Talk Nerdy to Me
Our whole universe was in a hot, dense state. Then in 2007 The Big Bang Theory aired. It follows a group of friends comprising of four socially awkward scientists (Sheldon, Leonard, Raj, and Howard) and Penny, who lives across the hall from Sheldon and Leonard. As the years went on, the characters grew closer and expanded their social circle, brining in microbiologist Bernadette, neuroscientist Amy, and comic book store owner Stuart.
The group, which Sheldon aptly calls “The Social Group,” gets into unique situations from their ridiculous and hilarious interactions with each other. Sheldon has Leonard sing “Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty” while he’s sick, recruits Amy to join him in his web series “Fun with Flags,” and plots to destroy a bowling team led by Wil Wheaton with his own team: The Wesley Crushers.
“The Social Group”
Sheldon Cooper
Sheldon is the most brilliant scientist of his generation and will make sure you know it. He can be blunt, but his lack of empathy isn’t for a lack of caring. He loves his close friends but struggles to understand social conventions, especially humor and sarcasm. He’s developed a catchphrase for when he makes jokes, but he never says it in the show. BAZINGA! Just joking, he says it all the time.
Sheldon’s social ineptitude often causes the group to adjust their lives around him. He insists upon sitting in the same spot on the couch, often asking others to move to another area. Sheldon also has rules he must follow, like someone with OCD. When knocking on Penny’s door, he always knocks three times, says “Penny,” and continues that two more times. Though his friends insist that there is something atypical about him, Sheldon always responds with “I’m not crazy; my mother had me tested.”
Leonard Hofstadter
Whether it’s arguing about The Roommate Agreement or playing Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock, Leonard is there to make snarky comments. While his hobbies and interests are considered geeky, Leonard is the least socially awkward of his male friends. At Caltech he works as an experimental physicist, mostly working with lasers. Leonard once got a grant from the US government to research if lasers would be able to stop incoming missiles. While he’s certain it won’t work, he likes the money that’s coming in and he can use the equipment to make his own Bat Signal.
Leonard was interested in Penny as soon as she moved in across the hall. They had a failed romance at the beginning of the series, which begins an on-and-off relationship. They often run into conflict due to Leonard’s snarky comments and Penny’s commitment issues. Penny later proposes to Leonard, overcoming her fears. In the series finale, they learn Penny is pregnant.
Penny
Penny moved to California with hopes of being an actress. While working at The Cheesecake Factory, she pursued her acting dreams. She starred in “Serial Ape-ist” for which she was asked to participate in a panel. While she isn’t interested in comics or geek culture, she accepts it as part of her friends’ culture. Amy directly looks to Penny for social advice while Sheldon has no interest in changing his behavior, despite coming across as ruder than the others.
Penny and Leonard have an on-and-off relationship throughout the show, deciding to get married after Penny gets fired from the set of “Serial Ape-ist 2: Monkey See, Monkey Kill.” This is their fifth proposal. Leonard once proposed to Penny during intimacy. Another time, he half-jokingly proposed when Penny was feeling down about seeing her ex at a restaurant. Penny proposed to Leonard once when drunk, and again at Professor Proton’s funeral to even the score of proposals.
Rajesh Koothrappali
Raj is the shyest member of the group. In earlier seasons, he is physically unable to talk to women without the assistance of alcohol. He eventually overcomes this when venting to Penny about a failed relationship. Since then, he’s been able to talk to women without much difficulty. Raj is originally from New Delhi, India and moved to California to work as an astrophysicist at Caltech. Raj was in People magazine for discovering a new planetary object which he named “Planet Bollywood.” This isn’t his only astrological discovery, though. He identified a new comet from a picture taken by Penny. They were co-credited for this discovery.
