Spend a little more money and get one you know will arrive on time and be the right size.

Size Is Not Right
I didn’t like anything about this product…very cheap looking material…I purchased a 4XL and I received the size of what my medium size daughter wear with with 4 XL tag in it…it took about 3 weeks longer to receive than what I was told….overall, I am very dissatisfied…I would rate this product with NO stars!!

Doesn’t heat much but it’s a sturdy jacket
The heat provided by battery use took 2-3 small rechargeable usb batteries a day, I just wore a shirt, knitted shirt, and this jacket. keeps warm throughout the whole day, a very comfortable jacket skin-feel wise.

Best decision I’ve made
I work outside pumping gas and live in an area where it gets below zero in the winter. I knew I wanted a heated jacket but with this I got more than I thought I would get. It easily runs off a battery pack and my 5000mah battery will keep me heated all day. The heating pads inside are in all the right places to keep your entire upper body warm. It’s water resistant and handles being in the elements with me quite well. It only takes a minute to heat up and there is 3 heat settings so you have choice on how hot you’d like it to be. It’s an added bonus that the jacket is also good looking on top of being comfortable. This jacket has replaced the winter shells and jackets that I was using prior. For the money you’re paying for this, you’re definitely getting more than you bargained for. I recommend everybody gets one of these.

Possible scam, but still got product
When I ordered this jacket originally on 11/22 there was only one review about the jacket being too small. I didn’t receive my jacket until a month later on 12/23 after contacting Amazon support about this possible scam. They refunded me and told me if the jacket arrived I could keep it.. I’m glad I got refunded cause the jacket is not that great. Battery charger is not included so you have to have your own and the only setting where I can feel heat is on high.I was tracking shipping and somehow my jacket came from Texas when it was supposed to come from New York.. very shady.

TOO SMALL
This should be promoted as a child’s coat, and it takes 2 months to receive it. It remains to be seen if I can get my $ refunded. It is decent quality, but the size I would have worn when I was 12 years old 40 plus years ago.I usually never comment, but need to warn you that this deal is not a good deal.

Super small!
This isn’t for anyone that wears an XL or above. I’m normally at 2X and got a 4X and it was like trying to fit a medium. Smaller ppl you’re good to go! Any dad bods out there might wanna find a different one! Bc it won’t fit no matter how big you go.

I have no idea if the coat is nice I got a 3XL and I usually wear a 2X and this was so small it didn’t fit around my shoulders. It feels nice and looks well made plus looks super nice but the sizing feels like it was for a kid

You have to be connected to a USB at all times 🙄
When it says rechargeable, what it means is that you have to be charging at all times. Heat does not work at all without being connected to a USB, I tried charging it, and it would not work ever withoutUSB connected. The jacket itself is fine, but heating element, which is the entire reason I bought the product does not work without being connected to.power. It does not charge!!! Waste of money and disappointed as H$&$

Do not buy
We purchased two of these coats, and only received one we were told to check with our neighbors. Very rude response. The one we did receive did not work and the sewing was such poor quality that there was cotton sticking out from the neck and collar. We paid for two and received one that is useless. The shipping cost return it is not worth the money. So if I can tell anyone to not purchase and save the money.

Garbage product
I ordered two XL jackets, neither one of them are big enough to fit my three and five year old children you would think an extra large would at least fit a teenager… very disappointing would not recommend them to anybody …unless you have an extra large baby?

Nice puffy jacket with heater. Sizing runs small, probably Asian sizing. The small looks like it would fit a kid size maybe 12 -14.
