Great gift or for personal use
To start I bought them for work because I’m an electrician and work far from home and don’t always have power or even charging stations other than the truck but can’t waste the battery later on I gifted them to my brother and dad as a gift and they still use it all the time for and the fit is perfect pocket size and protballitly it can fit anywhere and quality is so good for the charging it charged my phone twice once a day

Good quality
Charges my iPhone and iPad all week between regular charges before needing recharged itself. I listen to audio books or podcasts all week at work. There is poor cellular service in the building so my phone runs low power and I’m always on the go so can’t plug in. This battery pack keeps me going even when I forget to charge my earbuds.

I have an iPhone 13. It charged my phone and was able to charge the battery just fine. I went through three or 4 other chargers that either wouldn’t charge my phone or I wasn’t able to charge the charger. I had a 6 hour bus ride and this worked perfectly when the bus outlets weren’t working.

Solid external battery pack.
Haven’t had these but for a week but initial build quality and feel is nice. Feels durable, not too big. It is smaller than my iPhone 12. With one charge of the pack it recharged my iPhone 12 pro from %5 battery to %100 twice. My phone hit %5 again and the pack was only able to get it up to %15. So you’ll get around two full charges of a similar type battery/phone.

So, I figured that since I just purchased this for the third time I should do a review.I originally purchased a set in summer 2022 for a trip that was planned. They were perfect on the trip but within a month of coming home, the black one went missing…. I finally remembered to mention it to our roommate who mentioned, I might have it in my vehicle and he did. But, alas, another month goes by at it is missing. Let’s say it is the end of 2022 at this time.Beginning of 2023, purchased another set since they were perfect. I will mention, at one point I forgot to utilize the USB-C cord to charge and the charge to fill time took several hours, more than 6. I will say though, I am currently using a USB-C to USB-C cord to charge and it charges so much faster.But recently, we again “misplaced” a white one (we had 2 white and 1 black since the original black went missing). That’s fine, we are good with 2 chargers, right?!However, recently we have realized that the black one we have will charge an iPhone whole utilize on the charger: USB-C (in the charger) to lightning charging port on the iPhone. However, the white charger wouldn’t charge the same way.We thought, “hey, maybe the second set that was purchased had an upgrade?!”I will have to update this at a later point as I am in the process of charging both of the new ones. However, if you are on the fence about this: as a 3 time purchaser of this particular product I am 100% in the YES column.

Must have in our house!
With all the devices needing charged in our home, these portable chargers are practically a necessity. Fully charge, they will easily completely charge a newer iPhone twice before needing charged again. I usually charge my phone from 30% or so and get 3 or 4 charges out of it. And just swap them out!

Best portable charger out
This product is single handily the best portable charger I’ve had in the past 5-7 years. Battery lasts over at-least 12 hours, charging it doesn’t take that long either. I recommend all shoppers to use this product, I have the black one and I bought my Girlfriend the white one. Not buying this product is a big regret to other shoppers, this portable charger is the best on the market hands down.

One lasted, one did not
Bought these in July 2022 and they worked great for so long! However, almost exactly a year later, the white one (which I hadn’t used in about a month, had been using the black one more frequently because I remembered to charge it first) bulged up and I had to dispose of itn so it wouldn’t eventually explode!So it was a good deal for a while, but now (December 2023) I just have one and I keep a close eye on it + charge it at least one a month

Bought these for backup power for camping or for charging my phone at work.I can get multiple charges out of one charge of this portable charger. It’s nice that it can be charged and charge multiple USB types.It’s a little heavy but not very heavy.

We bought these for a trip to Disney World. We used them every day! They don’t hook to your phone but with the right cord, they weren’t super inconvenient. And they charged our phones completely. It’s like carrying around another phone, but worth it to be able to charge on the go.

