Good phone, poor support from Tracfone

Nice phone. Migrating from a Samsung J3. As others stated, this is an inexpensive phone. Don’t compare it to a $1k iPhone. I thought it was a very good value for the price. The negative comes from the service, Tracfone. The lesson I learned is that you should just go to your local Walmart/Best Buy/etc. and buy a Tracfone phone from there. There is an issue, and you will read about it in other reviews, where this phone (and I suspect other phones sold by Amazon) does not work with the Tracfone network where I live.I spent approximately 8 hours of the course of 2 or so weeks on support calls with Tracfone. They could not figure out why the phone would not work. Everything on their end was set up correctly. But my phone did not have service. In the end, I returned this phone and went to my local Walmart and bought a similarly priced phone, activated it and had no issues using Tracfone service.

    good cheap phone

Darned good features for an inexpensive phone. Four months in, it seems like it is having some problems with occasional failures. We are trying to pin this down now.

Terrible phone and POOR customer service

This is the worst phone ever! After about six months of use there were more ADS the needed. Apps do not work appropriately. Texts are hard to retrieve. The phone will switch over to Wi-Fi only calling on its own. The SIM card has to be rebooted frequently. Customer service may or may not be helpful depending on what representative you get. There are all sorts of pop ups. I would not recommend this phone for any person who is technically challenged. It was very easy to navigate retrieving email, texts, and making calls when the phone was purchased, now my mom can’t even use the phone when she goes to her doctor’s appointments. TRAC phone customer care should replace this phone immediately!

an affordable godgsend of a phone.

Decided to risk it all and pick this one up when my apple phone kicked the bucket on me. It’s pretty affordable and the first time tracfone fees are rather cheap. The battery life is quite insane and it’s a nice, modern phone for the price of 60 dollars! Sketchy? Maybe, but i surely won the lottery while getting mine!

    Decent phone for the price

Not the best phone for the price but better than nothing. I don’t have a lot of apps on it and every once in awhile it freezes when trying to do something. Camera is OK, a little blurry if taking a picture in the night even with the flash on but you are still able to pickup a decent amount of details on the pictures. Overall if you don’t have a lot of money and need a phone, this will work for you.

You get what you pay for, shocking what you can get for this price now.

I broke my old Samsung Note and decided to give an Apple SE a shot as I was sick of carrying a huge phone anyways. Needed an android still for some apps I use and didn’t need service or anything fancy. Shocked by how well this functions. They lose a star (which I only did after starting to write this) because of all the absolute junk they load onto the phone. But hey those junk apps like Facebook and Ticktock are probably giving Lenovo kickbacks to subsidize the price so not gonna complain too much. Battery life is great. Only need to use the phone sporadically for very brief amounts of time and I’ve had it unplugged for like 3 days and it’s still at about 60% charge.

    OK

This is my learning tool. This phone can drive me crazy. It works about 80 percent of the time. Half the time I can’t get the phone to disconnect and I have to turn it off, to break off the connection. Big problems answering the phone, too. I push the “accept” button and nothing happens. The price is right, tho. Less than 20 bucks a month.

    Major Data Eater

The phone itself weighs about 10 ounces. Finally got used to that, but I miss my old ZTE that was smaller, weighed less and unfortunately gave out after four years (even after replacing the battery). This new phone uses way more data and is costing me a fortune daily (if not weekly).I do not have a computer so I use my phone for Internet, email, reading news; and on occasion the Prime movie. If you use all of the above like me, this phone is not for you!My old ZTE I could watch movies on and check my email for about 2 gb a day. This phone costs me 5 gb per day for the same amount of usage. And, yes, I’ve uninstalled all apps I do not use (which was quite a bit!).Still no improvement. I do not recommend this phone.

    LOVE THIS PHONE, GREAT BUY!!!

My current SafeLink Wireless phone that is through TracFone has stopped charging. So, I decided to buy this phone and give it a chance even though the reviews of some customers said that it didn’t work for them with SafeLink Wireless. I stay in the state of Louisiana and this TracFone Prepaid Phone worked for me with SafeLink Wireless. Just give it a try yourself and it might just work, because it worked for me. And the phone itself is a great phone for the price. One charge last me for about 2 days and sometimes 3. I LOVE this PHONE so far!!!Note: I activated the phone through SafeLink Wireless website with no problems. Just follow the instructions once you sign into your account and go to activate new phone and bring your own phone. I pray this help someone looking to upgrade their SafeLink Wireless phone or just purchase a new phone.

