BEST. PURCHASE. EVER. ON. AMAZON! Hands down.
Holy moly! This is the BEST THING EVER! I actually bought this because of a recommendation from a TikToker that I follow, and I’m SO glad I listened to her! This is the coolest contraption! First – This is a great price for what you get! I mean, I would literally pay $60 for something like this (easily) and it would still be worth the price. Second – I love how versatile it is! There are three different types of light settings (blue, bright, and yellow… those are just my names for them!). And each light setting can also be dimmed down or brightened up about 5x up or down. So there are about 15 different light settings included with this. There’s also four different heights it can be set to. Personally, I prefer the tallest one because it’s right at about my height and it’s even with my face when I’m standing up (I’m 5’6”). So that’s a major plus! But you can use any of the other 3 settings for whatever your needs are. It’s super easy to switch between the different heights. It’s basically just a clip that you undo and then you just re-clip it when you have the height you need or want. Third – This remote that it came with is the bomb!! I’m happy with just this alone LOL. I can use it for videos AND pictures! And it’s so simple, and so fast. There’s absolutely no delay time between when I press the remote button and when my phone’s camera responds. Fourth – It fits my huge phone! I currently have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a bulky case and a Popsocket on it, and I was able to fit my phone with both the case and Popsocket in the mount holder with no problems (horizontally and vertically). On both settings, my phone felt secure. Vertically, I was concerned it would slowly start to fall out but the mount gripped my phone really well! Fifth – The size of this ring light for the cost is like buying a professional one for a 10th of the cost. Those professional ones are hundreds of dollars! This, in my opinion, is just as amazing as those, if not better!!! Seriously. If you’ve been looking for a ring light for a while, stop looking right now and buy this. Period. You truly will not regret it. I’m not being paid to write this and I’m not writing it for any other reason than to share my thoughts with you guys. The packaging was nice and efficient. It came with directions for assembly as well as directions for pairing the little remote with your phone (iOS and/or Android!). The USB cord that the ring light needs to be plugged in with is fairly long so you can put it wherever you need to. But you can also connect it to a power bank and take it out with you anywhere you want since it’s just a USB connection. And finally, I haven’t noticed any wobbling or loose parts yet. It is very sturdy. Doesn’t move around at all when I’m changing the heights or anything. And overall, it just seems to be made really well. It’s a great product. Please note: In my pictures, the first 6 are of the 3 different light settings (1 picture for lowest setting & 1 for highest setting of each light color, so 2 pics per light color). The following pictures are just showing you some of the parts it came with like the remote and the control buttons for the ring light. And the last few pictures are just random. The ring light came with a nice soft case to carry it in if you choose to travel with it. It also came with an extra piece for your cell phone that screws on top where the ring light is if you choose to use this as ONLY a selfie stick (which they say it can be used for easily). If you’re familiar, the screw for the light and the cell phone mount piece at the top is just like the screws used for mounting a GoPro on a stand like this. So I think you could even mount a GoPro at the top (in place of the light) if you wanted to. And the last 4 pictures are just showing you the different height settings. I also included one picture of the back of the light which is just a plain black plastic material, and one picture of a standard plastic water bottle next to the light for easy size reference.Please feel free to comment on my reviews if you have any questions at all. don’t let the reviews about the top being loose scare you!
while putting together this tripod i very quickly realized it is QUALITY and the price is a great value, especially on sale. the ring light itself is removable from the tripod so you can use just the tripod for whatever you need too, but the ring light is also amazing! it’s super bright with a great dimmer and the RGB options are a huge plus. the phone holder is amazing and can turn, tilt, etc to get the position you want- it is the most versatile phone holder i’ve ever seen. the tripod itself is also incredibly versatile by height while also tilting & turning in multiple ways.i knew, however, that a lot of the reviews i’d seen mentioned the top being too loose- that it falls over with phones in the holder and doesn’t hold itself up. i was a little distressed to find that true for myself as well. i turned and turned the knob i could only assume controlled the front/back tilt, but no matter how tight it was the top still tilted very easily. i brought this up to my partner, who promptly got to work trying to troubleshoot. turns out, you need to twist the little arm that sticks out in the back! that little arm is what controls the forward/back tilt, while the knob on the side of the tripod controls side to side turning. granted, i can’t say for sure that the people in the reviews having problems havent tried that. i just know that for myself, i figured i knew how tripods worked and tossed the instructions and never wouldve thought to turn that handle. problem solved!!in short, it’s a great value for the price with a TON of settings to get the exact angle and lighting style you want!

