A size too big
I am 5’1″ and weight 139 lbs. I had a lipo 360 2 months ago. I purchased this because of the price. The one I purchased from my surgeon was $160! Anyway I took my measurements and purchased a size M following the sizing chart. When I tried it on it fits OK on the smaller fitting, so I am changing it for a size S. Material looks very good

I love it!! =)
I’m 5 weeks post op and per the sizing chart I should be in a medium but I ordered a small and it fit SO GOOD!!! I was wearing medium fajas and they became easy to fasten so I went down a size. This faja provided good compression and was so comfortable. Though I’m still wearing foams, this faja will snatch you. The legs are short so they do bunch up and roll depending on how much you toss and turn while curled up in a relaxing position, but it stayed in place as I walked around running errands throughout the afternoon while chasing a toddler. For the price this is a good quality faja. I plan on ordering another to rotate. For reference I’m 5’4 142lbs and wear a size 10 in jeans.

Nice faja
This shaper is excellent, the only thing about this shaper is, if you have thick thighs like I do, you may want to size up. I ordered a large according to the sizing chart, and it gives incredible compression around the tummy area. Fits perfect, but like i said the thigh area keeps rolling up, making it a bit uncomfortable if wearing for a long period of time. Other than that, it is a perfect shaper. I may order the XL just to see if it gives the same compression in the tummy area and if the thighs give a little more. i recommend this product.

Make sure you order a size bigger
Run small make sure you order a size bigger. If you have a small, but these are great for you if you have a big butt, I don’t know what they did with the butt in this Faja, but you will have no shape to your bottom wearing this shape where it will just be flat I have worn shapeware before I had a butt and they gave me a but if you’re looking for a bottom this is not for you if you’re looking just after surgery to hold in your tummy, I think this could possibly work.So I took away a star for not being true to size, and I took a star away for the butt. That’s most of the reason why people buy shapeware is to suck in your tummy and give some kind of shape to your bottom and this was not it it did not fit the bill whatsoever.

Best compression.. buy this one
I was hesitant to buy this because they are never as good as advertised. But let me tell you. This thing took in at least 4 inches all around. I had my coke bottle shape back and it was still comfortable to walk around in. I didn’t feel like I couldn’t move or uncomfortable it was one of the best buys ever.

This one snatched me!! I can’t even explain how amazing this is. I am amazed at the price! I have bought expensive ones (200$+) and they are nothing compared to this one. So definitely buy it. I am 5’6 214lbs and got XL🙌

It’s okay
I’m 6’1, 190 lbs without water weight. I’m 3 weeks post off from a Fleur de lis tummy tuck. Getting this on wasn’t too difficult…a little shimmy and I was able to get it over the parts of me that are pretty swollen. The straps are alright. Was able to tighten them to fit my lengthy self and they don’t dig into my underarms or shoulder. I got a large. Currently I’m on the first set of hooks. I can do the second until my mid section. The crotch part is weird. I almost thought it was torn at first and had to fix the thigh a bit so my inner thigh didn’t hang out the crotch. Sigh. The thighs….like everyone else has said. They suck. I have long legs, they aren’t long enough really to be shorts. On top of that, they roll up almost immediately after you start walking or try to sit or lay down. They roll up right into my crotch. Might as well just be a brief garmet (I have that one by this brand too and it kind digs right up into everything and it’s uncomfortable. ) the rubber lace does nothing. If you have larger thighs or are carrying ALOT of water weight from surgery in your thighs like I am, these will most likely not work for you. I’m giving it a full 24 hours but I’ll probably end up sending this back. Pretty sure the one I got someone else sent back because it smelled like perfume and was missing. It’s tag but still had the tag string on it lol.

Great product
Let me say first off that this product is amazing! It has given me curves in all the right places and I feel great about myself again! The only reason that I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the design of the straps is very very uncomfortable! The adjuster on the straps dig and I mean DIG into my skin causing extreme discomfort and irritation, ive tried wrapping it in tape and cotton and gauze pads.. but to no avail it rubs right through those things. They need to rethink the strap part of it. And it can use a few more rows of eyelets on the corset part as it stretches a tad after wearing for the first day. All in all it is a wonderful product and it does what it was made to do except for the strap issue and I sure hope they fix it.

Good Quality, Not friendly for curvy hourglass shape
I believe it is sized correctly, just pay attention to the measurement chart. I am 5’5 168 pounds, with an hourglass shape. My hips are much wider than my waist approx. 30 inch waist with 44 inch hips. Since this fits across thighs and hips, I could not get it closed. I’m not sure very many garments in this style will work with my body shape. I plan on repurchasing in a larger size and tailoring to fit my waist. I think that is the only way I can get the compression on my waist, while also being able to fit my hips and thighs properly.