    It’s a great phone!!

I purchased this phone I think it was September 2022, now 8 months later, this phone is still going strong! Pictures are clear and crisp. In my review is a picture of my backyard last year Fall. It’s not heavy either, which is one thing I was worried about. It’s lightweight. Easy to use. So if you’re on the fence, I would go with this one. Motorola is still a good brand!

    Easy to use

Purchased for someone who would really rather have a flip phone & isn’t fond of technology. Works with TracFone as promised. Set up was a chore because it needed a Google account to transfer contacts from old phone. Loaded with unnecessary apps (games mostly) which we deleted.

Does everything I need well, does nothing spectacularly.

Value for money is great (Prime Days purchase) but nothing is exceptional but phone is capable for what I’ve tasked it to do. Handles calls, texts, casting videos & web surfing. Cameras are neither great nor truly ghastly, but didn’t expect much & wasn’t disappointed. Good phone for casual use. One thing more; at this stage of evolution why are we still getting one star ratings posted by buyers who don’t know the difference between the AT&T and Verizon universes. Good products get ripped by folks apparently oblivious to carrier protocols when Amazon gives them print space.

5G And Runs Exclusively on the Tracfone Network

This phone runs around $60 and runs exclusively on the Tracfone network. Since all my phones run on Tracfone, this didn’t present any problem. It a beautiful phone, is very sleek. I seriously recomment you look eleswhere for the Review with ordering the case for it. I reviewed the case elsewhere here on Amazon. It not only runs on 5G but is a nice phone.

    Great value!

Have never used a “pay as you go” plan and never had an android phone before. This is intended as a temporary phone but I’m quite pleased all the way around with the tracphone Easy to reload minutes and data and the phone holds a charge for a long time. So far have been very pleased with the quality and ease of use and would recommend for an inexpensive choice for phone usage

Excellent Value. Works w Walmart Family Mobile SIM as TracFone bought WFM in 2016 & Runs on T-Mobile

Amazing phone for the moneyLenovo has done a fantastic job since it acquired Motorola.Like my prior Motorola fones, this one has minimal bloatware for a near stock Android experience.Just a few easy to remove pre-installed games, and easy to remove Facebook app as well.FM radio app can’t be removed, but it was easy to deactivate.Note:This fone will not work with a T-Mobile SIM, it requires a TracFone SIM.Even though TracFone does use in fact use T-Mobile towers, amongst others.Does work perfectly with my Walmart Family Mobile SIM card (running T-Mobile), as WFM is 100% owned by TracFone. Therefore, my WFM SIM is actually a Tracfone SIM card, connecting to the T-Mobile network. No tweaks during set up were needed, such as modifying the Access Point Name (APN).Put my SIM in, powered up, and followed prompts during set up.Even better, wirelessly copied all settings and apps from my old fone.Followed prompts on both fones, to both grant and accept permission to copy. With 55 apps, took about 1 hour, but a very easy and automated process.Only “downside” of fone is large size, which is a plus for many. But, I’m quickly getting used to moving from a 5.5 inch phone, to this 6.5 inch. Also, greatly appreciate moving from a 16GB phone to this 32GB.Being able to keep as many Apps as one likes, and without needing to clear cache weekly to free up space for existing apps, is a huge upgrade, and big convivence.Yes, Apps can stored on an SD, but it’s already near full of music, movies, and photos.I’m not a “gamer” so the 3GB of RAM works perfectly. No lags even when multi-tasking, etc.My only multi-tasking is listening to music via streaming or via an app from SD stored music, while a fitness tracker in running.Worked fine with prior Moto e6 2GB RAM fone, and still no problem with this 3GB RAM fone.

    Amazingly good for the price.

Ok, this is NOT an $800+ smart phone, so no one should be comparing it to one. However, it wasn’t that long ago that if you spend any less than $250 on a cheaper phone, it was absolute junk. This (when on sale) is less than $50 and it’s perfectly usable for many people. The screen is decently bright and clear even though it’s not ultra-high res. You get a basic amount of RAM (3 gig) And storage (32 gig) but you can add a micro SD card to that and use any number of apps that keep junk files cleaned out, etc. One speaker, but you can’t expect stereo for this price; it’s decently loud, though. The cameras are average but in good light the rear one does really well – in lower light, not so much, but if you tweak the pics in a decent photo app you can make them better. The selfi cam is serviceable. Video quality tops out at 1080p and is also average. Tracfone can be hit or miss – they are NOT known for their customer service skills, but generally speaking the service works and there are few outages compared to some others. If you have an older person who just wants a “use at times” phone or a kid who needs their first smart phone, this won’t break the bank (just PLEASE read up on parental controls on Android before handing one over to a tween/teen!!).Once again – “for the price” I rate this phone highly. Just understand what you are and are not getting.