Just what I needed in an affordable tripod for portable use with my phone
The last time I bought a tripod was for a digital camera I got in 2004. In those days, they all had standard sized holes that you screwed into a pad at the top of the tripod. Pretty low tech device, and it worked fine for years. But my newest cell phone has an incredible camera and I found myself wanting to use it in situations that would require a tripod, like taking a video of myself doing something. So I went looking for the kind of tripod I had previously that would work with a cell phone.I was amazed at what current tripods can do. I bought this one because it has some interesting features that will be useful, and it wasn’t that expensive. It has turned out to be a perfect fit for my needs. It does the basic things I need well enough – it holds my rather large phone steady, is easily adjustable, and is very portable. The ring light is not something I had ever used before, but it is turning out to be very useful. It keeps enough light on a fairly close subject to improve the quality of images, and I guess you can adjust the color for different effects, although I haven’t really used that much. I like that it is USB powered, so I can use it anywhere without needing a clumsy lamp. Even has a remote button so you can control the camera function without touching the device, which is cool.Basically, a handy and practical device, perfect for occasional or field use. If I were using it professionally, I might want something bigger and sturdier, but that would certainly cost more. This does everything I need, and the price was right. I am very happy with it.

Awesome light! More features than I expected.
One thing I’ve learned here on Amazon is you can tell what a manufacturer thinks of their own product by the way they package it. The Ubeesize 12” Ring Light came, as you can see in my photo, nicely packaged in a protective, full-color box.When I opened the box I was further amazed to find the light itself was wrapped in the protective padding you would expect to see on an Apple product.Two of the stand’s feature caught my eye immediately; a small graphic showing the operator which way to turn to lock, or unlock. Both the base and the head have these little helpers. They will save time and headaches.The stands themselves are nice. They appear more well finished than most, a little more refined.This light is amazing! It’s the perfect size to craft dramatic portraits and other shots instead of blast everything out. You can move the brightness up and down with the thumb switch until you get it exactly where you want it.You can make warmer tones too! It has a warm white mode, and a warm yellow, all by toggling the power switch.It’s powered by USB so you can run from a wall adapter, a PC, about anything. I run it from a power bank battery I charge my phone with and it works great. The size is good, its practical for lighting products, or a person. It’s not meant for like music videos, except as fill.This one is a great value. I’d buy it again, and I’d recommend it.

Read This, Not Bad, Could be Better
So, overall it’s not a bad ring light but I think it’s better for a teen. The biggest thing I don’t like is where the phone goes because it attaches to the stand I think it sits to low and I don’t like the angle at all. It’s a better angle for shorter people or teen girls honestly. I am 5’2, so I am not tall but the angle is odd, if you do any close-ups it seems like the angle is more upward if that makes sense. I think the phone should go in the middle of the ring light like others are, that would be the best angle, the angle would come down on your face or body just like when you take a selfie with your phone somewhat above your face, hopefully, that makes sense.The light itself I don’t know why but I didn’t realize how small the ring was but that doesn’t really change much. The pictures on here from others make it look bigger, clearly, I didn’t pay attention lol. Again, that doesn’t matter much unless you really want a big one. It doesn’t affect the brightness at all, still very bright, has 3 diff modes.The remote I don’t like, in my opinion, you would want to hide it when taking a picture, so I would hold it down by my side or whatever so you can’t see it in the photo and it’s like it would lose connection or had to be pointed at your phone which looks tacky. It would take me quite a few tries to get it to take a picture so that I didn’t like the most.Overall, it’s not bad but there are changes I would make. I would suggest a bigger ring light and one that holds the phone inside the ring. I would still suggest to others.

Sturdy
Things my third tripod of this portable style. I have 2 that are telescopic and I liked them. The stand will pop out or you can hold it in your hand for a selfie. I liked them but wanted a sturdier one that was inexpensive. I found it with this one. I really like this one because you can detach the stand and use it for a selfish stick or it makes a pretty sturdy stand. I also like how you can lock in the rod at whatever size you want. The other ones I own don’t have that option. This one isn’t too heavy either. It is a little bigger than my other ones but it’s still portable. Definitely happy with it.

