Excellent quality
This is the 3rd sweater I’ve purchased from this brand. It is a classic style. The merino is warm and soft. It is not itchy at all (I do not have wool allergies). The french blue is my favorite color so far. I would like to buy a green sweater from this brand next. If I can protect these sweaters from moths, I think they will last many years and be staple pieces in my wardrobe. I previously worked at Nordstom so am very familiar with good quality merino wool.

Soft and beautiful
I ordered two of these and like them both. The blue one I like, especially, for its wonderful, rich color. Both sweaters are soft and warm. Good look for casual and dress up, both.

Not sized with American sizing. Smaller.
Smaller than US sizing. No label in sweater, but tag enclosed. Made in China and sizing is much smaller there. Will avoid products made outside USA

Lovely sweater
I really love this brand. They have fantastic products that typically only run slightly smaller than US sizes (maybe 1 size smaller for most of their products). This sweater is basic and well made. The yellow color is pretty accurate to the images on the screen (just a tiny bit mustard/greenish) and it’s lovely, light, soft merino wool. I got the same size I’ve ordered from them before, but unfortunately I’ve lost over 30lbs since I last ordered and didn’t fully take that into account. I was looking for a looser fit, but I should have sized down to a large, or possibly a medium for this sweater. Some other reviews noted size differences between different colors when they ordered, and I found that to be the case with other sweaters from this brand too. Note which colors people mention as being extra small when you decide which color to order. Also, note which seller is listed on each separate size and color. Some are sold by Amazon and have fast shipping and free returns, and others are sold directly from Liny Xin, which ships out of China, takes weeks to arrive, and will hassle you over any returns/exchanges. Just a heads up, but I do still recommend this sweater.

Perfection
The sweater is nice and warm, light fabric. Feels of a good quality. I did machine hand wash and the shape didn’t change. I’m 1.65m & 70kg and took size M although Amazon suggested S, but I like it being not that tight. Definitely recommend this one.

Colors do not match
This sweater is nice and, for an XL it fits well, the sleeve length is fine and the knit is luxurious, but I gave it a 4 star for the colors. I bought several and the red and green represented in the listing are not even close. The red shows a deep red burgundy, but the red sweater I received is bright Christmas red. The green shows more a teal or subdued medium green, but the green sweater I received is a “shamrock” green, bright and striking. The caramel and the khaki are closer, but not quite as shown. Still, overall, I like the look and feel of the real soft merino wool. I hope it will hold well.

Great quality low price
I took a chance with this item because I loved the color(I got the blue), and the price was almost too good to be true. I am a natural fiber snob and I really wasn’t expecting much from this sweater. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s super soft and great quality. I sized up two sizes and got the large and it fits just the way I want.

Very soft, but…
Very soft and comfortable, but after only one wearing, the sweater started to pill. The fold lines still won’t come out, but thankfully they aren’t too apparent when worn.

Runs small
Sweater was beautiful, the fabric and construction were better than expected. I bought 4 colors and they were all vibrant and saturated. Unfortunately the sweater runs small across the middle. A larger size would have been too long and awkward at the shoulders. I had to return them.

Got the LINY XIN Merino Wool Sweater, thinking I was about to wrap myself in a cozy cloud of warmth. Spoiler alert: it’s more like a warm hug from that one friend who insists on wearing a scratchy sweater all the time. The 100% Merino Wool might be high-quality, but it’s got me questioning whether my skin has suddenly developed a rebellious streak. Good lightweight sweater
I have been looking for a good sweater in blue and this seemed to fit the bill. It is a bit boxier than anticipated and also lighter-weight than expected, but the color is great! I have only washed it once, so don’t know how it will perform over time (in terms of pilling) but it did well (though I did not put it in the dryer). Some things that I really liked about it were the softness of the knit and the sleeve length (they were perfect for me). I am 5’6″ and 120 lbs and, although a slightly more fitted sweater would have been perfect, this one it great and I loved wearing it. Definitely recommend!

This sweater is a good buy.
Color choices are good ; sweater is not itchy, washes well, and, most importantly for me, it is very warm.I am, typically, a 10/12 in tops. 5’7”, 143 lbs, and I chose the large. It is a bit, just a bit roomy and I could probably wear the medium, but it is wool and washing it does make it a tiny bit smaller.BTW, I washed it the machine, cold water, delicate. For a detergent I use what I do with cashmere….ammonia. Same amount in dispenser as I use with liquid detergent. The ammonia removes any perfume, deodorant, stains, but does not leave an ammonia smell. Actually, the sweaters smell brand new.

Super Nice Sweater
Super nice sweater. Well made, good quality fabric and stitching and fits perfectly. Has room underneath to wear with a nice blouse or button down or polo. Have worn this with a pair of matching pink pants and jeans and either way it is an adorable look. Wash on cold, then lay flat to dry, or dry clean to be safe. Good price too, highly recommend.

Soft, warm, comfortable sweaters
This s sweater is soft, warm, comfortable. I bought three: medium blue, medium green and tan. All are exactly as pictured. They are roomy, but not large. The wool is soft, but holds its shape. I wear them with a white turtle neck shirt underneath. There is no restriction in movement.When it is time to wash one, I will do so by hand in lukewarm soapy water and rinse twice in clear lukewarm water. I will let it dry spread out on a large towel on the floor, with the front smoothed out with my hands. I close off the roomso that my cat does not lie on the sweater.