Great Value for a Portable Charger
After having read some of the negative reviews, I was a little skeptical about ordering this. However, I am very pleased with the product. I have not been paid nor received products to write this review. I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I try to do an in-depth evaluation of them. In my testing, I used my iPhone XS, iPad 6th Gen, my Kindle Fire 8 inch, and my wife’s iPad Air 4.About the battery. It’s not very clear from the website or the instructions on what the ports do, but the information is there. It would be better if the company printed INPUT or OUTPUT on the battery itself. To summarize, this device has 2 INPUT ports (to charge the battery pack), a micro-USB and a USB-C port. The USB-C cannot be used to power a device. To test this, I plugged a USB-C cable into my wife’s iPad Air 4, and the iPad started charging the portable charger. The 2 USB-A ports are what are used for charging devices. Charging times will vary depending on if you are using the device while charging or charging with it off. Some reviews said it will only charge their device once. It’s important to note, this is only a 10,000 mAh battery. My iPad Air has 8800 mAh battery. The battery pack has only an 80% efficiency rate (no batteries are 100% efficient) so you will only get about 8000 mAh from it meaning it will charge my device only once. It will charge my phone almost 3 times however. For tablets, if you want to charge more than once, then a larger capacity battery is needed.To properly use a battery pack, let you device run down some, to approx 50-80% before using the charger. IF you fully deplete the device, it may not be able to power the dive and charge it at the same time. Now for the tests on each device:Apple iPhone XSIt charges my iPhone while using. It charged 1% in about 10 minutes. While the phone was off, it charged 10% in under an hour, but my phone was at 88%, so it was near a full charge. It would charger quicker if it had a lower charge.Apple iPad 6th GenThis charged my iPad while using it. It is not fast, but it will provide a slight charge while using. While off, I gained 30% from 36% to 66% in 1 hour and 15 minutes.Apple iPad Air 4Apple’s new iPad with a high resolution screen and fast 8 core processor for CPU and graphics, the battery will only hold a charge, this portable charger will not charge the iPad while using it. While off, it charged the battery 10% in an hour and 15 minutes. It is important to note, you will have to get a USB-A to USB-C cable to charge newer generation iPads. If you plug the Apple cable with 2 USB-C ports into the USB-C port on the battery pack, the iPad will charge the battery pack.Kindle Fire 8 InchThe device charges while using. Due to its smaller battery capacity, it charged about 10% in 15 minutes.As mentioned before, this is great value for a battery pack for smaller devices. It will power tablets as well, but for devices with large capacity batteries, it will be very slow, and only provide one charge. I’ve only had the device 1 week, time will see how well they hold up.

Great for motorcycle camping
I use these when I’m camping with my motorcycle. I charge them off the Motorcycle’s electrical system as I ride.As a tent camper I rarely get a site with electrical outlets so I need another way to charge my devices at camp. Since I charge my phone while I ride I rarely need to worry about that at camp, but I have numerous other devices that need charging like my watch, my tiny air pump, and my motorcycle communications gear. I charge all of these things overnight and they’re ready to go in the morning.There is only one problem I’ve found with these. After everything stops charging the battery pack shuts off the power ports, normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but when my watch stops charging it begins to discharge and can lose a fair amount of power by morning. I find to manage this I hit the battery check button and it’ll restore power to the ports and start charging the watch again. Usually between restarting the charge and the time I’m ready to start for the day my watch can top off. If there were a way for the battery pack to apply power to the ports periodically to eliminate this need I’d prefer it. This is the only reason I don’t give the pack 5 across the board.These batteries have worked for me over 2 4000 mile motorcycle trips and will likely accompany me on others.

Great power bank!
This ones were a great purchase, they hold pretty well overtime.They do are a little bit on the heavy side, and are not really pocket friendly, but rarely any power bank with this capacity is.They do a great job charging a wide variety of devices, and the charge lasts for a while.I do am a bit sad though that a few weeks after I purchased mine, the newer version came out, since I can’t use the USB C port to charge my devices. But otherwise the power delivery from the two USB A ports is pretty good. And charges my devices effortlessly.

Whether on the road for work or away from electricity or when it goes out during storms this gadget will give you up to 3 charges on your phone before needing to be recharged. They charge almost the same amount for 1 in the stores but you get 2 of them here, a fantastic value.We recently had a storm that we lost power and I happened to have a low battery on my phone. This kept me up & running in touch with family & friends.If you were unfortunate enough to have your car break down & not have a charged cellphone this would be very valuable to you. What I expected
What I expected because I’ve bought them before, and they worked well. I haven’t used these yet; I purchased them for a friend who is going overseas. I note that the prior set both failed within a day of each other while I was traveling. They actually heated up to the point that the case was damaged. I don’t know how long I had them. I have taped the date I acqired this pair on the power banks so that I can see what their longevity is.

Disappointed!
I thought this would be perfect for my trip. If it was able to do what it was intended to I would’ve given a higher rating! It does not charge with the usb ports. Very disappointed. Luckily I did have a usb-c. That is the only one that worked. Since I had opened it I figured I couldn’t return it. So I need to update because the usb ports actually do work. Don’t know what the issue was before but it does work. I’m much happier now with my purchase!

Only One of the 2 is charging
I owned a set of these packs before and loved them. I got this set today – Only one of the 2 battery packs is charging. The white one the lights stay on for just a split second whereas the black one stays on for a good while. The white one got very warm when TRYING to charge and the black one was normal and is already fully charged. UPDATE: Replacements are on their way! I edit once I have the new ones.

I use these power packs every day to charge my phone and or kindle. They are small enough to carry in your pocket and they last a long time in between charges. I only have to charge one maybe every 7-10 days. There is 2 ports for charging so you can share a charge if you’re with someone and their phone battery is getting low.