    Amazing Phone, for LOW price!

Overall basic phone but has a lot of capabilities. Great price on a great network.I purchased this phone to replace my husband BLU two tracfone which was literally a piece of trash just because the slowness, etc. This phone has a noticeable fast response on the screen etc. it holds a charge for a good time. It is a fairly large phone I suggest a case because I can see how it would be easily breakable. The screen is large and bright.

    Good for price

I liked the operations and user friendly options, but when ordered, I ordered 2 on the same day, in the same order, and paid for both at the exact same moment. Only one shipped. These were ordered well in advance for gifts for my children, I only recieved one. When I called to ask about it, all I was told was item has not shipped. No kidding? I can see that for myself, my question is why can I not contact this particular seller, and why when my account was debited were my items not shipped.Do not recommend. I suggest another retailer. I would give zero stars if possible.

Ignore the weight stated here. and app might not work

I just got this phone. In the question and answer section a tracfone rep said it does weigh a lb like the description. It does not.. it weighs 6.7oz. Who would want a phone that weighs 1lb.I can add to this once I get it set up and running.. reviews in other sites are pretty good.I returned this phone for one reason only. I have an old LGv8 phone. All of a sudden after a bad update from my small local credit union. They told me I needed a version 11 and above to work. Since it was time to get a new phone I got this Moto. The setup went easy but the app still didn’t work. I was told by the person at the credit union it wouldn’t work on this phone. All the other 20 or so apps are fine. The app developers on multi billion companies or less can develop apps that work. But apparently there is a reason their developer doesn’t work for those big companies. They blame the phone but there is a history with this credit union since they introduced an app for devices. People were lined up in the office outside the door for help. It took more than a year to get it working on my tablet, android version 11, btw. This isn’t the phone problem, it’s an unqualified developer issue. So, if you don’t have a problem with apps with your older phone, this phone is very nice, it works just fine aside from my problem. Nice size and the camera image is amazing. There is a nice vinyl back case for it on Amazon too.

HOW CAN PEOPLE STAND THIS KIND OF TECHNOLOGICAL NONSENSE AND OUTRIGHT ABUSE?

OK, this initial review is going to be negative and crabby, which is what dealing with this first-time ever “smart” (??) phone has done to my mood! I’ve always used “basic (flip) phones” in the past, and am in some kind of “cyber-shock” and TRAUMA from this initial exposure to what the rest of the world seems to be using and addicted to. I have not yet decided whether to give up totally and ask for a refund or keep trying to learn to use this thing and risk a stroke. Bear all that in mind as you read my remarks. Thanks.–Later, 1/16/24: Just a brief addendum to my cranky review: It’s been over a month and I still have not gotten to Square #1 on this horrific phone! Why there is no convenient Home Page with basic settings, I have no idea. I have to assume that the maker of the phone wants us helpless & confused. I need to use Voice Typing and have been trying for over 5 weeks to figure out why the Voice Typing on this phone will not re-enable. It worked when I first rec’d the phone but was accidentally disabled and I’ve wasted weeks trying to re-enable it, with no luck. That alone is cause to abandon this “Pure” phone; I haven’t even had it online and barely texted or callerd anyone, so can’t tell how it performs for any function. I think it is going back to Amazon and I’m going back to my Faithful old Flip phones! :-|First off, I’m already angry and feeling cheated by this thing and I see I just got it 2 days ago and paid $47.55 and now it’s advertised on Amazon for $39.99!? WTH?? That does not improve my mood. Second, the device starts up with that ridiculous “HELLO MOTO!” greeting sound, which has aggravated people the world over for more than a decade, but they still make it a DEFAULT and even after watching a YT video, I can’t find where you can DISABLE THAT ANNOYING SOUND!?? Second, even though I realized Google would be all over the phone in obnoxious ways because it is an Android, I had no idea how pervasive and invasive Google is. (I’ve avoided Google all my life.) Sigh. There is NOTHING available on this phone to help me navigate and set my Preferences! Everything is already defaulted to “ON” for Google and even when I manage to find a setting I can change (rare to find any Settings!), it reverts back to “ON” again!Next, I have severe neuropathy in my hands and can’t stand vibrations on my fingers. Why do they make these phones vibrate? Turning vibration to Off does not stop it from vibrating. (Same is true for my flip-phones.) Further, I need the Voice Typing (who can stand to type on that tiny ridiculous keyboard?) But I accidentally somehow disabled Voice Typing and it is now NOT ALLOWED; I cannot find any place to re-enable it!This is a cursory (and angry) overview of immediate woes I’ve had; obviously the review would cover much more IF I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THIS THING! I don’t understand how this kind of abusive garbage can be what people buy and use!? Where is a HELP section, where is a HOW TO GET STARTED section? What is a SSID and what do they mean when they say “Set up network”? None of my flip-phones needed any such thing. I thought these were cell phones. Why do I need a MODEM?? I thought they used cell towers! None of this is clear; a newcomer like me is totally lost and stressed to the breaking point.WHY has our government allowed outfits like Google and Motorola (ad infinitum) to literally dominate the end-user and give us little or no choice in how our info/data is used and how to set up preferences on these devices? I am totally frustrated and angry after 2 days of struggling with this stuff! I still have not found SETTINGS!?? How can they plaster all that Google-garbage on the phone and not have a Home Page with the settings we need to even get started?I guess this device will be sent back to Amazon and some unfortunate buyer will end up with this phone all contaminated with my anger-energy. I can’t even get started on this thing! GRRRRRR! Such hideous arrogance on the part of vendors like Google and Motorola etc. make it clear, we are not in USA any more, Toto! ARGH!If anything changes to make me want to keep this thing, will revise/update my review.

