    Buy it

I am very pleased with this tripod. It is really sturdy and flexible at the same time. I did not like the bolt is exposed in the base, I thought I would scratch my phone, but it hasn’t happened. I would like to carry it everywhere, but sometimes is a little bulky when I bend it (I use small purses). It would be really helpful if it included something to hang it on the purse. I really recommend it. I love it.

    An Amazing Device

This setup is exactly what I needed to take photos at a distance. It was always a pain to try to balance your phone at the right angle and to run back to the picture after setting the timer. Also, most tripods are just too large and cumbersome. The bluetooth remote was a real plus also negating the need for use of the timer. I highly recommend this product for home use but is small enough to take with you on any trip.

Good value and flexibility in attachments

This is a good and flexible tripod stand with some minor issues. After 2 months of use, the locking knob suddenly became loose and unable to tighten the swivel ball, rendering the product mostly useless. Customer support did respond and sent a replacement very quickly. Also, one needs to be cautious with the phone holder because it doesn’t accommodate larger phones with a case — would have to remove the phone case to fit.

    Versatile

Adjustable cell phone holder for taking photos. Securely attaches to the phone and can be positioned in multiple positions. Tripod legs are sturdy, yet flexible enough to be set up on uneven surfaces. Compact enough in size to be easily carried in a back pack. Great for when no one else is around to take that special photo when you want both you and a companion to be in the picture together. It even has a remote shutter button that we paired with our Samsung 10e phone. Set it on a rocky ledge, put it on a picnic table, or hang it from a tree limb….this tripod is a must have!

    Works good for my phone

Bought this to use with my Galaxy Note 10+ and it works good. It holds the phone pretty sturdy but the part folds up and pulls out doesn’t seem like its going to last very long since its spring loaded. It maxed out when mounting the phone since its in a otterbox case. The legs work great and am amazed on how well it can hold my phone up.

    Love This

I used this to go live on Facebook. I like the way you can angle the phone go be vertical or horizontal. The legs bend in all sorts of ways so you can get the right angle you are looking for. I have not tried the remote control yet but I am looking forward too when we can get the family together again and get photos of us all together like we normally do at Holidays.

    Not very happy with it

I had a small tripod that I LOVED, but after about 2 years, I accidentally broke one of the legs, so purchased this one. I read a ton of the reviews and thought THIS is the one for me. But I do not like it! It doesn’t stand as easily as my last one, I don’t feel my phone is as secure in the holder, and although you can turn it horizontal or diagonal, it doesn’t really rotate in a 360 way. It rotates alright if you are using the phone sideways, but there’s not much option if you are using it straight up and down. You have to move the legs on the tripod instead of the the rolly ball the phone is attached to. I haven’t used the remote control, and never did with my last one either, so I can’t comment on it.

Awesome tripod! I absolutely love that the twisty legs are strong and sturdy enough clamp and bend around stuff. I haven’t tired the remote as I don’t need it since I use my Iwatch to control my IPhone.I even use this during FaceTime calls and the handle is long enough for me to us it like a selfie stick. This is probably going to be my top gift to give for birthdays and Christmas.

    Customer device is great.

The new version of UBeesize Tripid is a great update. I like that it’s strong and sturdy when I need to set it up on an object like the back of a chair. It wrapped well and stayed upright so that I could take my video without a full tripod. The remote works well with my phone and allowed me to use it easily. It’s better than a selfie stick. The extension parts that accompany the unit are for sports cameras. I only use it with an iPhone right now but plan to buy a soirts camera. Now I have a tripod to set it up on.

    It works well

The tripod works well and is very versatile. It would be helpful if the device to rotate the camera was placed in between the legs of the tripod instead of the front leg. The front leg sometimes interferes with the image being videotaped. Nevertheless the fact that the legs are flexible and can be bended help with this situation. Overall I like it and has been working well.

    Doesn’t do well straight down

The part the let’s to phone mount tun 90⁰ puts the phone on a leg and it’s in the way. To me the top portion should be able to rotate. Because the leg is always in the way and unstable

Does not fit larger phones as advertised.

The media could not be loaded.