Pretty slick, but not perfect – great customer service tho
Update: This ring light stopped working after about 4 months. Obviously that wasn’t fun. However, I emailed the company and after helping me diagnose the problem they sent me a replacement light completely free of charge and it got here in less than 48 hours. I’m very impressed with the customer service, even if it was a bit inconvenient that the 1st light turned out to be a lemon.************What’s great about this selfie ring light:• there are 3 light temperatures (cool/blue, warm/yellow and “regular”) and a couple of brightness levels – so you get a nice effect whether daytime or evening; cloudy or bright & sunny• it’s on an extendable tripod so you can adjust the height if you want to set it on the floor or on a desktop. You can even collapse it and use it as a selfie stick.• it’s got a remote control on/off switch that works to take photos and also to start and stop video (I’ve got an Android phone, didn’t test it with iPhone, but I”m sure it works there too)• pretty much everything is adjustable – you can twist the angle of the light and of the phone in every possible way• it’s got a long cord so even if you need the light pretty far from your computer, it should probably reachWhat’s not so awesome:• I can see the reflection of the light in my glasses, no matter how I adjust it (that might be true of any selfie ring, and I just need to keep futzing with it)• the stand is super lightweight. While this is a pro in terms of portability, it makes it prone to tipping over when it’s on the floor. Its not wobbly (the legs are wide), but any slight bump against it makes it teeter.• it only has the tripod stand, no clamp. This would make up for the tipping-over problem above, at least when you want it at desk height.• it was a little bit pricey. I paid something like $60, which seems like a lot?

Very Bright & Excited to Use
There is 3 types of lighting and each one you can adjust the brightness. The control is Bluetooth and the light has to be connected via usb or you can use a usb charger. It is only 11in as you can see in the picture w the ruler. But overall, I can’t wait to use!

It’s not heavy I can carry it if I want to. I love the remote control. The size is great for me, and it’s easy to use. I’m happy with the color also.

Suerb Quality and Better Deal than Socialite!!
I purchased this product on Amazon and received it in 48 hours- I have Amazon Prime! First, I must say that I had seen the Socialite brand all over on Instagram and was tempted to purchase it, however, the price was outrageous at the time – $300.00 tops…I then saw, recently on Amazon- about 3 months ago, where the Socialite brand’s price had been decreased to $179.00 and so, I decided to add it to my Amazon shopping cart. I normally like to add stuff to my shopping cart and look around for other items I need and then make a big purchase or just see if I really need it. However, last week, I was on Amazon shopping and came across this brand- Ubeesize. I read all the specs and the reviews and felt confident enough to make the purchase. I hate having to return items I purchase so I was hoping that this would work. So, I made sure it had all that I needed because I am an Influencer and I also have a little business on the side, so, it’s important to take great pictures and videos. I opened the package and was impress with how each component was in it’s separate box. The 8″ Ring light comes in a cute suede draw string bag, which is perfect for protecting it. There is also a Bluetooth remote that works with both iOS and Android. There is that attachment for your phone and there is another attachment which I think is an extra for something like a GoPro. You will need a USB outlet to plug the Light Ring cord into. I have one of those external USB bricks/battery chargers, so it was perfect for this. I tested the light settings and I must say this brand is honest – everything that is written in the description, is exactly what you get. The Ring also has a 180 degree capability. The Tri-Pod extends to a very good height and you can adjust to whatever height you want within the specs of the height you order, of course. I tested every function of it last night and I am very, very pleased. Do go spending more than you need to on Socialite. Buy Ubeesize instead!! You won’t regret it. Just follow the instructions to set it up and you will be fine. Oh, before I forget, you can also register your product on their website for warranty protection. I will be doing that this evening. I will post pictures later- I was just too excited to share this product.

Excellent for what I wanted it for
This is Very good to use if you are starting a youtube channel as I did myself. It is very easy to get the hang of once you have used it. When I ordered it I was worried about it holding my phone, It holds it perfectly and so far have yet to have any issues with it. I do have a bigger heavier phone so I thought It would’t hold it or clasp down onto it, my phone will not fall out of there. Its very easy to store into a larger bag. I would definitely recommend getting one. The remote does work but it isnt the best sometimes I would hit record and it wouldn’t start recording so it may just have been a user error.