Despite his best efforts, he’s had more success in casual encounters than long-term relationships. In a dream, he almost hooked up with Siri, but his mutism prevented him from following through. His long-term relationships on the show include socially anxious Lucy, horror aficionado Emily, and a short-lived prearranged engagement with Anu.
Amy Farrah Fowler
Amy is a neurobiologist who joins the group as a potential love interest for Sheldon. Howard and Raj signed Sheldon up for an online dating service and organized a date for him with Amy. Sheldon initially has no interest beyond a platonic relationship, but their relationship eventually culminates in their marriage. Like Sheldon, Amy is direct and analytical, often ignoring social protocols. She is blunt and does not always consider others’ feelings, but she is more empathetic than her husband.
Amy values her friendship with Penny greatly. She jokes that their friendship feels like hanging out with one of her high school bullies, which is exciting for her. Their relationship feels a bit one-sided with Amy putting in more effort, but Penny cares for her deeply. After Amy picks Bernadette as her maid of honor, Penny realizes that Amy is in fact her best friend and demands that she be given the title, which thrills Amy. Amy always called Penny her “bestie” and Penny finally reciprocated.
Howard Wolowitz
Howard Wolowitz is an aerospace engineer at Caltech, working with the rest of the gang. He was known for his ineffective pickup lines and suggestive comments until he met Bernadette, whom he later married. Like his friends, he is a big fan of comic books and science fiction. He had the opportunity to live out some of his sci-fi dreams when he lived on the International Space Station for a time.
He has worked with NASA on several projects including the Mars Rover. When he tries to impress a date by letting her drive the Rover it gets stuck in a Martian ditch, which leads Howard to delete the footage to cover his tracks. The deleted footage shows evidence of life on Mars. Despite his accomplishments, his friends (especially Sheldon) tease him because he doesn’t have a Ph.D.
Bernadette Rostenkowski
Bernadette joined the group in season 2, working with Penny at The Cheesecake Factory to put herself through graduate school. Later she becomes a microbiologist at a pharmaceuticals company. She’s short and sweet but can be angry and vengeful when she feels the situation calls for it. She’s got a short fuse, which can cause her to yell just like Howard’s mother, which causes conflicting feelings in Howard.
Bernadette grew up in a big catholic family and Howard is a single child of Jewish descent. While Bernadette was initially against the idea of having children due to her father abandoning her, she and Howard eventually decided to have two children, Halley and Neil Michael.
Stuart Bloom
Sheldon, Leonard, Raj, and Howard often hang out at The Comic Center, which Scott owns. He would make occasional appearances but became a full member of the cast when Howard was living on the International Space Station. He’s a bit of a downer, but in a comedic way. His misfortune often helps the rest of the cast like when he went on a date with Penny, who accidentally called him “Leonard” mid-make out, showing that she still had feelings for her future husband. Stuart and Raj bond over their mutual loneliness and move in together. Soon his store burns down, and Howard offers him a job being a live-in caretaker of Mrs. Wolowitz and later, Halley.
For most of the series, the store isn’t very popular. Sometimes the only people in the store were the guys and Captain Sweatpants. However, when author Neil Gaiman endorses the store it gains a large influx of new customers, leading Stuart to hire an employee named Denise whom he soon starts to date.

