Great budget buds
Was a little skeptical because I haven’t really heard of this brand besides the big speakers I see all the time. Exceeded expectations. The noise cancelling is jarring at first because you don’t expect it to work as well as it does in these little buds. Felt like I was wearing some gun range earmuffs, they’d randomly pick up my pug wheezing and I’d be wondering what the hell that noise was sort of like how headsets will boost stuff like air conditioners that you never really noticed before. The audio quality is great. I’m sure audio freaks will denounce these as being less than perfect but I can’t tell any issues. If you want more bass just adjust it in the app, crisper vocals- you can do that. It’s got a simple but robust equalizer you can mess with to your heart’s content. Gets loud enough to worry you about hearing loss, even kindly has a setting to prevent you from doing this if you lack self control. The case is cute, feels nice in the hand, is a little weighty but not so much that you notice it in your pockets constantly bouncing around. The earbuds are a little tricky to put in until you just memorize the orientation, it’s a very precise fit where your brain can kind of imagine them going in a few other ways til you find the proper one. The provided charging cord is incredibly short and an ugly bright orange but I suppose it helps since you’d probably lose it in two seconds if it wasn’t glowing. The earbuds themselves look fine, subtle design. Dark, matte, won’t draw much attention unlike some brands with the bright gold accents and LEDs and all that junk. The default set are a little loose in the ears but there’s 3 sets of tips to find a better fit. May god have mercy on your soul of these don’t fit because the connector looks pretty unique. Not sure if generic tips would fit onto the thin oval lips these use.The touch controls are a bit annoying, constantly calling random numbers or whatever else my phone is interpreting as the noises of my fumbling to put the buds in their case after listening for a bit. You can just turn it off though so it’s not a big deal. EDIT: Actually you can’t, disregard that. A bit annoying, gotta grab them a very specific way when putting in and removing from case.Screw Raycons, get these any day of the week if you’re a cheapskate who still likes quality stuff like me.

Good headphones, touch won’t accidently activate on pillow
This review is for: JBL Tune Flex – True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds (White), SmallOverall, I like them. Video mode has no audio lag. They sound good with boosted base and sealed tips.I picked them up on sale, so I really can’t complain for value. I really wish there was a way to turn on the headphones without the case.Highs:* When using to go to sleep, the pillow won’t accidently activate the touch controls (very nice).* Touch controls are responsive and are easy to activate. I haven’t had them accidently double activate so far.* Video mode has no audio/video lag. Must be enabled in the app. By default it is set to Music mode.* Good sound. They sound very good when using the bass EQ, music mode, and the sealed tips.* Fit is good. Three sizes for sealed tips.* Can setup each touch control to a different command set.* Important! : If you want volume control, it must be setup in the app.* Has a “find earphones” function (only when still turned on). Emits a tone and is easy to hear.* Has an optional auto standby which also optionally deactivates ANC. For example: With some other earphones, ANC will stay on even with auto standby enabled. If using them to sleep to, ANC being on all the time will cause the battery to be low by morning.* Good Bluetooth range.Lows:* Hard to get out of the case. This seems to be common with all case based small headphones. There isn’t a good way to grip them and they won’t shake out.* When getting out of the case, it’s easy to activate the touch controls over and over. (Skip, play, pause, volume up.)* No way to turn on the earphones without the case. Not even with the app. Cannot force standby either.* This means that if you forget the case, you can’t put them in your pocket because the touch controls fire randomly. The app can turn off the earphones.* Couldn’t tell a difference between ANC on or off. With or without the sealed tips. But I was not really surprised for small in ear headphones.Other:To put on or take off the tips, use a credit card or spudger to separate the white tips from the body. The sealed tips are easy to add and remove.

Good ear buds but the noise cancelling ambient software is annoying
The ambient aware software is always turning on and id just much rather it be permanently off. When its off i get a subtle feedback that hurts. Not sure if anyone else notices it, but i notice it. Other wise great product when thats not forcing itself on.Long battery life, sound quality on par with air pods, shaped like how ear buds should be. Also cheaper than air pods.