TL;DR – For the price you pay, it’s an acceptable product that covers the basics.The ring light works as it should, & comes with a multitude of colour & light temperature settings. Only 4 buttons on the main body of the light makes it pretty straightforward to figure out. It is bright enough for its size & lights up what it needs to, & comes with an optional phone holder extension & a small Bluetooth remote that you can connect to your phone for taking photos from a distance (strange that the remote has separate buttons for iOS & Android though).I do have two gripes:1) The tripod could be thicker & sturdier. At low heights (a foot or two), it’s fine. But extend it any more than that & it’ll start feeling a little unsteady because all the moving parts & joints are plastic, & the base isn’t wide/heavy enough to comfortably support the ring light at its maximum height (& that’s without the added weight of a phone on top).2) I wish the power cord was longer. It’s about 5ft, so you’ll have to keep it close to a plug (bear in mind that you will have to supply your own USB wall adapter as well).Overall, if you’re not looking to spend too much money & just need a light that will mostly sit low & stationary, this will do just fine. Otherwise, you might have to look into investing in a better tripod. Again, for what I paid, it’ll do.

I like it.
First of all, I just bought this unit less than a week ago. It also should be said that I did not install the Smart phone holder. That is not what I bought it for. I bought the light because people were saying that my face did not look proper with the overhead lighting that I was using during Skype and Zoom conferences, using my laptop computers and streaming camera. This great little unit took care of the problem right away. How do I know that? Both my brother and my girlfriend, whom I sent a picture to using this new lighting system, said that it was night and day, meaning that the colors of my face looked normal now. I also found that to be true when adjusting my camera and looking at a picture of my own face. This particular ring light is a little bit smaller than the average one I noticed which are 10 inches in diameter. This ring light is 8 inches in diameter. I do not believe that I need the 10 inch model for what I am doing. The problem has been solved. It’s got a nice long USB cord on it that has some buttons along the side all together, easily reachable from where you are sitting that operate the controls of the light. The light has three different warm colors and you can adjust it perfectly by the plus and minus buttons. Very nice. I am absolutely terrible at putting things together. I was so pleasantly surprised that the screws were already in place and all I had to do was screw the ring light which was already assembled into the already completely assembled stand. Even somebody like me put it together in five minutes. You can also set the height of the stand very easily and it actually goes very high if you want it to. Is it worth $34 that I paid for it? Absolutely.

Only thing that I don’t like is that I can’t get this thing to aim straight and stay their on its own. I used it for a wedding in a church. Plus i use it for my reviews and recording my journaling or outside to record the snow or whatever. I haven’t used the remote yet. I have it a4 starts because I can’t get it to aim straight. It might just be the operator. Lol. It is very versatile. Put on desk, or on the floor. Whatever height. All the way up is to high for me. I’m 5 foot 2. This is worth what they charge. I really like it. Easy to use. Shrink it to travel. I do recommend. For teenagers and up.

It’s perfect! I’ve been using it for about a month now for product photos, live demo videos, etc. This light is very versatile with many brightness levels and colour options. I use many of them depending on my surroundings. Both the tripod and the light work very well. It is very sturdy and holds the phone nice and tight. Highly recommended. Good value for the money.

Should be superior to recording recital pieces in Zoom.
I occasionally have to video-record myself playing recital pieces. Heretofore, I’ve used Zoom, but the audio quality is not equal to the video quality. The ring light will enable me to record 16:9 video with my smartphone. The remote control is handy, especially when it comes to tweaking the LED brightness. A choice of white points is a nice feature, though I’ll probably stick with the highest color temp. The light works fine drawing power from a USB charger. The stand has all the height adjustments I’m likely to need and it holds the phone securely. Just have to avoid positioning the clamp over the power button. Haven’t yet mated the Bluetooth control to the phone’s camera. If they don’t pair up, it’s not a big deal.

Worth the price.
I really like this hand LED ring light! While the remote control is a great addition when needed, I don’t use it much. However, the height and angle you can reach with this tripod is amazing! I do a lot of Facebook and YouTube videos, so the biggest thing for me was the phone stand with light. I’ve got other lights, but having a phone stand I could adjust at different angles was the reason for the purchase. I’m very pleased with the purchase. I’ll go through it in detail:Tripod: The tripod itself is very light, but sturdy enough for the job. No, I wouldn’t put my DSLR on here, but that’s not the market they’re selling to. It’s got a wide enough footprint to stand securely on the floor at any of the height options. Height adjustmennt is simple enough as well. No complaints.Bluetooth Shutter: I didn’t actually know it had one, so that was a bonus! I’m running a Galaxy S10+ and it works fine in both photo and video modes on my phone. I paired the remote and use the default camera with no other need for apps, which was a nice plus! The range on the remote isn’t TOO great… 4-6 feet seems to be ok but I had a few glitches farther away. Your mileage may vary.Light Ring: I honestly have no complaints about the light ring except that it just “feels” cheap. The light quality is fine (see video above). The adjustments are fine. It just feels like I need to be careful with it. Time will tell, but I’m totally satisfied with the investment for my needs.