Inconsistent sizing
The sizing on this shirt is not consistent. I bought my roommate’s typical size, large, as a gift for him. The large was oversized and looked like a long dress. Returned it for a medium and this one was a true-to-size medium. It was snug-ish and not long at all. I don’t recommend this shirt if you wear a true-to-size large as the size you’re looking for doesn’t exist from this manufacture.

Bazinga-RED!
Okay… though I adore Sheldon and have the Bazinga button on my lap top… I wouldn’t wear this… but it made an awesome gift for my husband. At 71, he has never left his 20’s… and no doubt never will. This shirt brings him smiles and conversation starters whenever and wherever he wears it! He wears it at least once a week. I love seeing it on him… it sets off his snowy white hair nicely! I love the responses it gets. Brilliant people recognize it, give a thumbs up and often shout “Bazinga!” Those with less shiny brains are at least curious, and ask about it. This spreads enlightenment about The Big Bang Theory (best TV show out there, so the troglodytes in charge of programming will probably cancel it… )

True to size
This t-shirt is just like a Hanes shirt that you would get at the grocery store in terms of size. The print on the shirt does not look like it will peel after a few washes. The shirt looks great and looks like it will be comfy. I bought it as a gift so i will not be trying it on.

As Expected
I reiceved my shirt in the mail and I was not disappointed! The size, though slightly larger than i expected fit well, the color was accurate and there were no surprise logos on the front which I was worried about. The only thing I may critique is that the material is not as soft as I thought it would be. It is a sturdy material though so with some ware I think that issue may be resolved. I would buy it again!

Birthday Gift For A Fan
I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend who was a fan of the show. He loved it and plans on wearing it until it wears out. I wasn’t too happy with the quality of the shirt material itself as it felt thin. If I wore it, I would be scared to have this snag on something because I know it would tear easily. However, my friend loved it so I will give it 4 stars.

Extremely big
I normally wear medium- large shirts. But if you order this shirt, order it 2 sizes smaller than what you are. I ordered a large, received a large but it fit like I was wearing a 2XL. The shirt went down to my knees, the sleeves was half way down my arm. Good quality shirt just the size chart is way off.

I guess the joke is on me!
I bought this as a joke tshirt for my husband – we both love the Big Bang Theory and I thought he would get a good laugh out it since we use this term all the time, but actually, it’s his favorite shirt to sleep in. He no longer has to say the word, just points at his shirt. I bought it on the larger side, which is perfect for him to sleep, so I would say its true to size. The item arrived quickly and just perfect. I would order from this seller again!

Don’t Have This Shirt Yet? BAZINGA!
My wife and I are HUGE fans of the CBS hit television show “The Big Bang Theory” and ever since that infamous episode with Sheldon popping up out of the balls exclaiming “BAZINGA!” we’ve been saying that whenever we have a “gotcha” moment. So imagine my delight when her birthday was approaching to find this T-shirt that has her new favorite saying. So I got it for her to look all super-Sheldon hero-like and all. The only problem is she won’t stop wearing it now 24 hours a day…BAZINGA!

Husband Loved It!
I gave this to my husband as a gift, since he loves the show “Big Bang Theory.” I thought he would just wear it to the gym and to sleep, since he doesn’t really get a chance to wear novelty t-shirts very often. However, the fabric of this shirt is so, so soft, that he wears it any time he can get away with casual dress. It’s really one of the softest new t-shirts I’ve ever felt. It feels like an old favorite, right out of the box.

PAPER THIN but gorgeous
I bought two of these shirts, one in heather red for me and one in heather grey for my wife. I intentionally bought “heather” colors because of the poly/cotton blend fabric in the hope that they would last longer. The shirts are GORGEOUS. The emblem is SPECTACULAR, hence the rating of 5 stars. BUT, the shirts are PAPER THIN … I seriously doubt that they will withstand 3 or 4 washings. I am not sure they are worth the money EXCEPT that both my wife and I LOVE the emblem.

Great Shirt, high quality t-shirt, size is dead on for what you’d expect, and the graphic is expertly placed on the shirt.he’s worn it often enough since getting it for Christmas that I’ve already had to wash it three times! The shirt is holding it’s form, shape, and the graphic – it still looks brand new.Worth he price paid.

Bazinga!
Im a fan of the Big Bang Theory. And ive recently discovered that there were t-shirts available of the show. When i found the one saying Bazinga! With sheldons head on it, i hoped they’d have one without his head on it. And they did! The first weekends i had this shirt on after receiving it, everyone was looking at me wondering where i got the shirt. I even had some folks coming to ask me where i got it from. I told them to check out Amazon.com and hit the search button with bazinga. All in all, im really happy i got this shirt. Its quality is nice and the fame is awesome. As it comes from such a great show.If you love the show, or are a collector of shirts with cool words or lines on it, be sure to add this to your wardrobe!

