Purchased for the 3rd time!
I really love these Bluetooth headphones. They fit securely, and comfortably, pairing effortlessly with my Iphone each time I go out for a run. Volume and on/ off can be controlled with taps to the earphone. I liked them so much that I bought 2 more for my daughters.

BEST CHEAP EARBUDS
I buy a lot of cheap earbuds (always lose them) but I like good audio. And for the price they sound great, stay on well for working out. I sometimes use them for sleep and they’ll be at 20% battery in the morning so I’d say the battery is good. If you’re not looking for super high-quality audio, just something quick and easy, then these are your go to!

Good earbuds
I am not the biggest fan on ear buds that go over the ear since they irritate me after about 45 minutes, but these fit well and don’t bother me that much. There is good sound quality with these and the battery lasts a long time.

Great for Y
My husband loves these for working out at Y. He has a hard time keeping ear buds in his ear but these work great. They are not expensive so if they have to be replaced it’s ok.

Easy to use
I like these ear buds. It would get 5 stars but it’s kind of hurt my inner ear. The hard plastic part could be a litter smaller. The part that I’m pointing to.

These work very well I have best value for my money spent
These are awesome earbuds and are priced for todays prices are unbeatable. Thanks JLab for a great product. I have bought many and they all work great. I have bought many pairs for just a back up pair cause I never want to be without them. That’s how well they are to me. I have bought for my grandkids and the wife as well. You can’t go wrong sound and price are right on point no complaints from me. I highly recommend them I have other brands that are much much more money but these are my go to. 👍🏿👍🏿 Keep up the Good work Jlabs…

Can I give it nine stars?
I’ve been searching for a great pair of ear phones. These stay in my ears when I jump and jog. The sound is fantastic, on calls as well as music. Pairing was so easy. They come with alternate ear pieces, I changed to the smallest ones with ease. I’ve had them a few weeks now. The charge is good, I like that the charger is attached to the case. The only reason for nine stars rather than ten, is the ear phones are swapped in the case, odd. The right earphone is on the left and the left on the right. But for what you get in these, I’d take them being upside down. These are a brilliant buy.

I miss the older designs
Alright so the old model I bought was over 3 years ago, and those ones survived being run over by a car, being dropped on an electric train track, being hit by another car with me, and even being dragged against concrete like lipstick to a belt sander.Only reason I had to buy a new pair was because the older ones were starting to connect to my phone as two separate Bluetooth devices, which really broke my heart because I loved how long the old ones had lasted.Bought these ones, they’re pretty good, same exact feel, but they did add a way to skip to the previous song instead of having to open your phone and do it manually like with the old models, so I appreciate that. The case is a lot slimmer than the old one, which is good if you wanna save pocket space, but less so if you want your headphones to survive being run over by a four ton vehicle. I doubt most folks buying these are getting into any crazy shenanigans like that, but you never know.9/10 would recommend for quality, but the durability did slip a little.

Good quality sound and great for running
I use these earbuds for working out, especially running. They sit comfortably in my ears and the loop works well around my ears to keep them in place. As with most of the in-ear earbuds, your ears eventually tire out but that will always be the case with these types.I have never had these earbuds fall out of my ears during a run. The sound is good quality in my opinion. The touch “buttons” on the sides work well and I’ve received no complaints for the microphone’s sensitive during phone calls. The charging case works well and gives indications of it charging the earbuds which is handy to know everything is working correctly.

Good headphones, watch for issues with some pairs.
We have several pairs of these headphones for members of our family. They generally have worked well, and they charge and pair very conveniently. One set failed to hold a charge after a month of intermittent use, so I’ve figured out that I need to charge them regularly to keep the battery healthy, even if I’m not using them regularly.Another pair broke at the ear hooks, so I taped them together. They only broke because I was sleeping in the headphones and shoving them into my pocket periodically. I’ve learned I need to be gentle and they earpiece stays intact. I like the headphones and I would buy them again; just be aware of some durability issues with the battery and the earpieces.