I don’t know if it was just mine, but it is not very strong. The phone holder part is constantly falling off. The tips that hold it in place are too small, and it just falls off. If you very carefully put your phone in place and do not touch it gafterwards or use it anywhere with a breeze, I guess it’ll hold, but not worth it for an insecure hold. Great concept, poor execution.**UPDATE**their suggested fix is to charge me more for a part that isn’t the issue. Do not buy from this company as they will tell you one thing, and then try to change the deal.**UPDATE 2**They finally decided to send a replacement and a large phone mount. The thing is advertised as being able ro handle a note sized phone, but don’t trust it. Get it with the large phone holder

Not quite right initially for iPhone XS max

The initial tripod seemed terrific, but the description and several of the reviewers said it worked fine with the larger phone (XS max) but I found the jaws that hold the camera to be unable to fit the phone with or without my slim phone case. I wrote the manufacturer who responded very quickly, assessed the problem and then at the cost of $0.01 sent me a new different set of screw on “jaws” which do work just fine, though they are not an easy “stretch and slip in” like the original but require a thumbscrew tightening. I was pleased with the response and quick fix, and I’m pretty happy with the new clasp. Over all the stand is sturdy and functional. The remote works well, though it is very cheaply made. It is very easy to install and couple with the phone. The stand has a tiny level in it, also handy. Very responsive company.

    Excellent value, great little tool!

I have been doing Youtube videos for some time now. For a while, I used a small artist’s easel stand, but I knew I should look into upgrading. It was a no brainer when I found this product for around $26. To my delight, it even had a small remote control feature to record/stop my iPhone from a distance. Although it doesn’t seem to catch 100% of my clicks, as long as I hear the chime I know when it comes on. This is the only minor issue, but considering I didn’t even expect a controller, I view it as a bonus.Highly recommend it at this price point, comes in very handy. Used it outside and intend to use it for the foreseeable future. Impressed with the build quality for such an inexpensive product.

Tripod is solid, Remote connects but don’t work

Let me start by saying the tripod is really nice. Seems sturdy and a good fit for what it’s supposed to do. The remote, however, does nothing other than connect to the phone (via Bluetooth). I’ve connected to the Google Pixel 5, but pressing the Android “shutter button” doesn’t result in a camera action at all, either for photo or video. So, there’s that. This may be an incompatibility with the Pixel 5 or the default camera software on the Pixel 5… but if there are incompatibilities (or doubts about compatibility in general) that should be noted in the product description.

    Works good

The product works good. My complaint is it is a little difficult to use with my phone with the phone case on it. I feel like it just doesn’t turn the way I want it to. I do like the wireless remote, it works good.

    Not for iPhone SE (2016)

I got this for my iPhone SE (2016) and the phone holder is too big. I should have looked more into detail on the dimensions; if you have a smaller phone, I would try finding a different tripod. I can still use it if I put like an eraser or something between my phone and the phone holder but it’s a bit of a hassle to keep it balanced without it popping off. I’m sure I’ll eventually update my phone and it’ll be bigger so I’ll use this tripod then and update my review.

Works well, sturdy and locks into place well. Phone holder locks and folds for storage

The foldout spring-loaded arm for the phone holds securely and also locks away for storage. When folded it is a conventional camera mount for SLR/DSRL cameras, with an adapter for Go Pro. I can’t say if the remote works because I don’t trust the rando manufacturer with access to my Google contacts. It’s a 1 button keyboard, it shouldn’t need access like that. Maybe it works on iOS?

New Tripod: I’m pleased as punch! 🙂

I’ve needed a phone tripod for a while, but never found one that was exactly right. Luckily, I saw the UBeesize on Amazon and immediately ordered two; one for me and one for my husband. Imagine my delight when they arrived and I saw that it’s the most sturdy and flexible one that I’ve ever seen. As a bonus, the remote control was easy to set up and works like a charm, even at longer distances. Plus, phone conversations are more enjoyable when the phone is at the height and location of my choosing. I enthusiastically recommend the UBeeSize; you’ll be pleased as punch!

    Great value!

I have been looking for a tripod for my cellphone and purchased this one based on the reviews. I tried it for the first time today. Once I figured out how to use it, I was impressed. Love the shutter remote. I have an iPhone 8 and it worked great. I also like that it can be used with a regular digital camera. I took video and still pictures with my phone. I’m going to have to make adjustments because the video shot in a closer scene than the photos. I will use this for taking pictures and videos of my art and crafts. May have to upgrade in the future but this works well for me now. A very good value.