Great for the price!
I love this product. I felt confident wearing it, and I love that the shoulder straps don’t grind into my shoulders. I do have one concern, though, which may or may not be valid. The metal loops on the stomach part don’t seem very strong. We will see.

Good but thighs are way too small
The legs are way too small they roll right up the body of the garment itself is fine but the legs are way too small or maybe my legs are just too big lol 4 star tho bcz still a good value when u compare to other faja brands that are 4-5 times the price

Size runs smaller than expected
Received my order today and was super excited! However it was WAYYY too small. It’s a medium…. Normally you’re supposed to get a size smaller for fajas but these run smaller than expected. Will return and purchase a size or two larger!! 🙂 TBC

I see the vision!
I had skin removal (tummy tuck) and lipo in July so I’ve gone through a series of post-op compression garments. This is one I mostly like. It does compress on the sides and lower tummy where I need the compression. I feel it’s true to size but my only complaint is the thigh rolling. That is not only annoying but uncomfortable. I love the crotch flap. You can actually tuck it close if you bought your correct size, contrary to the other reviews. I think it’s a true plus that there’s 4 rows of clasps.

GET THIS.
I am now 7 weeks post op from abdominal/flank lipo. I have been wearing this garment (with my ab board) for 2 weeks & already see a 100% difference compared to the one I got from the doctor. This garment is fantastic & I only gave it 4 stars because the crotch closure/flap is pretty annoying. Just leave it completely open or have a way to secure it. I wear underwear over it because the crotch flap does not stay in place. I also only gave it 4 stars because of the short/lace material around the thighs. It will roll completely up to your groin & that is also annoying. (I am a big thigh girly) Overall, even with the annoyances, I am in love with this garment & it’s really helping me speed up my recovery & show my new curves. I am 5’7” and weigh 145lbs and fit comfortably in a Medium. (I have a shorter torso, size B chest, big thighs & long legs for more reference on sizing) I started on the second row of hooks for the first week & now on the 3rd set. I am excited to get to the 4th row of hooks, but doubt I will size down to a size small garment just due to the issues with the legs & rolling of material/tightness.

Compresses and Smooths
I purchased this shapewear to wear under a formal dress. It definitely compresses and smooths everything out. It was a bit difficult to get fastened up, but once it was, I was very pleased with the fit. I wore this for about 8 hours and had no issue with the legs rolling up or not staying in place. It didn’t dig in or rub my skin which is a plus.

Faja with lace leg opening
Needed a smaller Faja 3 months post 360 liposuction. I thought I would try this one. Compression is good, but the lace on leg opening keeps rolling up. Very annoying. Make sure when you buy one with lace on the legs, it has a silicone strip.

Great fit and great price
It squeezes and pulls me in like my plastic surgeon wanted. I like that at the beginning of the day I can start it off at it’s tightest setting and by the end of my 12 hour shift I can loosen it as needed so it’s not painful. Has a large flap for using the restroom which is great.

My waist is about a 30-31 which indicates a M, I have a mom pudge where my problem is mainly, my weight would place me about a Large or XLAccording to the chart I would’ve had to choose the larger size.. I went with a Large but it gave me very little compression. Im returning and getting my waist size instead so a Medium. Its a very nice faja though

Persevere! Try it on again – strategize
So I’ll start by saying I’m 216lbs, 5’5” my waist is 40in and my hips are 51. So based on that I went with a 2XL. My first thought when I made the attempt to put this on was “no way in hell… I’ll need to lose 20 pounds to hook the first notches…” My mistake was I had it completely open and tried to close the hooks while it was on. You should hook the bottom 4 rows first, step into it (you may hear some seams pop but it’s probably fine?) put the shoulder straps on, lie with your back flat on the bed and do the rest of the hooks.Things I love: doesn’t feel suffocating or like it’s cutting off my circulation. I don’t have a bunch of back rolls spilling over, the shorts don’t roll up, and I can sit down.Things that are not great but perhaps unavoidable: it is crotchless for ease of peeing but that being said, everything is so tight your fat will squeeze out of the point of least resistance (it’s science) meaning if you have a fupa… you will now have a SUPER FUPA! This applies to me so I will wear compression underwear over this… or else I look like I have balls down there. Nothing wrong with that, just not the look I’m going for.