Wish battery life and hey siri functionality worked better
Wirecutter with NY Times had these as a top choice and they price was great! However, Hey Siri with our apple devices didn’t work great. Battery life was ok but not super. Sound quality ok. I guess we were coming from $200 headphones and have had it too good. All this being said, for $20 these were still an amazing deal and great to have as a back-up set of headphones.

Not sure what to think?
The price is the only real plus I can think of.The sound quality is not very good and getting them to finally work properly was a pain in the butt.If they were better, I would even purchase more and use them as stocking stuffers for Xmas, but, I feel I might be giving someone a headache to deal with and I really don’t want to help anyone figure out their issues. The App is beyond useless, so don’t even worry about it, or thinking it has anything to do with adjusting anything with the sound, or connectivity. It is beyond useless and just a way for them to promote their garbage as if you went to their online store. Don’t download the App.I had to do what they call a factory reset 5 times before both earpieces control features finally started working properly. Once that was figured out, it isn’t bad, but, the sound it and the three options by tapping the left ear piece three times gives you a voice telling you what sound EQ option you are getting, but, it is not noticeable, or changing anything at all. I have read others saying that they have a ‘tinny sound’, not sure what tin sounds like? But, if they mean that they sound weak and pretty crappy, yeah, I’d have to agree with them.Again, for the price, not the most horrible purchase anyone could make, I am still goin g to keep searching for a better option that sounds better, but, I will give these a go for stand up paddling, losing them, ruining them wouldn’t really bother me at all.I think the company has realized that if they charge more, they get returned based on the sound quality being so bad, but, for $19, people are more opt to deal with it based on all the other features once you get them working properly. They are better than having nothing, but there is no way they are going to be winning any sort of sound quality awards with these thing and if they claim they have? Then that proves to me that that award isn’t worth the Charmin I wipe my butt with. The features are nice, the sound isn’t.

Good pair of ear pods
I really like these however I find them highly sensitive to use. If I try to adjust them and accidentally touch the volume/turn on off button they’ll turn off. Once on, I have to not adjust anything to avoid from turning off this could also just be operator error but definitely will keep them.

Great Customer Service, Great Product, Great Battery Life
Bought the green JLab Go Air Sport 3. Nothing but positive thing to say. I love the battery life and it is the best bang for your buck you can get. Saw them recommended on Wirecutter and I have been very happy. The customer service team is also very helpful and friendly which is rare these days. The only thing that isn’t intuitive (or as intuitive as others) is syncing them to multiple devices, but I just use them for my phone, so no complaints.

Not bad
When I opened them I was surprised how cheap everything feels. But they have a good sound. I have more expensive earbuds i use for the gym and these DO NOT compare. However I’m using them for work bc my last work earbuds finally died. But I work outdoors in construction and listen to only one side at a time so they get really dirty, and can potentially get lost or damaged so was t trying to spend a lot. These did the trick. Theyre perfect for what i needed them for, sound great, and only $20 so if i lose or damage them ots not to big of a deal.

Good for a cheaper workout set
For the price, it’s great. It connected pretty easily to my phone once I figured out how to do it. They stay on well while I am working out.The only two negatives are that the case is shaped a bit strange – the left earpiece goes on the right side, and vice versa. But that’s not too big a deal. The most annoying thing is that there’s a built in charging cable to the case. Nowadays, I have everything on USB-C and I have available cables all over my home ready to plug anything I need to…. except for this. It is a permamently attached cable where you have to plug in the USB side directly to a plug or computer. I guess it’s convenient for many people, but for my use case, I find it really annoying.

Just what I needed for 2 hour runs
I agree with other reviews that the controls are super confusing and I wouldn’t recommend these for your primary earbuds, but when I want to put one in and not have to touch it for two hours while I listen to an audiobook or playlist during a long run they’re perfect. They’ve withstood rain and sweat. Also great for airplanes where I’m always worried about dozing off and dropping an earbud under my seat.