My nephew loves this shirt!
I bought this T-shirt as a gift for my 17 year old nephew from his Amazon wishlist. He ended up getting two of these and they came from different Amazon vendors–so shop for price! He loves the shirt and does not mind having two. On a post Christmas trip to Disney I understand he was asked several times where he got the shirt! The shirt is a bright red, not as burgundy as it appears in some photos. Good quality, true to size (I think) washed well! Prices vary from different vendors.

High-quality shirt, but order 1 size up for a good Men’s fit.
The quality of the material of this T-shirt was very good, and the printed/pressed part of the shirt is also high-quality. The shirt has stood up to several hefty washes with little fading and no damage to the “Bazinga!” The only reason I could not give the shirt a 5 star review is that the length of the t-shirt, for a “Men’s” shirt is a little short. My husband is 6′ 1″, which I consider a little tall, but most shirts fit him length wise with no issue. This t-shirt had to be stretched downward, and he doesn’t love wearing it out because it “rides up” over time. It does reach the waistline of his pants, but he likes his shirts to fall a couple of inches below the waistline. Also, the shirt was a little small around the chest area (which he actually liked, because they made his “pecs look bigger”). I would definitely recommend this t-shirt, just in a size up from what you normally would. It will probably be a little loose around the waist area (depending on your/your man’s build), but I think that would be more flattering that the smaller fit and shorter length.

Love the shirt!
For Sheldon fans, this shirt says it all. It’s a good quality T, the fit seems true to size. So far, I’ve only washed it once. It would probably shrink if you put it in the dryer in high heat. I was careful to put it in at a low setting for a few minutes and then hung it up to finish drying. The graphics are not too stiff and the material is soft so it’s very comfortable to wear. Very satisfied with my purchase.

It’s a shirt
Don’t know exactly why one would review a shirt. It goes on, it goes off. It didn’t have any extra odd holes that left me wondering what body part was supposed to go in there. Now that I’ve written this, maybe Amazon will stop pestering me for reviews.

Ok not perfect
The shirt fits will and the design is perfect but for some reason there was an unusual discoloration on the shirt where the sleeve meets the armpit, almost as though it was burnt when they did the screenprint of the logo. If the shirt was a fancy event we would have exchanged it but it’s fine for bumming around the house and what not. I would say check it before you throw away the packaging or wash it.

My Aunt and Uncle are new found fans of BBT. I knew they had the DVDs so I figured a T-shirt was a good gift. My Uncle loved it. As he’s opening it, he says…’Is this what I think it is?’ Anyway, he was very happy with it. It seems fairly true to size and it’s a nice red color. A must have T-shirt for BBT fans.

Good quality T-Shirt
Not too much really to write about a T-Shirt, besides the few important things. This shirt is exactly as you see it in the picture, the red is bright red and the Bazinga logo stands out nicely! The shirt is made of a nice quality material and it is quite comfortable to wear! I have seen these in the local malls and usually they were made of cheap feeling material, pay a little extra and get it from Amazon!

Bazinga!!
The fabric is nice and cozy soft. The shirt did not shrink in the wash nor did the colors run. It is one perfect fun shirt to run around in. Especially nice is that I also purchased a pair of Bazinga! slippers from a different vendor and the slippers match quite nicely with my shirt. Next on my list of purchases will be Bazinga shorts, since I already have a Bazinga necklace, lol.

This shirt is great for anyone who loves The Big Bang TV show and wants a regular fitting T-shirt. We looked locally for a shirt but could only find the body hugging teen style shirts. This past Christmas we looked on amazon.com and found this shirt for my mother. She wears a large in women’s, so we got her the medium in men’s and it fits fine.

Fun
This S size Bazinga! shirt fit my small-average 12 year old son perfectly. He’s an enormous BBT fan and loves wearing it. He gets lots of compliments and chuckles from adults. The quality is average to good. It’s soft but not super soft and has been washed countless times without noticeable shrinking or fading.