I really like this unit more than the other brand I have!

There was a manufacturing defect (hence the 4 stars on sturdiness) but the seller sent a new one out to me right away without any hassle. The new one is working well and there’s no defect. We use this to record our USAR dog training on rubble piles where there are lots of odd shaped concrete slabs, poles, rebar, metal objects, pallets, etc that we can attach the tripod too. It holds my relatively heavy iPhone 7S with heavy duty otterbox case without sagging etc. Thus far I’m happy with item and I would recommend this item to my colleagues and friends and I would purchase this it again. I have another well known brand and this unit is better. If my opinion changes I will update my review.Pros:Holds well to objects in the environment and the grip material on the legs is quite nice.Doesn’t ‘sag’ with the weight of iPhone 7S and heavy otterbox. The legs are longer than some of the others on the market making it easier to secure to poles with larger circumferences. The legs are all one unit (i.e. not little ‘pod’ units that clip together and can pop off in some situations). The phone holder is secured via a screw bed like many tripods and thus you can add different phone holder mechanisms if you want (I did this and it worked great).Seller was VERY responsive to the manufacturing defect and the new unit sent out was perfect with no discernible defect.Cons:If you have a larger iPhone with an otterbox type case the holder may not extend far enough to hold the phone securely. However, as there is a screw bed attachment you can easily swap it out for a larger holder mechanism. No other cons that I have found; other than the defect in the first unit (the replacement unit had no defect).

Great value and functionality plus a remote!

Great value product for intended use of holding a phone with camera in a variety of outdoor locations and more recently for video conferencing. Helps you avoid the “up your nose” view by allowing a more eye-level perspective. Fairly compact and reasonably light to pack in a backpack or hydration pack. The phone clamp seems secure. I have not had a phone slip out in about 3 months of use. The bubble level is a nice touch. The legs are easy to bend and reposition and all 3 can be grasped together for hand held use. The swivel ball head and clamp accommodates horizontal or vertical phone orientation. The shutter remote is a very nice touch. Paired and worked easily with an iPhone XR for still or video capture. Allows you to easily capture yourself for self-coaching without running back and forth to start and stop your phone. I haven’t dropped the tripod or exposed it to extreme conditions to evaluate sturdiness.

    Wonderful bendy legs

I use a small tripod on my phone daily. The ball joint is fantastic, the legs seem like they’ll hold up nicely, thumb screw is well made. It’s great in nearly every aspect.Unfortunately, for my use of holding my phone… It’s not perfect. To have your phone in portrait for scrolling and what not you have to use the notch in the part holding the ball. No problem really, but in that orientation the tripod is unstable, because the phone part flipps outward. You can bend the legs to counteract this. My next issue is that the part that flipps out, to hold the cell phone isn’t very secure. My phone has come out multiple times while taking photos on hikes. I absolutely do not trust it to hold my phone if were moving around a lot. Like on a bike or out a moving car window. You also can’t change out the part that holds your phone for something more secure.I do not have a proper camera so I can’t say how secure that aspect is.

    UBeesize tripod is great!

I just received this lightweight tripod. I have an iPhone14 Pro with a case and it fits easily in the phone clip. I also tried this with my standard camera and it also fits. The Bluetooth pairing worked right away as well as the remote for taking pics. It seems very well made, is stable with the camera & phone and I really like the protective feet so it won’t scratch any surface. I had returned another one from a different company that was quite flimsy. I highly recommend.

    Handy to have

It’s handy to have, easy to carry and easy to use. The remote works fine, I figured I would use the Apple Watch, but the picture always shows me with my hand on my arm, this remote hides in the hand and not so obvious in pictures. It has been great for taking pictures of the dog. I have not found any position I need the phone that I can’t do with this tripod. The legs are not very long, which makes for easy carry, but limited on what you can wrap them around. Mostly smaller branches or maybe a handrail. Probably won’t work with a fencepost or light pole. The phone can be easily popped in and out. It holds well. The bubble level is handy.