Generally Good
The only complaint I have about this product after a few weeks of use is related to charging. The cord from the case sits at an awkward angle which makes connecting it with a USB outlet plug annoying. It’s easy enough to overcome, just a questionable design choice.

Good sound
I had hoped seeing the reviews, that i’d luck out but unfortunatly my pair the Right side wouldn’t charge at all. What I did manage to use (the left earbud) was good. What I needed, really. Took one star off for that instead of two, as I managed to contact Jlabs customer service and they were excellent in sending me a new pair under warranty! Sadly, they no longer had the olive green color i’d originally purchase….but hopefully when the new ones arrive it’ll be excellent!

Good for price
Pretty good for the price, just about what you would expect. They might be too big if you have small ears I kinda have to really squeeze into them. They’re actually sort of noise cancelling. They dont cancel out every noise but a lot is cancelled out. I’m not an expert the sound is pretty good to me. Kinda large case, double the size of airpods case.

I’m almost completely satisfied!
Review of: JLab Go Air Sport – Wireless Workout Earbuds Featuring C3 Clear Calling, Secure EarhookI really like these JLab earbuds. I had a pair before these (different style) but they weren’t working right and after talking with customer support, who were great to deal with, they determined there was a battery issue so I returned them to Amazon. I switched to this pair because they had the ear clip that kept them from falling out. They work fine. I do have to re-pair them each time I leave my PC. which is no big deal since it only takes a few seconds. One thing I don’t like and the reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is that this particular model boasts a USB cable storage on the bottom of the case. This would be fine but it’s so short that it’s actually a problem. It’s about 2 inches long and the case is about 3 inches long, I like to keep mine plugged in all the time. The problem is that the “slot” for the plug is just the size of the plug (see pic 1), so when I plug it into the extension cord it doesn’t fit the slot (pic 2). If I plug it directly into my laptop it has to sit right there next to my laptop and is always in my way, hence the reason I plug it into the cord. So I wish the cord and slot would go the whole 3 inch length of the case so the plug would stick out from under the case. Actually a minor issue, wouldn’t let this keep me from buying the buds. The price was really good for the quality of the earbuds. All in all I recommend Jlab earbuds. Oh I also love the available color options too.

Longest battery life of any
These earbuds fit snugly and comfortably around my ear. I forget I have them in. The battery lasts longer than any others that I have had. The ear lobe is perfectly shaped. It is easy to get on and soft enough to leave on. The ear part spins around to fit deep in the ear so it cancels a lot of noise.

(UPDATED) Left Earbud Stopped Working after 2 Weeks
UPDATE, 1-star to 3-stars, 2 January 2024: JLab replied to my email to address the malfunctioning earbud. After sending evidence of my problem to the support team, JLab offered me a free replacement product. Those new earbuds should arrive within 5-7 days.—–I really enjoyed using these headphones until the left earbud stopped working after two weeks! Setup was easy with my iPhone 13. I loved the integrated USB cable in the carrying and charging case. However, after using these headphones during my exercise routine about four times, the left earbud shut off in the middle of a song. I followed the online help video to reset the earbuds and reconnect them to my phone, but the left earbud never turned on. Placing the left earbud in the case did not trigger the charging light. It seems like something happened to prevent the left earbud from getting power.I sent an email to JLab asking for help on Friday, 22 December, but I have not received a personal reply. I realize this is in the middle of holiday shopping season.Overall, these earbuds had so much potential to be a great deal, but the pair I received did not meet my needs. I am trying to exchange them for a pair that works properly.