Way bigger and nicer than my old phone! Great buy for the price!

So, I wanted something that was a bit bigger than my old android device but stick with Tracfone too because their network/service works well for me at this moment in time. So, I was pleased to find this phone and I have never had any issues with Motorola in the last so winning on that too. The phone is really nice! One benefit that I love is that the battery life is awesome. Overall, I am pleased!

    Very Nice Phone.

I had another smart phone from another carrier. The phone was expensive.I decided to get this as I have always had good experiences with Motorola products.Frankly, I was surprised first by the screen resolution of this phone. It’s in my opinion excellent and better than my other expensive phone.Setup of the phone itself was easy and no bloatware.Tracfone makes it very easy to activate with various plans at very reasonable rates.Connection is very good.Sound is clear and crisp.Surfing the internet was no problem including video and music. In all, for the price IMHO your getting a lot and comparable with more expensive smart phones. An added plus, it’s easy to activate with Tracfone with no problemsGood for primary smartphone and backup. And it’s a Motorola.. : )

    Works but finicky

If you are looking to buy this Tracfone, don’t unless you have no other options. For context, I love Tracfone and have been a customer for years. This phone is just not it. First phone I bought would not connect to data. Returned and got a second phone, which only connected to data after a factory reset. Every time the phone software updates, the data breaks, and it needs a factory reset to restore data. Looked online and this is a common problem with this phone since the Android 11 update. The phone has a nice design and works well most of the time, but be prepared to deal with software issues that customer service can’t fix. Buy with caution.

    You can’t beat the price

Such a nice, large phone. I got it for my mom who can’t see well and just uses phones for browsing the internet and playing games. It’s perfect for that. Large, clear screen and easy set up. Didn’t bother with the SIM and setting up Tracfone, though.Excellent budget phone for internet browsing. Honestly, I thought it would be way worse for the price I paid.

LIMITED USE FOR MY “DRONE PHONE”

Unlike the TCL I tried before this Motorola is smart enough to detect the HS wifi channel created by the GPS drone and then display the “FPV” cockpit view from the drone’s front camera! It also handles the Holy Stone Ophelia app needed to control a GPS drone in conjunction with the remote control station!

Phone works well. Easy to use. Pretty descent quality for the price. Had no issues adding it to my existing plan.

    Power problems

My phone would occasionally turn off – even though it had battery life left, and then would randomly turn itself back on. The random off and on didn’t seem to have anything to do with software updates that needed a restart. I found it to be unreliable. I don’t know if was just an issue with this phone or the whole line.

    My first smartphone

I retired about 4 years ago and I finally broke down and got a flip phone which I totally hated so I got a cheap cell phone I totally hate it finally I saw this smartphone I thought what the heck I’m going to try it I’m glad I did it’s really made my life a lot easier I can do all my banking and shopping and a couple games or two. I’m using the camera and I love the way it takes pictures easy to send them to others I don’t know why I waited so long my granddaughter likes to watch YouTube and I’m amazed with the sound and the picture I’m very happy with this.