Pairing was a pain (UPDATED REVIEW)
Overall I was pleased with the sound quality WHEN I was able to use them correctly. I tried everything and followed multiple instructions correctly but was unable to sync both earbuds together (only once was I able to sync them and when I touched anything in the app they would un-sync). The pairing process was just a pain, after dealing with being unable to sync them despite 10+ tries I gave up. I haven’t heard too many complaints regarding connection issues from others so maybe I got a defective one, but this was not a great initial experience with JBL. I hope I can resort this issue with JBL.UPDATE: So I sent the original pair back and I received a replacement. Right off the bat the connection was instant and it was exactly how it should’ve been from the start. I have no more issues now so I most likely got a defective product but luckily it was sorted out. The sound quality is amazing, it’s clear and the EQ customization within the app really expands the positive experience. Battery life is impressive. The bass is really good, once you equalize it appropriately it is incredible. My only complaint so far are the ear tips, I tried all 3 sizes and no matter the size they caused discomfort but it was mostly due to a break-in period and now I can use them comfortably without having any pain. Overall pleased with this product and thankful that I gave it a 2nd chance!

The earbuds I’ve been looking for!
These earbuds are perfect!I’ve used verious types of wireless earbuds and these are my favorite! The shape is actually the most comfortable to wear in my opinion. And if you’re worried about blocking out background noise, these come with rubber ear tips that will help make these seal better in your ear than most others with this design. The app is also really well done and easy to use. Gives you control over the EQ, touch features, noise cancelling features, and even tells you the battery life. The case is also fantastic with the front lights being three bars showing you how much battery the case has as well so you’ll know when to recharge. The lid also opens all the way and kinda latches open so the lid doesn’t snap shut waking up your spouse while you’re trying to get your earbuds out or put them away. Haha super nice though! They sounds fantastic and crystal clear! I’m sure that some audiophiles out there will have some issue with them. But as a musician and content creator who has dealt with audio for years, for an everyday use set of wireless earbuds, these are great! I’m not mixing an album or editing youtube videos with them but I could if I wanted. But for movies, music, and youtube videos, these are perfect!I love them so much I got my wife some for Christmas, she loves them too!

decent audio but all-in-all underwhelming
I bought these on sale during one of the deal days so I wasn’t expecting the greatest product. But even at the discounted rate, I don’t know if it was worth the money. They’re definitely better products out there for similar or cheaper prices (compared to the full price of the product). The audio quality is better than a pair of $10 wireless earbuds, but aren’t a true JBL experience. The only difference between ambient and noise canceling is that with ambient, the outside noises are projected through the earbuds. But otherwise the noise canceling aren’t really noise canceling at all.As for the hardware itself, they aren’t very comfortable even with multiple cushion sizes. The earbuds have a hard time connecting with the charging prongs in the bottom of the case. So often your earbuds don’t realize they’re in the case and should be turned off. So then you wake up with one earbud fully charged and one on 5%.The tap interface is really well thought out but poorly executed. The same taps don’t all work with every app. The pause/play and skip features on the earbud don’t work at all with Spotify. Which is a major oversight considering it’s debateably the largest music player for phones. And the command to talk with your phone changes depending on what type of phone you have. And it changes based off of what app you have open.It is by no means a horrible product, but you should explore other options before deciding on this one, unless you find it on sale.

Amazing Earbuds
I am not a fan of myself having earbuds not connected to a wire or anything. I have the though, what if i lose a bud or two from running or something. I have been using an old neck lg bluetooth set that got me by since 2011. But i finally decided to give some earbuds a chance and where’s a better brand to get for the price than JBL. I started with low expectations for everything. So here’s my review.Fit-The JBLs will come with assorted sizes eartips to fit your ear. I’m currently using the one that was already attached and it stick well to the ear! I’ll jump a few times and no budge. It may be slightly big at times it feels, but it ain’t going nowhere!Smart Ambient- I def didn’t expect earbuds be able to do this. To where you can hear your surroundings even when listening to music! Huge plus!Noise Cancellation-Freaking sweet! Does what it needs to do, blocks out noise!Calls-Works amazing for calls. Others can hear me very clear!I’m also a gamer, so i def tried using them for a game or two and it works fine. Can’t control you’re surroundings due to the lack of the app on the computer but that’s fine. I also used them for discord calls and works wonders too.Sound-Wow! Just wow! These buds took me to a different world honestly. Such a clear sound with great bass without losing clarity! I def didn’t expect them to be this good!Controls- The buds do have some controls by just a simple tap or two taps. I’m a fan of the mute control especially with discord.Battery- I have not had any issues with battery life honestly. So 10/10 there!Overall, this JBL earbuds beats my old LG set. I would recommend this for any music lovers out there who also loves to make calls!