They work
Purchased based on a review elsewhere. These are secure and comfortable. Will not fallout and disappear. Refuse to pay outrageous and inflated markups of similar products. Easy to set up and use. Charging set up fantastic. No looking for wire. Sounds great to me. Easy to operate. If I wanted better sound, I’d stay home and listen to my stereo system.

not super comfortable but so easy, I love them
I absolutely LOVE the functionality and if they only didn’t hurt the shells of my ears I would wear them always.Pros:1) as soon as you take either earbud out of the case, they immediately pair with my phone. Put both back, they disconnect. sooooo easy.2) I can use either one or both. Extra good for “I’m awake at 4am, I’ll just listen to an audiobook in one ear till I fall asleep again.” See also above automatic pairing.3) battery life. the little guys get recharged by the case, and the case has a much bigger battery than any earbud headphones. I’ve only charged it twice and I’ve been using them for weeks.Cons:AFAICT, without the case, you can’t re-pair if you disconnect from your phone. As I discovered while I was out and about without the case. They hurt my ears after a while. YMMV.

Range good/bad(?)
I’ve had my JLabs for about a month, and they have great quality of sound and a good base for the price. But, range is confusing: I can walk away from my phone and they will still be connected for about 40 yards away (direct eye sight), that’s very impressive; but once I “hide” through obstacles then it becomes choppy. If I move from one room to another one, it’s choppy too (10 yards). And when walking out in the park, with my phone on me, the left ear bud becomes choppy (2ft away). What gives? Also, the right one hurts me after 30 minutes because I guess the distance from the top of my ear to the ear canal don’t match. The left doesn’t hurt at all.Still, I love them.

Excellent value, high quality earbuds!
These are lightweight, well-fitting wireless earbuds that DON’T FALL OUT OF YOUR EARS! Very high sound quality and range. Not full noise-cancelling, but close to it. Battery lasts 1 week ++ without recharging. Once drawback: you have to remember to unpair the device you were listening to first before pairing with a 2nd device. Does not automatically pair or disengage like the Apple earbuds do, but then again, they don’t fall out of you ear onto the ground and bounce away :).

Battery life is incredible
First, the seller is great. Upon arrival and initial charging, the right earbud wasn’t working. I returned and received a new set very quickly. Second, while the sound quality is acceptable – I’m very happy for the price. I primarily use them to listen to podcasts and books.Best of all is the battery life. I used these for a couple of hours a day and I went nearly two weeks before I needed to charge them again.

Good value, good comfort.
This is the 3rd pair of these particular headphones I have purchased. This set, I purchased as a backup and I haven’t used them yet. I have 2 other pairs that I rotate use from day to day. The aren’t the best sounding, or the longest lasting, but for the price, I think they are fantastic. These are the most comfortable sitting on my ear. They feel very secure and comfortable wearing them almost all day. The only thing I don’t like, which is why I only gave 4 stars, is that you need the case they come with, to turn them on. If for some reason, the bluetooth disconnects and does reconnect in a few minutes, they automatically shut off. It’s a good feature because it will save you battery, but in order to turn them back on, you need to seat them in their charging case, and then, and only then, will they turn back on. I sometimes leave my case at home, so if I’m on the road away from home, once my headphones shut off… I can’t turn them back on. I love these headphones. They work great for me, despite that one annoying feature.

Always quality
This is my 9th+ Jlab pair that I’ve bought for myself and friend/family. They are so reliable, long battery life, connect easily and stay connected. Easy to charge with existing cable. Fit well in the ear. My first time buying over the ear model. think I like this a lot better as they won’t fall out. Microphone works great. (I have had issues with the other JLab models where Whatsapp and Telegram don’t pick up the microphone when leaving a message. That’s a little annoying. Haven’t tested this out on these yet)