I bought this LED ring light to better display my books on Instagram as my house has very poor lighting, so this LED ring light works well for me and was easy to set up. The stand adjusts nicely to different heights and is easy to remove when needed.

Me encanta todo, su tamaño perfecto para llevar a cualquier lugar, la manera de abrirlo y cerrarlo have que sea muy facil su manejo, y mas para mis manos pequeñas y delicadas, las patas las puedes poner como desees tanto abiertas como mas recogidas lo hace excelente para espacios pequeños, su base para el telefono puedes coger telefonos grandes y es mucho más resistente que otro que he tenido tiene la accesibilidad de que puedes rotarla para utilizar tú telefono ya se vertical o horizontalemte, tambien puedes poner la base de dos maneras diferentes y adicional puedes poner el ring de lado izquierdo o derecho moverlo como más desees, me encanta como son los cierres para darle altura perfectos para mis manos, trae su control, yo quede encantada con la compra🙌🏽

Best photographer
Got this for when i went to Italy with my girlfriend so we can take pictures. It worked out perfectly because when i proposed the photographer i had booked, canceled so the tripod saved the day! It’s super easy to work and put together. It allowed us to capture every moment and have stunning pictures

Average budget for a user!
The only thing that is not a good thing is it’s not very good with holding up with any kind of weighted phone or such! The clamping is not able to tighten up and grip to prevent significant flopping in any high weighted items! Otherwise the stand is nice and adjusts to many degrees!

My new FAVORITE Ring Light!!!!
I am a social media influencer and i have tried over a dozen ring lights, but always revert back to my favorite.. however this is by far my new favorite! the first thing that drew me to this is the base, the style of the foot base is slim and doesnt take up much floor space, which is ideal because i live in a tiny space. Then the light is 12′, but it really feels bigger. it gives off just as much width and brightness as my 18′ ones, but way more manageable. You get 3 different modes and a nice range of dim to bright. It is SO TALL TOO! i am 5’10 and most stand light stands do not go this high, the height gives you the freedom to film at all angles and styles, adjusting in any way you need. The clamp for phone mount, is inside the light, which actually gives you more angles to film from because of the height. and it is large enough to allow for vertical and horizontal angles, and i have a 13 pro max. it is a simple spring clamp, that makes it easy to slip your phone in and out. i much prefer this to the turn knobs, it saves a ton of time when you film all day and it doesnt crack from pressure. it comes with a remote, which has larger than normal buttons and is durable (doesn’t break apart when i drop it on the floor, like my last one lol)I truly love this ring light and it is my new go to!!!

Satisfied my requirements
I need a selfie ring light that short enough to stand behind my monitor screen and take the least room as possible on my desk and this one get the job done.I got complained during the meeting that I looked very dark while having a meeting, tried to move my lamp around to many places, nothing works. Its either too bright or too dark. This basic 3 light setting works perfect, it come with wire remote which I preferred. I just tied the remote cable make it low enough to hang pass the bottom of monitor, now I just click on and off and get perfect lighting.

Great for streaming on Twitch and for reading
Love this for streaming. I usually use the last color option because it’s a little bit softer on the blue and it’s not a yellow. I recently started to use this as a reading light for when I’m going to bed because it’s just so easy to use. The little remote control is OK. I can use it flawlessly when I’m on camera mode if you’re trying to just take a picture on your phone without another additional app. When I try to use the remote while I’m on Instagram or TickTock it doesn’t work as well, instead the volume on my phone gets raised rather than recording or snapping pics.Overall satisfied after using for a few months:)Oh one quick thing it took me a moment to figure out how to use it and still sometimes it takes me a minute or two to set up the ring light if I’ve unscrewed it from the top. I also handle all of the components with care because I read some reviews of people complaining about how they have parts that started to malfunction or not work. All mine work fine with the aforementioned remote control note above in mind

Very practical and cost effective
I recently purchased this detachable 67in phone tripod and I am pleasantly surprised with its performance. It is sure-footed and stable, yet lightweight and easy to carry, making it the perfect tool on the go. One of the things I love about this tripod is its versatility. It has three different operation modes – selfie stick mode, monopod mode, and phone tripod mode – which makes it great for social media mobile photographers, videographers, content creators, reporters, and anyone who needs a variety of shooting angles. The telescopic pole gives a good range and the universal clip works well. I didn’t have any issue with the bluetooth clicker either. A MUST HAVE for YouTubing
I bought one of these to use while making YouTube videos and ended up buying 4 more because they make life shooting videos so much easier. I use them with both action cameras and my cell phone. The 1/4 screw system is a life saver. I’m helping a friend at her wedding this weekend and I’ll be setting up one of these Tripods in each corner of the room with action cameras on them to catch all the action.The Tripods are very well made and easy to set up / take down. Been using 1 of them for almost 2 years and no breakage…no hassles. A dream to use and store away until needed again.