Crotch flap??…
The crotch flap is so weird lol if you a heavy hitter in that area, your gonna need a plan using the bathroom and wearing pants, she’s gonna be peeking out if you get me smh. But other then that the actual faja itself is really great, nice tight fabric doesn’t have anything poking into the skin and really keeps everything together and smooth. I’m pretty partum 3 months and looking at myself in a dress in this I was checking myself out 😌. Just got reference I’m 5″5 curvy in the hips with the c section belly, 216lbs and I got the size3xl

Perfect tummy control / comfort
After having my first child, I am not nearly as tiny as I used to be. I’m now 3 months pp and 135lbs when my starting weight was about 110 (Im also 5ft tall). I ordered a medium and it fits snug on the first row of clasps. It controls my tummy and love handles to my preference and helps me fit into my jeans better. I was worried about the opening at the crotch since I read many reviews about it being weird and uncomfortable but honestly, I like that my lady parts aren’t compressed! I find it more comfortable actually. I have no complaints.

Can cause irritation or chaffing inside thighs
Wore this as soon as it arrived for an event that was several hours long. It fit great and it held in my abdominal area which was a relief for my lower back. But after several hours of wear the inner thigh area with silicone on the lace caused some considerable bruising, chafing, and swelling from the friction created when walking. Now, this is not a deal breaker for me as I am able to place a bit of cloth in that area for future use that will stop this from happening, but I thought I would share this information for anyone considering purchasing this item. For reference I purchased an XXXL and I am 5’5” and 230 lbs.I will say that it is quite a job to put on, but once it is secured It does give you a sense of support if you have separated abdominal muscles and lower back problems.

Very nice product, I bought a small for the compression, it has great compression on hips and stomach. My issue is that it rolls up on my thighs. I’m 29 w / 38 top hips. For a moment I thought I would cut off the lace, but I won’t. I will be returning this. Good for thin thighs.

Don’t Recommend
It definitely holds the stomach in however the shorts roll up which makes it extremely uncomfortable. Also one of my straps is defective which causes my shoulder to become sore after a couple hours of wear. I wouldn’t recommend unless the leg part was longer so it doesn’t roll.

Best shape wear I’ve had yet
I’ve bought so much shapewear throughout the years trying to find the most comfortable and this is 1000% it.I’m super curvy and have lower hormonal belly fat and pervious shapewear I would buy did not fit my whole torso. Corsets specifically would either ride too low and roll down and pinch my waist, or ride too high and expose my belly.Bones would come out and poke me constantly and just wear out easy over time. They would make me super stiff, and you could see the bones poking out through my clothes. Super uncomfortableSpanx would roll down and also be uncomfortable. At first it was a challenge getting this thing on, but once I did, WOW. I usually feel such relief taking off my shapewear, but I actually felt relief putting ON this shapewear. It has no bones, but is tight enough to shape my body to where I can move around comfortably. Best part though, is that it fits my WHOLE TORSO and everything is right where it’s supposed to be lol. It’s even pulling my shoulders back a bit and improving my posture. And for the most part it has a seamless appearance so you can’t see it unless you’re wearing super tight clothes. It’s open around the crotch so you can still pee, but you’ll have to take it off for the poots.I’m beyond relieved to wear this and know I’m going to walk with confidence throughout my day, and also feel comfortable.10/10 recommend

True size, yet, Some people may need to size down
I ordered a MEDIUM which was true to size, and very comfy material! It has opening to use bathroom-yay. Plus it’s not way too tight on large thighs. So this comfy size medium fit more like lingerie rather than a shaper or a corset on my particular body. However it’s so nice I’m exchanging for next size down to see if it will work to snatch as a shaper. Although the medium fit comfortably , it wasn’t snatching the waist and tummy area for me, at all, even when all hooks were in tightest placement. Looking for a snatch/bringing in my waist without smashing down my booty, so I hope small size works out. My true measurements in inches are 37 bust, 28 waist, 36-38 hip/butt area. I am 5 foot 3 &1/2 inch tall and have a short torso with wide rib cage but narrow hip bones. My current weight is 128-131 Lbs.Hope the measurements and review can help others. Will review the smaller size when it arrives.