Have been actively search for Airpod Backup – Found it
I have 3 different JBL speakers at home and thought I’d give a shot on the Tune Flex. Have purchased multiple ‘alternative’ or like brands over the last 3 years from Amazon and just haven’t found one’s that are long lasting (work great for a week and then bugs come into affect in 2-3 weeks). Love this pair so far, but only had it for 48hrs. Noise quality is pretty awesome for earbuds, could say they’re ‘pretty’ good on the noise cancelling part, but could still hear outside ambient noise, but that’s to be expected. Didn’t think these would completely seal. The JBL’s pair really easily on my IPAD and IPHONE, so could say this these are much easier than some of the reviews I’ve read. Bass quality is good and pretty loud (comparable with my Airpods) and much cheaper. Again, let’s see how the next 2-3 weeks go. One thing I want to test is working out and sweat. Recently I bought a cheaper alternative on Amazon and when I worked out, those buds kept popping out with sweat. I want to see how these go and if the sound quality goes out with a little sweat (happened to SoundPeats I bought).I’ll update my review once I get a month of testing in.

They sound great. Don’t bother using the rubber ear plugs.
I used to have a pair of these (the old version) a few years ago but the case just wouldn’t last more than a year before they wouldn’t charge the headphones anymore. And I loved those things because they sounded great, the molded earpiece shape was excellent because they stayed in my ear when I’d jog or run. And these new headphones are just like that but better because they’re even smaller. I’ll just have to wait and see if JBL improved the charging case or not 🙏. Another thing I wish was better is the design of the inside of the case because it’s kind of hard for my fat sausage fingers to pull the headphones out of the case. The headphones are tucked in there damn near flush so it’s hard to pull those things out. And simply jolting them upside down doesn’t work either because the magnets are very strong. I gotta use what little bit of nails I have left to claw them out. Otherwise these are great. Get them if you’re an active person.

This sound really good and just generally work really well. We used to go through $20 ear buds and they would just break. This was worth the step up in price and if you buy at the right time, you can get JBL for 60% off. The noise canceling works well too.

Good pair of ear buds
The JBL tune flex ear buds are nothing special just your typical wireless ear buds . It does really cancel out the surrounding sounds . It does have good bass . One thing I don’t like is the volume on the ear buds.

Great little earbuds
Really nice set of earbuds. The sound quality is fine, I really like the bass response. You can tweak the EQ curve with the app, a very welcome feature. My ears don’t tend to like fitting this style of bud, but these sit snug after a little fiddling and with the medium pillows on. Noise cancelling is super nice; I can listen to podcasts while I’m running the lawnmower now! And battery life is fine.Overall, I have few complaints. I have to fiddle a bit to get the buds to seat properly in my ear, but that’s an issue I have with this style of earbud across brands. If you can get these at a nice price, do it.

Best $64 I spent today
I struggled for 2 hours trying to fit the earbuds tips. After watching several YouTube videos and speaking with a wonderful customer relations agent (Dan), on the verge of getting a transfer to the warranty section, he asked, did you remove the original earbud tips? I couldn’t find them because they glued to the earbuds like a natural extension! That sorted, the set up was seamless, as I already saw tonnes of videos. Now I’m wondering what I have been doing all my life without this earpiece!

Super impressed
I bought these on Black Friday for $50 – I am in love so far. I have only had a few days so I can’t speak to longevity, but sound quality, fit, and features are amazing. And the app lets you adjust the sound as well and change what tapping the earbuds do. They really do noise cancel if they fit you well. I switched to the medium size ear coverings and they fit me perfectly. Didn’t come out any during my workout either or jumping around. Also, the talk thru feature is awesome. So nice to be able to talk to people without taking my headphones out. So glad I didn’t go for a more expensive pair because these have everything I wanted with a low price too!

Excellent sound
Forget those overpriced Beats. These sound as good or better and has great bass for such a small device. I can still hear some background noises with the noise cancellation on but I use them in a loud gym so I suppose something will come through a little bit. I would recommend these to anyone wanting good quality sound for paying less than overpriced Beats or Bose products.