    Adequate for what I needed.

Bought this exclusively to play one action game that works better on android than my iPhone. Put and left on airplane mode so cannot attest to voice service.Phone worked fine out of the box. Notice is preloaded with a lot of apps I had to remove. Likely those apps pay a fee to subsidize the low price. I just hope it’s not permanent spyware. The game plays a bit choppy and laggy at times compared to an iPhone right next to it on the same network. Guessing the processor in this android is basic and trying hard to keep up.Phone is light and case feels a bit cheap, but again, comparing it to an iPhone. On the whole though, it works well enough. I definitely wouldn’t have got it for a primary phone though.Consider though: $50 no contract for this phone vs the promo I got 2 for $1000 with a two year contract for the iphone 12pro. So it’s apples and oranges. You get what you pay for.3* because of barely capable processor in a new phone with no other apps running, cheaper case, and lots of preloaded apps I don’t like. No comment on service since I don’t use it. Haven’t used camera. Probably 4* for what I needed it for but as a primary phone I expect it would get bloated quickly and half the storage is already used with installed stuff. But it was only $50!

Of all my phones I’ve left on the side of the street, this one is my favorite!

In todays high tech troubleshooting world sometimes you have to improvise, but that doesn’t mean you don’t go looking for bargain! And when it comes to trying to find a decent cell phone, pair it up some sophisticated RF monitoring software and leave it outside in an ammo can you’ve got options and Tracfone knows it! I’m not the typical cell phone user but when hunting RF interference issues I like to keep the price point of my gear in the “sad if someone steals it” category yet get the same results as if I paid thousands. This little combo didn’t disappoint, can run for about 5hrs continuous on the phone battery alone (much longer with a battery pack) in direct sunlight stuffed in a water tight box. The inexpensive data plans can’t be beat and the coverage in my rural area was perfect. I beat this poor little phone up and it’s still going strong. Worked so well I recommended it as a daily carry to my dad, who has yet to enter the smart phone era. (I may have been adopted.)

    Solid phone with great screen

This phone is solid, nice feel, good weight, attractive in looks and easy to use. For it’s price, it is a great phone. Even though my previous phone still works great, it is 16 GB and I was running out of memory for apps. I had to start removing apps as with each update of each app, they seemed to bloat taking up more and more memory. That led me to needing a new phone with 32 GB of memory which led me to this phone. Previously I always used LG Tracfones but I read LG is no longer making inexpensive Tracfones which is probably why they are no longer on Tracfone’s website. I always wondered how the Motorola phones were so when I saw this at a great price I bought it. I have not connected it to Tracfone service yet as I want to have it setup to my liking before I do. Even though it is still Android there are some differences with the Moto settings and its use of the features that make me prefer the LG phones but nothing that would make me not like it or want to use it. My only complaint is no where on the Amazon listing for this phone did it say whether it is GSM or CDMA so I don’t know whether Tracfone in my area will accept this phone. The packing list said CDMA but according to Motorola’s website it is GSM. Then I read that Tracfone was bought by Verizon and as of November 2023 Tracfone plans will be changed. There is some confusion whether Verizon is still CDMA or not. So I don’t know whether I will be able to use this phone after Verizon takes over. Or whether I would stay with Verizon depending on their pricing policies for previous Tracfone customers. But it is still a great phone so far.

    More Than I Expected

I dropped my LG Rebel Lte & broke it. I first bought the ACL 3 to replace it. The ACL 3 was terrible, and even worse was I bought it from the Tracfone website and it would have cost more to return it than what I paid for it. Next I tried Blu View 2, which was on par with the ACL 3, that is to say, terrible, if not more so. Horrible camera, unresponsive buttons, etc. At least I bought it where I could return it right away. Next I picked this phone, the Moto G PURE on Amazon, and it’s a keeper. Great pics with the 13MP camera, responsive buttons, easy layout, and easy to learn and use. The only thing I don’t like about this phone, which is not specific to this phone, is that it’s a larger size than what my old phone was. It’s only about 1.25″ longer, and .5″ wider, but I have small hands, I do tend to drop things. I know all phones are bigger these days, but I hope they go back to giving the choice of smaller phones.

Finally Tracfone tech support revealed source of PIN #.