Overall does what it’s supposed to- thighs have scars
I disliked the leg holes, the grippy parts of the shorts roll up constantly. Also it was way too short and actually cut into my leg. I am no a big girl! I’m size 8-10 and my thighs got like a fabric burn from them due to them digging into my thighs. I had to wear a faja at night for medical reasons- if I didn’t have to wear it for my midsection I wouldn’t have continued to wear it. For the compression of my midsection- worked great. Update this faja! Make the shorts part grippy part better- or don’t make it lace- make it just the faja material! The lace rolls or cuts into the thigh!!!!! I hate that part! I used a s/m

5’0, 150lbs, 20 days PO: TT 360 Lipo Got XL
I based my sizing off my Forma Tu Cuerpo faja which was a 2x. I sized down to an xl and I can only close at the 1st set of brooches while wearing a wrap and ab foam underneath. I will probably need help to clasp the next row. No issue with thigh fit. So far its not digging into lower back and fits a litte better than my other faja. I prefer this ones crotch area opposed to a zipper one but this faja could use a little less fabric. You’ll have to tuck it into the thigh as to not soil. I’ll probably keep getting this one as I lose more weight as it’s a really good price and functions the same as my other faja.Edit 11/19/23: I still love to wear this faja. I’m now nearly a full year post op and I feel like some days it fixes what I can only describe as “Ab fatigue”, by helping me to feel secured. (Yes I know I need to hop to it with my core exercises. Let me just make it past thanksgiving, ok…)What it truly does for me is provide good compression without it being as stiff and sturdy as the post op faja we get. It is thinner, so a good idea of what you get with this would be a couple of steps up from the compression wear/spanx you could get at walmart or target. I’m truly not trying to talk this up because I’ve seen other reviews but this is just my experience if it will help you find a good economical option in fajas of what’s popped up in your searches here.

Not appropriate for Lipo or BBL post-op needs
Per the headline, if you’re looking for a post-op garment, this isn’t going to cut it. The fabric simply stretches out too much and doesn’t offer proper compression despite “fitting properly.” Also, while I didn’t do BBL, the booty area on this smushes everything down, so it’s definitely not the right faja for that procedure.Beyond that, the fit is OK. I’m using it with 4 foams + an ab board while I wait for a custom faja. I’ll probably put a binder over the top after a day also, to help with compression. For reference, I’m 5’6″, 132lbs, with a 28-inch waist, 38-inch hip (widest part), and 23-inch thigh (widest part) and I got a small. I initially wasn’t able to get it on, but then I tried what another reviewer mentioned (clasping the bottom 4 hooks) and was able to get it over my hips with some work. Then, I pretty easily moved to the second row of hooks (with foams). After a couple of days, I was at the final (4th row of hooks), but it’s not like my swelling subsided that much…it’s more like the garment has permanently stretched. Also, the thighs were digging in, so I ended up cutting off the lace part. Of course, now the thighs ride up, but that’s only bothersome if I’m walking a bunch. Overall, I’m making it work while I need to.

Weird Crotch/Trouble Sizing
I have other ShapeRx products and I like and dislike this one for different reasons. First, the crotch. What is this! It literally starts at the top of my nether-region and stops at the top of where it should probably start to pee. So basically you are left with a gaping hole that you feel needs to be covered all day because it’s not what you need to successfully go to the bathroom. Second, the sizing. This one is tough. I have 2 of these style—1 medium, 1 large. I am post-surgical procedure requiring compression and am about 160 lbs., 5’6” as of surgery. The large fits in some areas but it is super lose in some. The large is a bear to get on at the lower belly but then it’s fine. What I do like is the row of hooks—and that’s needed because in some areas, I can only hook the first but in others I need to go all the way to four. Having tried other products I would say have this one as an alternative (it’s a lot more comfy to sleep in), but don’t make this your only item/style.

Good body shaper

Better than the one from my surgeon!
I’m soooo in love with this! Holds my post op body tightly in place. Zero body pain at the end of the day. I’ve ordered a lot of shapewear from this company and I will keep doing so. I can’t say enough amazing things about this faja! I’m already a size down from pre op and I’m not even a month out from surgery. If you’re getting abdominal plastic surgery HIGHLY consider ordering a few of these because they’re perfect.

Compression great / Thigh area horrible!!
I love the compression it gives my stomach. But I had a tummy tuck so if my stomach is a large my thighs are still a X-Large I am now in the med size for my top but my thighs are still an X-Large I have to have a seamstress adjust the thigh area. Even when I started I was in a X-Large and I had to cut the thigh area.. However I’ve gone down in size about every 2-3 weeks.

Thick thighs = rolling up
I LOVE the compression. It will hold everything in. HOWEVER, if you have ‘thicker’ thighs than the model, be prepared for the leg piece to roll. You have to unroll to avoid the ‘turnicant’ or numb feeling in the thigh area.

