Comfortable!
These socks are what I expected, no complaints. They are definitely not thick like wool socks, but a nice thickness for poly/cotton. Some reviews mention they are too tight over the calves, but I found them to be just right and I don’t have skinny calves.

MADE IN EL SALVADOR
This 12 pack of Hane’s men’s white crew socks are made of a blend of polyester, cotton, rayon & spandex. It’s recommended that you wash them in cold water & use non-chlorine bleach. I don’t do that & they last about a year.

Great, Technical, Comfortable Socks For an Amazing Price
I am a sock snob (and I like these).Normally, I only like the really high end Darn Tough or Smartwool socks or the very top of the line ones from the outdoor magazine.But I don’t like paying $25-$30 per pair! Getting crazy.So I was noticing these Hanes socks above with all the features—and the wicking, fabric blend, odor control, etc–and so I gave them a try to get 6 for the price of one fancy sock.And these are a winner–ideal for walking around campus, the office, or home.In fact, I love em! My new favorite all day sock for outside, home or office.I am not going to hike the Appalachian Trail in these (though you might), but this is an ideal summer, spring, fall (probably not ideal for subzero temps) day-to-day sock for people fed up with crappy, cheap socks but not interested in paying $25 dollar for a high end pair.Have not worn long enough to test the wear (just a few washes), but I bet I still have 3 or 4 pairs going strong when one pair of the $30 dollar ones have long since died (so it is a value).And I just bought some for a family member who works on their feet all day.Can’t believe they give you 6 in 3 colors for $20 bucks (just saw it went to $25 and bought some more fast)…

Great Gift
Let’s say that I asked my brother-in-law’s nephew (a grown man mind you), what he wanted for Christmas and he gave me a list of… let’s just say nonsense. Me, being the funny person I am, bought him exactly that. Regardless, the functionality of these socks seemed on point. While I didn’t try them on myself, they were soft and well packaged.

Not bad for the price
I needed some white crew socks and didn’t want to spend a lot. These socks are okay for cool weather, but no padding, and for me, they were quite tight around my calf….so I didn’t pull them all the way up. They served their purpose but I won’t buy them again.

Fairly long, i.e. almost over calf
Too soon to comment on durability. A bit too long for my preference – almost an over-the-calf length. Still, a goodbye for a comfortable. cold weather sock.