UPDATE: Finally reached someone in tech support that was able to tell me where to find the PIN # that was preventing the phone from working. As soon as he said it was 4 digits I remembered a generic PIN that I haven’t used in 10 years. Can’t believe Tracfone kept this on file. Now I can explore what this phone offers. Raised review to 4 stars.Got this Motorola Moto G Pure cell phone one week ago and after reaching Tracfone was able to transfer my old Tracfone phone number to the Moto G phone. Then the fun started trying to get it to work. After turning on the phone it asks for a PIN number but there is none on any of the paperwork. Just a S/n and a SIM card #. Check Tracfone website and found a help screen that advised me of two different PIN numbers but neither worked. Without the PIN numbers the phone remains locked and unusable. When attempting to call my cell phone number I get a brief message that says my voice mail box hasn’t been set up yet and the call is disconnected without a single ring. Contacted Tracfone Tech Support today and after waiting on hold for over an hour decided that enough time has been wasted. The end result is now my old Nokia Tracfone flip phone won’t work either. If Customer Service reads this please contact me for one last help.

Bought 2 of these and use them for alarm clocks.

I like waking up slowly so I use 2 of these phones (1 is a backup) to play music that starts out barely audible and slowly increases the volume over 10 minutes.I don’t want to use my primary phone an an alarm clock since I can’t replace it’s battery once it starts losing capacity with time and use.Very long lasting battery.I have no idea how it performs as a phone or camera but the speaker is loud and clear.

    Great value

This phone is great. And a great value. It has all the features I need. The only drawback for me is that it will not make calls, texts, data if I cross the border to Canada. That is the main drawback of using TracFone for me. Otherwise it is the most cost effective deal around. $60 or so for the phone and $17 a month for TracFone’s basic monthly plan with autopay. Still able to use wi-fi anywhere if it is available.Separately, maybe you all can help me 🙂 what’s the best way to get my contacts info from my other phone (LG Rebel4) that fell in water and now I can’t use the screen? The phone boots up, but the screen is jacked so I can’t get in. Thanks!

    The best deal anywhere!

I bought this phone for my 8 year old boy caring how it would work. This thing has totally surpassed all expectations. He’s able to play his games like Minecraft and Pokémon go, and the phone itself performs great. Contrary to what people are saying on here, you actually don’t have to buy a plan through Amazon. We did it directly from the tracphone website and ended up saving. Only $15 a month for unlimited talk and text. It’s a great deal for a mom who wants their kid to have a phone on them, but it totally buy this for myself too. My iPhone is about to hit the fan and I’m seriously considering just buying this phone and getting a higher service plan. 10/10

    More than what I expected

I have owned Motorola phones before all meeting or exceeding my expectations. I needed a new phone but because of the pandemic I could not afford to buy flagship phones costing thousands or more. It only has 32 GB memory but that was plenty for the apps I needed/wanted. It accepts a 512 GB micro SD card which is more than I need. It’s not 5G but LTE is plenty fast for my needs. I’m not a gamer etc but it’s plenty fast for Zoom and other video-conferencing programs. Videos, movies, streaming services, hi-def audio all work flawlessly. Other phones may have higher picture quality by pixels or DPI but the FHD (+?) quality is very good and sufficient for just about any situation. If you are looking a good low budget phone not necessarily needing 5G please take a look at this phone.

    Love Straight Talk

I got this for my husband that doesn’t use his phone very often. It works just like my Moto g 5 so that made setting up so easy for me. It also works off of Wi-Fi. At least I can help him with his phone when he can’t figure it out.

    easier to use than some

I have no real complaints as far as this phone goes. I am not the most tech savvy in any way but did manage to set it up for whatever I need a cell phone for. Its capable of much more than I will ever need, however. The battery life is short in comparison to my older LG phone. I was forced to ‘upgrade’ due to the network changes recently so I needed a replacement that I could figure out with the least headache possible. Pics are pretty good, speed is fine. No issues when activating. So far, Im as satisfied as I can be with it.

    Excellent phone for the money

This phone (Tracfone Motorola moto g Pure (2021), 32GB) was a steal for $59. It may be last year’s model, and it doesn’t have 5G, but it did upgrade to Android 11. It’s got a big display, a fairly fast CPU, and good battery life. The only down side is having to deal with Tracfone customer service. Their website is often flaky and I’ve gotten disconnected from their phone techs. What seems to work the best is using their online chat. They successfully switched my old phone number to this phone, and stayed with me until everything was done. Would recommend buying.

    Good phone for the money

This phone only has 32GB storage, over 50 percent of storage is used because of the android OS has increased so much in size. So buy a card for it. Phone has become a little slow with all the Android updates.