A Very Important Investment when Doing Zoom or Facetime

Today, many families are doing FaceTime, Zoom, or some other platform to communicate while the COVID-19 crisis is going on. I find this stand to be an excellent control for holding and positioning the Camera exactly where I want. It also provides a very steady base leaving my hands free. I do not use the remote because I have an Apple Watch, which is the reason for the rating. This device is very well-made and able to accommodate an iPhone 11 Pro with no problem. Also, even my non-technical wife can set it up without any difficulties. The legs are bendable, they have big slip-resistant cushions on the bottom, and there are numerous locking positions so that you could get the angle that you’re looking for with your phone. It is small and portable living in my briefcase every day, so it is ready at any time. I do also use it for my photography, which has been an immense help both indoors and out. Finally, the tripod is a sturdy accessory that I trust my iPhone on, which was ESSENTIAL in the decision making of this purchase. I highly recommend this device for anyone who requires a reliable tripod to handle your phone.

Versatile, flexible and sturdy mini tripod (that broke after 6 months)

This device is very flexible. I’ve used it to hold both my phone and a Nikon D3300. Each leg can be bent in a great number of ways, owing to the multiple joints. I will reevaluate the product after six months.8/16/21Unfortunately, the first “knuckle” on one of the legs has broken. This product did not receive rigorous use by any stretch of the imagination. I would say if you measured use in hours, as one does with small engines, it has less than 10 hours on it. It also was not twisted and bent vigorously out of curiosity or to show people how it worked. It was only used once outside my bedroom, where it’s use was limited to propping up my phone whilst I reclined in an easy chair. So I’m quite disappointed. I really thought it was well made and cool.

    Great Tripod for iPhone XR

Purchased this tripod to use with my iPhone XR. Had a different brand (smaller size) that I was using with my previous iPhone (a 5s). I really like this one. The longer legs mean I can wrap it around more things. I used it last weekend for the first time, primarily for two Facebook Live videos. It worked great. Held the phone securely and I was able to wrap it around the handle of a stroller to do one of the videos. Two minor issues: Once bent, it’s hard to get the legs completely back to straight, but it still fits in the carrying sack even with them slightly bent. And two, would hvae liked the legs to be slightly rougher because when wrapping the legs around the stroller, they slipped just slightly because the legs are a bit too smooth. That may not be an issue as it’s used more often though.Would recommend this tripod to photographers and vloggers looking for a good quality but inexpensive tripod. I use ith with my iPhone XR but it also can be used with GoPros (it has a screw on base as well).

    Exactly What I Wanted

With a desktop Mac, such as the Mac Mini, or Mac Studio, it is great to be able to use your iPhone as a camera for web meetings. Apple calls this “Continuity Camera”, and there are various holders made for using your iPhone in the manner. The problem is that they clip on top of your monitor.I was looking for a holder, or stand, that allows my iPhone to sit on my desk, at a height equal to my face, rather than perched on top of a large monitor and looking down from above. The UBeesize flexible tripod fit the bill, and works perfectly for that purpose. The flexible legs, and adjustable ball-joint, allow for positioning the phone in any manner desired. Fits my need perfectly, and I can easily recommend it.

    Two thumbs up!

After buying and returning another cheaper tripod from Amazon, it’s amazing how much more quality you receive just for spending $5 more. If you’re on the fence about this tripod- do it! The legs are heavy even when bent in most positions so it keeps the tripod secure. You can use this for a Light, camera, or phone. I plan on using if for all three. It also comes with a shutter remote. I like the fact that the legs are able to wrap around a lot of things if you ever needed to mount it on something crazy I’m sure you would be able to find a way! Very handy piece of gear to have.

Been using this for a long time now—it’s great!

All I can say is this: it works great and if you don’t have a tripod for your phone, you need one more than you know. My only caveat is that if you have a bulky case or something thick (like a pop socket) on the back of your phone, the phone might tend to slip out of the tripod; it works fine with a thin phone case, but I had to take my pop socket off, and I wouldn’t try it with a thick case like an otter box. Recommended.