Didn’t know I needed it
I had been buying normal wireless earbuds I got the jlab go pop ones and I’ve had like 6 other pairs. They all seem to stop working after 3 months. They tend to get quieter and quieter until they don’t have any sound at all even at full volume. Or they just die and won’t charge. I’ve never had this issue with jlab. But my issue was is that I bought the go pops and with every pair I get that are designed like that they fall out of my ears even when I try all the plug sizes. I tried these with the ear loops and they were sooo much more comfortable. They fit like a glove and never fall out. Im never going back! I was afraid that the ear loops would be scratchy or irritating but they aren’t at all. The material is almost matte so it’s quite soft. I love the sound quality with jlab they have never let me down, they always have clear audio and amazing mic quality. Sometimes I can’t believe they’re as cheap as they are! I didn’t think I’d like the integrated charging cable but since I use a USB ported table lamp the cord actually comes in handy because it minimizes my need for more chargers. This product charges fast and has a great battery life I normally don’t have to charge mine for up to a week with daily use. I love the blue color because it’s so pastel. Sometimes I put in only one earbuds so that I can hear my surroundings because the noise cancelation is so strong. Everything about these earbuds is amazing! I’m never switching to another again. I put a chap stick by the earbuds to show size!Update down to 3 stars from 5!!!!I have had these earbuds for a month and I was listening to my reels when all of a sudden the earbud audio came out of my phone. The earbuds say they’re connected via Bluetooth but the audio is not going through them! I found other reviews that also mentioned this and they said that it’s when you don’t have a video playing for 15 seconds it automatically shuts down. So heaven forbid you’re scrolling and you don’t always have audio going into them because you’ll need to completely turn off your Bluetooth and reconnect every single time. And guess what I tried contacting the jlab manufacturers number given by Amazon and I was put on hold immediately and stayed there for 2 hours. I called on a Tuesday at noon! I am beyond pissed at jlab and I’m no longer a dedicated fan.

Work great , Sound a little thin but bass boast helps . Worth the price and they hold up and stay on well . Connect quickly . Don’t expect Air pod sound quality there’s a reason those are $100 . The colors make them look cheap that would be my only dislike .

They are good headphones for the price. Not a lot of bass but the mic is good and it gets loud. Not quite noise cancelling but you can’t hear a lot of background noise. Good charge and the color is cute. Will buy again!

Good price
They fit my ear better than other earbuds. The sound is decent but not the highest quality but you get what you pay for. They works well in the gym and don’t fall out easily so that’s a huge plus. Controlling the volume, switching songs, and pausing by touch instead of having to use my phone is another great quality. Haven’t had them long but so far they’re pretty durable and the battery life is amazing.

Lots of bang for the buck but with a huge caveat: poor noise isolation
I bought these headphones for $20 and I’m impressed with what I received for just $20. They are comfortable and the sound quality is decent enough. Also, there’s a great attention to design: the charging cable is connected to the case by a wide strip. This means you never forget the charging cable when traveling. In these respects, these headphones are a steal for $20.However, they come with a pretty significant drawback: the sound isolation is extremely poor. If you’re planning to use these headphones in an environment that is generally quiet, this won’t be a problem for you. But if you plan to use these at the gym, good luck hearing what you’re listening to. My gym isn’t overly loud and I could barely hear my music/podcasts even at full volume. To ameliorate the situation, I bought foam ear tips. These helped A LOT, but even with the foam ear tips the sound isolation is still pretty bad (even if it is better): I still need the volume at maximum, but at least now I can hear most (but not all) of what people are saying in podcasts.I’ll add that a set of 3 foam ear tips costs ~$20 depending on who you buy from, so all of a sudden $20 headphones become $40 headphones, and I can’t help but wonder if I would get better sound isolation from $40 headphones (in fairness to JLAB, I probably *cannot* get better sound isolation with $40 headphones).