Thicker than expected, but runs small!
I usually wear a small or medium. I’m 5’3″, medium build. I bought a medium. The quality of the sweater seems fine – it is thicker and warmer than expected, but it is shorter and tighter than I’d like. The neckline is wider than a typical crew neck and I like that. I would buy a large if I could do it over.

Looks nice out of the package….until it gets worn
I’m not sure what I was thinking buying a merino sweater in the middle of the hot summer only to have it hang in my closet for months?! I finally was able to wear it and have worn it twice and it has already piled along the sleeves. I based my purchased on so many great reviews, but I am disappointed in this product in how it wears, and being I purchased it months ago, cannot return. Lesson learned on my end.

Lovely Sweater
I’ve been trying to move away from synthetic materials and choose fabrics that are biodegradable. This sweater is perfect. The fabric is 100% wool and it is so soft. No scratchiness or stiffness at all. The best part is that it is so much warmer than my polyester sweaters. I have a sweater with the same type of fit and it seems like I can feel the wind cutting through when I wear that one. This sweater keeps me much warmer.Best part is that it is totally able to be washed my machine, you just need to make sure that you know what to do. You get a detergent formulated specifically for natural fibers like wool and silk, a large delicates bag that can hold your wool items, then wash in cold water on the delicates cycle. The trick is also not to wash too much, wool is naturally bacteria and smell resistant so you really only need to wash sweaters once a month.

Very nice fabric and warm
Design and color is nice, classic and a little thicker than fine merino so keep you warm in fall and winter but I like to wear a little bit loose so I returned but ordered camel and light purple size M. They fit perfect. Fyi, I’m 5’5”, 124 or so.

Crazy for the color
Nice inexpensive merino wool crew neck. Very soft, so will pill, but that should be expected, and easy to remove. The length is longer than I think it should be, but a very nice sweater

Very good quality
I bought this for my daughter, who is quite petite ( and particular!). The quality is very good, with a good heft to it without bulkiness. The XS size was perfect for her, she is just barely 5feet tall and usually a size 0 or 00 petite! She loved it! Would definitely buy again.

It’s not caramel, but more of a spiced pumpkin. Like a pie just shy of burning. Fits nicely, hangs well and appears of good construction.Not soft like cashmere or alpaca, but fairly soft for wool.I plan on wearing it over a linen or cotton shirt, so it works.

Wanted to love it, but sleeves weren’t proportional to the bdoy
I liked the quality of the sweater, very well done. However, I ordered a size up to give me a roomy fit. The body was great, nice and roomy, but the sleeves were very slim compared to the rest of the sweater. Disappointing because I love billowy sleeves and would have expected them to be more roomy given the size of the rest of the sweater!

Love this sweater
This sweater feels good. I have it in two colors. Fits true to size. I like Merino wool because it is versatile. I am traveling to Norway and this sweater is easily to layer. Also, on cool days it is perfect and on cold days it is perfect. The color is lovely. The sleeve length is good and the banding around the hem and cuff is nice. Good value for a merino wool sweater.

Perfect!
This sweater is very soft merino wool. I think it’s the perfect medium weight sweater, and I now have 3 colors! To me, it runs small, though. I’m 5’5” 120 lbs and 34C chest and I like the way the large fits. I don’t want fitted, I like it a bit loose and the large is perfect.

Super soft, but pills easily
The sweater is lovely. Warm, soft & fit as expected, however, within 3 light wearings (no washings as of yet), it pilled horribly. Easily fixed with a sweater shaver, but not expected for a Merino wool sweater.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION
Cheap thin material and fit was not as expected. I input return within the time period. I received a message that it was ‘too hard and too expensive’ to do a return, so they wanted me to keep item (told me it would be a nice gift since it was a ‘nice sweater’) and give me a 40% refund. UM, NO. Still no shipping return label or refund. Reporting and doing a charge back.If this gets resolved, I will remove the review – at this time, it is 100% accurate.

A little itchy and small
The sweater is a beautiful shade of blue, but unfortunately not a great fit for me. My waist runs narrow, and this fit too loose in my waist, but a little too small everywhere else. So not a flattering fit for me, and I’ll be returning it. It is a wool sweater, so I am sure it is warm, but I didn’t wear it long enough to rank it’s warmth. I did, however, immediately notice that it was definitely an itchy sweater. Not terrible, but more itchy than soft, and one would definitely want to wear a bottom layer under it for that reason.

Sister , real wool?, tight sleeves, good for tall ladies
Very soft , no smell like in other reviewed. The color unfortunately didn’t work for me but the sweater is nice. I am 5’9 and 136 lb and wanted it to look slightly oversized. Ordered L and XL and XL looked better for the look I wanted. Sleeves are long, work even for my long arms, but they are tight. For more polished look, order One size up from your usual size ( I am normally M in all brands) but be aware that sleeves might be too tight . Otherwise, a nice sweater . Not sure if it’s 100% wool because truthfully it feels a little too soft for that since wool is a little scratchy usually, at least for me