Snatches the waist
This faja is a good fit. Those saying to buy 2 sizes up must not understand how tight these are supposed to fit. Granted, back in the day ladies had 1 or 2 helpers to get into shape wear. If you want a good snatched waist line, buy your true size rather than the size you want to fit in. If you are just looking to reshape or smooth lines out, buy 1 size up from your true size. I normally wear a large and bought a large. It fits perfectly and takes an inch off my waistline.I’ve been wearing mine about 10 hours a day and it’s been as comfortable as wearing shape wear can be. I do wear an under shirt underneath it due to the shoulder straps being a little uncomfortable. The little flap between the legs is useless. It doesn’t go over all the way. I just cut that out.

It’s alright
It holds as a shaper but the straps are uncomfortable. The round patches in the butt portion of the shapewear marks your dress depending on the clothing material. Tried to like it but not a fan of shapewear that leaves marks on dresses when you wear them.

It has its pros and cons.
Lets start with the pros.It is very flattering. It kinda gave me an unexpected boob lift. It defines my curves well, and made my butt look lifted as well. The bottom thigh part has an elastic lining so they don’t ride up when you walk. The thigh material is very thin, so it is fairly seamless. Under normal jeans. It is semi-comfortable to wear. The cons.It takes 5 minutes to put on. The little clasps are very time consuming to button up. Despite there being a tiny pocket on the bottom, there’s no way to pee through it without getting urine on the sides— (mainly the back part). So, every time you go to the bathroom, you have to unclasp it all and put it back, which is VERY time consuming. While the elastic stops it from riding up, if you wear this for a long time like I did, it actually pulls on the skin and gave me a nice big blister.I can only imagine wearing this for short, special events.

SENT FROM THE HEAVENS
Okay so I’m not super familiar with all types of shapewear. I wore spanx high waisted shorts almost all my life bc I was a chubbier kid. I had bought high waisted briefs from target a while back and loved them except for the fact it hid my butt which is the only part I liked about my body. I’ve been searching high and low for weeks for the best shapewear that would snatch my waist but wouldn’t squish down my butt and that would smooth my hip dips. Reading review after review I was skeptical about these but I figured hey if it doesn’t work I’ll just stick with my target one until I find something better. It came in the mail today and I am in utter shock! My hip dips are almost non existent, my butt is smoothed out but still looks big, and my waist is snatched to the gods. I am 5’6 and 170 lbs with big thighs, big butt, long chubbier torso, and smaller breasts. I can sit here and tell you it’s true to size and for me personally that would be true but everybody’s body type is sooooo different that it may not be for you. I got a medium and it is pretty tight on the last hooks but that’s what I was hoping for. The only complaints I would have is I wish the lace on the thighs was a little looser and I wish it had a little stronger structure for sitting but aside from that I’m in love. My advice for you is to do your research for size, try it and if it doesn’t work just send it back. All in all I’m going to look great in my Spider-Man costume and I’m so happy.

Get what you pay for
Material is thinner than the Maria e brand. Similar design. The thighs are not sturdy at all. They instantly roll all the way to the groin. The material seems like it will stretch out after several uses, which is fine because I have gone down 5 sizes in 3 weeks and needed something while I was in between sizes instead of getting another one altered again. 5’3″ 183 lbs 40-31-42 got a medium on the first set of hooks with help.

It does what it suppose to
I ordered this at a xl but I think I need to go down a size to make it fit snug . I like that it has a open crotch to make it easy for u to go to the bathroom. But if u want that snug fit I would probably go down a size . I can put it on the 4th hook already. So I will order another but I will try the large size next.

Pros and Cons to it
Pros:Can barley see through my clothing making it look natural. The butt lift is incredible!Size adjustment to make it smaller as you go on with your weight loss.Cons:Shoulder straps dig in your shoulder making it uncomfortable. The shoulder straps never stay in place. They are always loosening and don’t stay tight.Thigh grip on the fabric gave me horrible irritation.Pee hole could be made larger.Going #2 is a pain in the a**. You have to remove the whole thing off.

It works for the price
Good product, does compress as it should, only issue is the short parts roll up eventually (i hate it) and also 2 of the hooks after 8 days they broke, also it is too long for me, the 3 top hooks i can’t close them because my torso is too short. But over all it does what is supposed to.

Too tight on legs
My current faja is small, i ordered a medium for this one. This faja is very comfortable on the body and it is my favorite out of my other 3 fajas from MariaE. The only problem is that this faja is too short on the legs and very tight. I was left with indentations and can no longer wear it. I hooked on the last hook which it tells me that i should change to a small. However, i would never be able to use a small because the legs would be too tight. Would definitely recommend for someone with thin legs. I do believe that this faja is not the one advertised. The legs are way too short.