The right seems prone to failure, otherwise decent buy
Update 12/24/23: So I’ve figured out that yes, the bending of the ear hooks with use is what’s causing the lack of a charge. My inelegant solution is to leave the case open when charging the earbuds, which isn’t ideal and means that if I close it for travel, I need to mentally be aware that the charge is decreasing while the earbuds are in the case because chances are good they’ve been knocked off the charger receptors. So they still work, thankfully, but it’s kind of a built-in problem that the earhooks deform over time and cause the buds to be knocked clear of the charger ports once the case is closed.October 24, 2023: I bought these in May and have used them almost daily since. They’re fantastic little earbuds – earbuds tend to fall right out of my ears because of the non-standard shape of my ear canal (per my ENT), so it’s crucial for me to have the hooks. They’re comfortable, sound pretty good as far as I can tell, and are easy to set up and use.The major downside, if you search the reviews and questions, is that the right ear’s unit is prone to failing. Either it stops working, or stops charging, or *something*. It’s lasted me about six months of use before the right ear just stopped holding a charge or stopped charging. I’ve tried many things – resetting the earphones, cleaning obsessively the charging contacts in the case and on the earbuds, even keeping the case open when charging so as to not move the charging earbuds (with use, the shape of the hooks has warped and so it’s possible that closing the lid shifts them off the charging contacts). To no avail, alas – I consistently put these on and find that while sound comes out the left ear’s unit just find, the right is dead.30 dollars for six months’ worth of daily use isn’t terrible, but it’s terrible for the environment given the non-removable rechargeable batteries in both the case and earbuds. I was thinking of picking up a second pair to use with a different bluetooth device so I wouldn’t need to unpair and repair them each time I wanted to move from my phone to computer, but I’m rethinking that second purchase in light of the fact that these seem obscenely disposable for rechargeable electronics. I don’t even want to replace these with a new unit – I’m thinking of buying the next tier up to see if that fares any better.

I am so grateful I bought these, and for a great price! Been using them consistently for work with almost little to no charge time. It seems to last forever! Great quality, long lasting battery life & love convenient case! Best purchase I’ve made recently!

little too big
as i expected. You have to wear both of them for louder sound.

I like the design — don’t fall out.
My other ear buds were always falling out and these hook around your ear and stay put. I don’t care for totally noise-canceling buds, because I want to hear what’s going on around me. These do a good job in the clarity of what I am listening to without being deaf to my surroundings. So far the battery life has been excellent.

Delivers on all fronts
Great battery life for the buds as well as the charger. Makes a very solid connection with my phone. Doesn’t collect wax. Stays in place properly, as it should. Great price (I found a $20 special before the holidays).

best fit
I have been trying different ear pods as most either didn’t fit or rubbed and some just fell out, but these fit just right and stay in place even as I go for long walks.

All about the fit/eartips
At first I was hating these- the sound quality was so bad- no bass, tinny treble. After reading a few things online I switched to the biggest ear-tips that come with it and jammed them SUPER deep in my ear so it formed a seal. It helps to press on the hook and kind of twist it back. Then they sound great!!! Good bass and totally noise cancelling. Feels like it might not be awesome for my hearing long term though- like they’re right up on my eardrum. Also good to know that these cheaper ones don’t pair with the app so the only equalizer options are the 3 presets but actually the first preset seems best once you fit them right. For working out they seem good- they don’t move around.

Good value
Less comfortable and doesn’t sound as good as my Powerbeats Pro which won’t hold a charge after only 2 years but they are decent enough for casual listening while hiking or gardening. The charger is more compact. The controls are ok consisting of only right or left tapping. The packaging is great with no plastic

NICE!!!
these are pretty good as usual earbuds y it doesn’t have noise canceling but if your listening to something it definitely does a decent job and i swear to god it seems like the battery just doesn’t die some days id definitely purchase again

These are perfect!
I’m impressed, the battery life is top tier.I got these for work, where I generally only have one earbud in. After several months my only complaint is that the rubber hooks that go around your ear stop fitting the charging bed as the rubber becomes misshapen from use. The charging bed has a little raised nub that you’re supposed to put the end of the ear hook. But because the rubber hooks are stretched out it’ll cause the main body of the buds to raise up, which means your buds won’t be charging. To solve this, simply set the main body in the charger and let the end of the hook bypass the nub.