This was well worth the money

The only problem I had with this item was that the remote did not work. Instead of sending the whole item back to Amazon. It’s awesome to know that you can just email the company and they will ask for a short video on why the remote is not working. And in a swift time they had already replied, and sent me out a brand new remote.

    well …im just finding out!

have to adjust it, but it works for my desk. Its a short tripod for even surfaces. If you need something taller you should get a taller tripod type. There are times I need something taller and hands free for my videos I make. It is heavier than i expected but feels sturdy. im just finding out i can bend the legs after having this doohickie for months lmbo. anyways. i havent had problems with my phone tipping over since. thanks yall. Oh, one of my phones had a cover on it and it didnt fit this tripid without taking the phone cover off. the next phone and cover was fine. the holder will squeeze down on the volume button if you dont place it corectly as well. thanks

Really as good as the reviews say

Honestly surprised how well this product did. The brand name is weird, I didn’t recognize it, so I was skeptical. But this thing worked perfectly. And what really surprised me is that it lasted a whole year before 2 of the legs kinda broke & are half limp. I really didn’t expect it to be that durable and last that long, I thought this might break after 2 months. Even with two limp, sort of broken legs, it mostly works for what I use it. Happy to order another.

Super Awesome tripod… sadly, Remote not so much though!

The media could not be loaded.

Tripod is all I ever wanted & needed to capture every moment in private life & business! I was skeptical when purchasing but greatly satisfied! As you can see from the video, it was pretty Breezy but the legs of tripod hold phone securely. I own a samsung 8 & fit great with room for a larger phone like a S8 plus. It appears that the quality is good & made to last. Legs long enough that you can secure in place at almost every surface! I’m not so content about the remote though 😕… I was successful about connecting Bluetooth and initially I tested it out & worked but about 15 min later when I actually wanted to use it, it didn’t work. Tried turning off & back on but when trying to sync to Bluetooth again, it didnt connect. Tried unpairing & then pair again to my phone but it didn’t pair again. I got tired of trying & decided to just click video myself on phone. However, I can see this being a problem if it’s attached somewhere high & you want to take a pic. I’m not sureif remote is defective or need to search up troubleshooting. Will update on remote later!

    Wonky Remote, but otherwise nice

The tripod is nice and seems well built for the price. I could not get the remote to work with my Pixel3 and even tried with the additional app (Camera360) that the insert suggests using if there are any issues using remote out of the box. I could pair with my phone, but it would not take photos. After reading many reviews here, I found one that said that the remote worked with their android phone but ONLY when using the iOS button for Apple products. I tried the iOS button on the remote with my android phone and it worked! So, if you have an android and have issues with the remote, try using both buttons on the remote before giving up.

Will update when used – but great first impression

Note that I didn’t actually use the tripod yet, just examined it. I will update when I do use it.Feels really solid right out of the box. The flexibility of the legs is great and feels like it’ll hold any reasonable position you need. One feature it has that I didn’t see on most of its competitors is a bubble level that helps you adjust a phone/camera to be horizontal. This was honestly one of the details I noticed that really swung my decision into buying it. Especially with the flexible legs that’ll probably never be completely straightened again, I think it would be hard to ensure that pictures/videos are horizontal if there wasn’t a built-in level, especially if you’re in a rush to set up a shot. The only sort of downside I have with it is that the phone mount spring is pretty strong, which can be cumbersome when I’m stretching it open to slide my phone in (I have a pretty large phone, OnePlus 6T). I would have preferred a clamp that opens all the way with a button, and then incrementally clicks into place as you squeeze it closed, like how some phone car mounts work.

    Great little blogging tripod

This bendable tripod is fantastic I highly recommend getting one of these if you want to be on the move and have a portable tripod as well as something that can bend and flex and wrap itself around a bar to hold his cell phone tripod is an expensive and the amount for the camera/iPhone is perfect it holds up a heavy iPhone 12 pro max with no problem and doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall over or even break the housing/clip all in all this is a great tripod for the price and I’d recommend you check this one out if you are on a budget I want something reliable as well as durable

    Sturdy travel tripod

I really liked the tripod, that I purchased for travel purposes. It allows flexible positions. The phone holder is well designed and sturdy. The product includes a remote trigger, that works, but in my case only at very short distances (until around 2m). Almost useless. In any case, I understand that the trigger is kind of an “extra”.

    Versatile and handy.

I love this tripod because I can use it with my phone, mirrorless cam and gopro. Plus it is very handy. I brought this with me during my trip recently to St. Petersburg and Moscow. I want to give 5 stars but the first item they sent was already damaged so I’m giving it 4, but they replaced it, sent a new one in a swift after I filed a return complaint. I do appreciate their service. This is a must for my travels, and it serves its purpose. Thanks beesize!(I am sorry I don’t have pics to share but it really I think it was all worth it than buying other expensive tripods)

    Beyond expectations!!