Best product! Highly recommended
This product is the best I have used till today. The tripod is very stable and a very good built quality. Tripod can be adjusted to different heights and is very stable even when fully stretched. This allows to record videos at different heights. I also like the pan head very much. This allows to shoot at different angles and is very stable. This also supported my go-pro and phone very easily and is perfect. The best part is I can also use this as a selfie stick. The adjustable height is so good. I can cover many things in the frame. I should definitely give a thumbs up for the quality of this too. It is not too heavy too. This makes me easy to carry for a long time. And I can also take anywhere too. Its great!

I absolutely love this ring light. It has so many good features. The extendable tripod makes it so that you can either set it up on a countertop or on the floor. It comes with a phone mount so you can shoot videos. My favorite feature however, are the rgb lights. You can change the color or even use one of the effects. All in all, a great product at a fantastic price. Highly recommend.

It is a little big and it does not fit inside my backpack, is alwasy sticking out, I’ll just need a bigger backpack 😉 other than that is pretty good, stable, tall, a bit heavy, but that comes because of the sturdiness.

Extremely sturdy and well-built!
I haven’t used it as a selfie stick and probably won’t, but I LOVE this tripod. It is extremely sturdy and well-made. It has a level on the back, which my previous tripod didn’t have. This is useful when trying to get a shot straight. It can be stopped at any height and rotated. I see this lasting for a very long time.While I haven’t tried using the remote yet, I love that it has an included battery. That is so rare, and other competing brands on Amazon at similar price points do not include batteries.

Holds Go Pro Max 360
This thing is nice. It holds my iPhone 13 mini easily. It fits my boyfriend’s Go Pro Max 360 also. It adjusts based on the width of the device. It has different levels of height you can put it at. It feels like it is built well. It seems sturdy.

Great lighting power

Sturdy Tripod, easy to set up, Ring Light works great, remote easily paired
The tripod is very sturdy and easy to set up. The phone holder feels secure and easy to attach. The light has different shades to accommodate your needs and works nicely. I like that the power source has a usb connection so you can insert it to an external battery for mobility and you’re not stuck to a wall plug.I put a small hand mirror in the phone holder and positioned the light so I could do my makeup. Dual purpose! I also used it as a night light. = )The remote gets a little wonky when testing it. It paired quickly but sometimes there is a delay when I press the button to when it actually takes the picture. there are two buttons labeled, iOS and Android. I have an android and both buttons will work on my phone. For me, the wonky remote doesn’t bother me as my phone can take a pic with a hand gesture, and there is always the timer feature. I’m guessing remotes may become obsolete.Overall, mostly satisfied that it feels sturdy. The phone holder is also adjustable so its easy to get the right angle. the part that actually holds your phone is padded so there is a level of confidence that it is snug in the holder and it won’t scratch your phone. Good buy for the price.

I really needed this light. It is a great bargain for the price. I do not use the remote, yet. I use this for internet videos. The only problem is the stand is flimsy. If you want to angle it slightly downward (to hide your double chin, :-)), the top part just flops over. There is a plastic bit to tighten it, but it doesn’t work. I have to stick things in the crevice to prop it at that angle. So as far as being cheaply made and flimsy, I want to say 2 or 3. However, the price and what all it does for that price is a perfect 5. So I’m going to say 4.

Extendable Tripod for Gym Videography
I bought this extendable tripod for gym videography. It’s great for small cameras or iPhones, with a convenient compact design and a clamp-style extension that supports heavier devices. The adjustable head is also a plus for quick angle changes.However, the tripod’s handle for tilting adjustments stripped in under 45 days, making it unusable, and I couldn’t find a replacement part. Although I might have overtightened it, the lack of durability is disappointing.For camera use, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. iPhone users might prefer Ulanzi’s more reliable tripod. Despite its good features, I can’t recommend this tripod due to its short lifespan.