Convenient and comfortable.
I’ve needed Bluetooth headphones for some time, and was happy to pick up this set of earbuds during Prime Days.I did have some trouble keeping them in my ears, but I figured it out and wanted to pass on what I found.Initially, I settled on the medium size ear tips. The buds seemed to work their way out of my ears by moving my head.I switched to the small ear tips, and so far so good.My only complaint is the voice assistant settings, in the app, do not include an option to turn off the voice assistant. However, since I’m not constantly fiddling with buds after changing tips, it isn’t as big an issue.

Best ear buds ever
I have never turned the bass down on anything in my life. I had to turn the bass down on these. No joke. The best bit of these buds is the equalizer on the app. So easy to use. Good sound but cutout intermittently
They have good sounds and good fit but the music does occasionally cut out. Some days it doesn’t do it at all. I turned my phone off and back on and that seemed to help but given that this started less than a month in not sure how they’ll be long term.

Earbud shape and my ear hole shape don’t like each other.
They move in my ear when I run a few miles. The different cushion sizes don’t help, they’ll just pop out of my ear.As far as sound… they’re great! Noise canceling isn’t audiophile level but is noticeable (small sounds, fans, gusts, birds in the distance) And they get loud, if you’re into that. The app is cool too.

One of the better earphones I’ve used
Overall a great earphone set. I use it for work, music, audiobooks, podcast, anything audio related it’s pretty good. I’m no audiophile but even I can tell that these are definitely worth more than the price tag. They last a good amount of time, but what makes them worth it is the recognition. While at work people on the other line can hear me quite easily even though there is ambient music, people talking in the distance and other loud sounds.Get it if you haven’t picked one yet.

Oh my! I like what I’m hearing
I compared the OnePlus Nord 2 Earbuds with the JBL Tune Flex and I’m liking these a bunch more. The OnePlus buds are not noise cancelling so right off the back these buds are better. The noise cancelling might not be the best, but there is a significant difference. I haven’t tested the ambient aware but great feature especially if you don’t want to take out your buds while having a conversation. In my opinion, the sound quality is great but that is user preference. Some users stated that the max volume was too low on these. I disagree with that statement. I think they are plenty loud and do not have an issue with that. Pls make sure you tweak your buds via the app for a better experience. For the price, I think these earbuds are a winner!

Repeat buyer
I have bought several sets of headphones the past few years for myself or family. These are the ones we have settled into. These work well for a variety of situations. Exercise. Work. Grocery shopping. Sleeping. Sound is good. We like the options through the app.Note: we don’t use them for phone calls.

Miss the buttons
My old pair had a button on them instead of a touch to press. Unfortunately with this set every time I adjust them in my ear or anything, it pauses or presses some setting when I was just moving it. Otherwise, good sound quality and the ear plug parts are effective for noise cancelling.

Worth it if they’re on Discount.
I bought these as a replacement for my Sony WF-1000XM3’s. Straight out of the box I can tell you these are a lower quality BUT great option for the price (if discounted as stated in the title.) If you’re looking for headphones that have superb noise cancelling, these are not for you. It’s there but so minimal that the feature itself doesn’t warrant too much relevancy. The sound itself on the pair I got gets a little distorted at max volume, this isn’t to say it ruins the consumer experience all together. Using these at even half the total volume should suffice for any average person on their daily commute. The battery life is great. 32 hrs total (I suggest you do without noise cancelling) and the design fit perfectly in my ear. They are, however, a little bigger than other earbuds I’ve used so keep that in mind. The interchangeable ear tips might work for you if the hard ones aren’t your thing. It comes with 3 separate sizes along with the standard hard tips. I also have not used them in a phone call, but I don’t really talk on the phone all too much so it’s not a deal breaker for me. I paid 53$ for these and would say it was well worth the purchase. 4 stars only because 50$ should be the standard price. For 100$ you can definitely get better options.

Work great
Sound good. Price was right. Switched from air pods because i got sick of spending all the money for the mics to quit on me after a few months. Only 4 stars because i don’t like the ergonomics of the case – it’s a bit bulky. Also, the tap controls on the headsets themselves I’m not really fond of. Overall small complaints.