This tripod is solid! It feels like something a professional photographer would use! It is very sturdy and just great quality. The mechanism at the top where the phone attaches is so versatile. You can position your phone in any direction you want. I also love that it fits any phone even with the case and pop socket on it. I got this mainly to make it easier to do FaceTime calls so the remote was a bonus. I was able to connect the remote in less than a minute and it works perfectly to take pictures. I haven’t looked at the other attachments that came with it but I’m assuming they are for other devices like a camera. Really happy I decided on this one! Get. It.

Great light weight and infinite adjusting tripod

Very light weight. Many ways to use this. Purchased to use with ipad with clamp stand. Easy to adjust and can just use legs bent for lean stand for ipad. You get what you pay for, not a $100+ tripod, but will work well with smaller cameras or clamp stand (purchased seperately)

Good Tripod at this price point

I ordered 3 different flex tripods after my most recent one broke. This one was at a mid range price point and was a pretty good bang for the buck Phone Tripod. It felt sturdier/more reliable than the Flexible Tripod, 12 Inch Phone Tripod with Wireless Remote Shutter sold by TOBRBE (18$) but no competition to the Xenvo SquidGrip Flexible Cell Phone Tripod (29$).My advice is to spend an extra 10$ to get the Xenvo, as the quality difference, and range of motion is a huge upgrade. I am keeping this as a backup. The length of the legs are about 9.5in which provides more functionality than a lot of the other 5-6in copies.

    Love this Simple Mini Tripod!!!

As a Landscape & Nature Photographer I’ve found the UBeesize 12″ Flexible Mini Tripod to be an excellent addition to my gear! It is simple to use, versatile, rugged, and allows me to apply various techniques within my style of shooting to creatively capture subjects along with various perspectives I’m unable to achieve with my standard tripod. I did countless hours of research before settling on this particular mini-tripod. Overall great value, features, along with simplicity for the purchase price. In my opinion this small asset has paid large dividends within a significantly short window of time! Thank you UBeesize for developing, engineering, manufacturing along with marketing a great product for not only my specific needs; for others who are and will benefit from this product. Well done! 😁👍

    Best iPhone Mount I’ve Found

This is by far the most versatile iPhone mount I’ve found. As a simple tripod, it is solid while being compact. I’ve used it on a tabletop for filming as well as viewing video. The mount can be used for traditional cameras…and adapters for GoPro type cameras are also included. I’ve attached the unit to my full size tripod using the flexible legs when I needed more height to my shot, plus the bluetooth remote makes it the ultimate “selfie” tool when you need to be more than an arms length away. It easily fits into any traveling bag/backpack and its light weight (9.80 ounces) makes it hardly noticeable when it’s in the bag. I’m extremely happy with this tripod and iPhone adapter, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

    Works Well with Smart Phone

Perfect for use with smart phone and just what I was looking for. Very Sturdy and feel my phone is secure and won’t fall off the tripod. Took me a couple tries to sync the remote, but may have been due to user error rather than the product. The tripod is supposed to accomodate using your phone in portrait orientation, but I have not been able to attach mine in the portrait mode. I will keep trying – but that challenge is the reason for 4 stars versus 5. Otherwise, good product.

    Easy to use.

This tripod is easy to use. The setup is very simple and even fits a phone with an otter case pretty well. The rubber legs will not scratch surfaces you set it on. It creates a hands free opportunity to take or review your notes while on a call.

    Great product, great customer service!

So i ordered this product and almost loved it 100%, there was one flaw. The part where my Iphone XS Max goes kept popping off. The product stated it should fit without problem. I contacted the seller and they responded the very next day. They asked for an image of the problem, i sent it in, the next day i was notified a new one was on the way. I just received my new one in the mail and it is without flaw! Sturdy product, love the remote & carrying bag it comes with! I keep it in my sons diaper bag and bust it out when i need to catch videos or picture of my little one! The price point is amazing for what you get! I have been recommending it to EVERYONE!

Love this handy, flexible tabletop tripod!!

What a handy little tripod! Flexible legs gives it so many more shooting options. The only thing I noticed was when using a camera, there is a sag when you get it all locked and ready to shoot, so initially you have to position it a little higher to account for the sag. No problem if using with a cell phone. Very easy to convert from camera to cell, just flip the base up. The remote worked fine for taking photos, but I have not been able to video tape with remote yet. Still working on problem solving, I see there is an app I can download, so will add to my review when I know more.

Ok, but will be looking for better…

So I’ve had this product for barely 4-months (July 2020).1st: I am highly disappointed that the screw piece to tighten the main piece that holds your phone has stripped out. I don’t abuse my items and went to unscrew it so that I could reposition my phone into landscape mode and metal slivers fell out, thus stripping out the main piece that keeps the positioning stable. So now, after 4-months, which by the way, I only use it maybe 1x a week, I’m forced to buy a new tripod. While I don’t expect something to last forever, I do expect it to last longer than 4-months.2nd: The tripod itself is very unstable if you have a phone on the side in portrait mode. It becomes very heavy and all the weight falls to one side, one leg. So you have to be very cautious as it will topple easily.Being in landscape mode isn’t all that better even if it’s centered, as it’s still very top heavy and topples easily. I’m using both an iPhone 11 w/case & iPhone 11 Pro Max w/out the case.It seems that the only way to keep this particular tripod from toppling is to have the legs wrapped around something, which seems to be its best feature.3rd: The remote control works ok. Nothing exciting. However, when the remote is connected it won’t allow texting or messes up the text if you’re trying to post a picture. So you have to completely disconnect the remote before you can post anything. So there is my honest review. I will be looking for a new tripod, hopefully one a tad sturdier and won’t strip after 4-months of non-continuous use.

EASY TO USE AND STURDY TRIPOD

This tripod is VERY simple to set up and is more sturdy than a smaller flexible tripod that I had previously purchased. The smaller one tipped over easily from the weight of my phone. My iPhone 7 Plus easily fits in the holder and is in there securely. I really like that the remote for this model will take pictures AND videos. I simply set my phone camera to video, press the remote once to start recording, and again to stop recording. The legs are flexible so you can wrap the tripod around just about anything to take a picture or video. It also comes with adapters for a GoPro camera and a digital camera. I highly recommend this tripod.

    Would absolutely buy again.

I got this to hold my phone while I lay in bed and stream Netflix. I’m disabled and it’s hard to hold my phone for long and this has been perfect. I can move each leg independently so I can even them out on the mattress and the mount can turn all the way to one side so I can lie flat and not crick my neck. The remote pairs easily with a tiny slider on the side of the remote. It just clicks the shutter…nothing fancy at all but it does the job. I didn’t see how far away it will work. I’m going to get a larger tripod from them when I’m on my feet again.

    Great value for the price

Visited Spain for 12 days recently and took this tripod. It was very helpful for selfies, group photos and photos in general. Allows placing camera to best advantage then using remote to take picture. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I didn’t try out wrapping the legs around various sized, shaped and material things to provide an anchor so I don’t know how well they would perform. I was confident that I would have been able to make it work, just didn’t get the opportunity. Very satisfied and can recommend this tripod.

    Good for travel

This has worked great on trips. While it could be lighter and smaller to better fit in my pack…it probably wouldn’t be as good at holding my phone/camera securely. It is effective

    Nat a bad Small Stand.

I just got this stand and I saw that the phone holder on it was cheap and breaks and I can see that. It does look flimsy but the screw mount that is incorporated into it is what I needed. I have GoPro’s for this stand and it works perfect. It is not a $100 stand so I only expect so much. I generally like this but don’t expect $100 quality on a $21 item. I like it.

Great tripod and Bluetooth trigger combo

This package was great. Only issue I encountered was that the Bluetooth remote was not strong enough to trigger when held behind myself or when putting my arm around my fiancé before triggering the photo. The stand itself was perfect for travel pictures and video. With my new iPhone 11 Pro, the video looked very close to a stabilized gimble, while just holding the phone steady with this tripod. Great purchase. Made all the difference in the picture and videos I was able to take in my trip.

    Get it

Picked this little tripod after doing my due diligence. Well rated by users. Light weight but sturdy. Can position your phone to take pictures in any direction, including straight down ( which most models of this type cannot do ). Not only good for phone but can mount a GoPro and a DLSR up to two pounds ( much more than the others ). Comes with a remote so you don’t have to go back and forth to the camera to take pics or video once you have it positioned. Took about 30 seconds to pair with my phone.Register it and they extend the warranty. Made in USA!
