A factory-installed Spektrum 6S brushless power system enables the FIRETEAM 4WD Speed Assault Vehicle to perform huge jumps at 60+ mph speeds over brutal terrain. The extra-long wheelbase and wide-track suspension, along with adjustable, aluminum-bodied, oil-filled shocks, keep you confidently in control. From the bumpers and skid plates to the heavy-duty metal drivetrain, the characteristically rugged ARRMA design lets you fearlessly tackle almost any obstacle blocking the FIRETEAM crew from its mission.
A mechanical handbrake, operated from the supplied Spektrum SLT3 transmitter’s third-channel thumb switch, adds an extra dimension to the FIRETEAM driving experience. It’s a first for an ARRMA off-road vehicle and allows the vehicle to perform evasive maneuvers and initiate drifts and handbrake turns.
The ultra-capable FIRETEAM 4WD Speed Assault Vehicle may well be the most impressively tough vehicle yet in the ARRMA 6S BLX lineup. the body is not very heavy
after just a few runs the body gets all busted up and starts to look like a pile of junk and the cost of a new body and all cage is all most the cost of a new fireteam so no way would i recommend the fireteam

Bought a supposedly used but like new open item as soon as I lifted the vehicle of the box all wheels fell off had no control arms bearings no electronics just complete mess and is like nobody took there time to inspect a open box item that was returned before even shipping it out . Very disappointed that now I have to wait 30 days for a refund very 💩 service.. Except more but I guess it’s about making money now. Will be taking my business to eBay

The body panels have something to be desired.
The truck is good but the body is VERY WEAK. It pulls through the screws and snaps easily. To replace them your looking at 100.00

Very planted
I bought the Fireteam directly through Horizon Hobbies when they had the black Friday sale and ran it for the first time yesterday. This platform is very planted, very stable like driving a full size high-performance SXS. It does have a tendency to drop it’s nose in flight, there are a few ways to correct for this. One of those ways is move the battery retention system further back on the frame, changing the balance. The holes are already in the frame for this, however I haven’t done this yet due to the fact it might lose the “planted” feeling as it might go into a wheelie easier when you gas it. That is easily fixed by lowering the punch setting but then you lose a little “in air” control. I run 2 – 3S 5000mAh batteries which will require a little experimentation with balance, it’s a lot of weight to move around when you are talking balance. I just don’t want to lose the planted feeling this thing has. It absolutely RIPS!

Fantastic
I didn’t buy this from Amazon. But what a great car fast and stable. I own 32 rc trucks this one gets the best air and lands smooth. I was hesitant on buying it wasn’t a big fan of the look. But I glade I purchased it. 100% satisfied.

Great for what it’s for!
I have put 6 4s packs and 8 6s packs through it so far only trouble I have had is the pinion gear came loose. This car is not great jumper, however run it on the grass , trails with rollers in general desert type stuff it shreds!!

Excellent RC buggy
This thing is no joke it is an absolute beast the only negative I would have is that the cost but most of the bigger vehicles are in the same price range it sure would be nice to see someone start lowering the cost instead of increasing it it puts it out of the category for most people with the way the economy is today!!

Fast, Durable and Fun!
I’m just amazed at this product out of the box. Very durable, very fast and a lot of fun! I’ve been running this hard since the day I received it and so far it has been a true joy to operate. I’ve jumped it, rolled it. crashed it and not one failure or breakdown.

Don’t hesitate.
I have a few of ARRMA cars. This is by far my favorite. I feel like on the slower setting it’s still faster than my Mojave6s on its fastest setting. If you have the coin, do it.

Awesome
The Arrma Fireteam is by far my favorite RC that I have. You get a lot for the money that you spend on this. It’s big, it’s heavy, it’s fast, and most of all it handles great. The suspension is very smooth and most of all it’s really easy to operate.

Arrma/Spektrum 6s Fireteam
Was worth the 399.00$ The holidays are always worth the wait. Thanks Arrma for putting loctite on every NON important screw around the motor. The pinion gear screw backed out third run and jammed whole assembly which then proved that assembly used so much loctite, rendering motor mount damaged and not suitable for future assembly. I will be watching you, Arrma

Not bad!

Pure joy. This thing rips and shreds through any terrain with ease. Throw a 6S lipo in there and let her rip. Crank up the punch and pop wheelies. Fast and tough like it’s supposed to be without any modifications. Great off road vehicle for experienced bashers, beginners can still use with 4S on 50% power and still have fun. The e brake function is fun when on hard dirt or gravel for maneuvering but wears tires on asphalt. I have done big jumps and crashes on dirt, grass, and asphalt and still no issues whatsoever. Nothing but pure joy and excitement.

A bit much for my german shepherd but its fast enough to survive the chase
My german shepherd has a massive prey drive. I had tired tennis balls, ball throwers, etc but the shepherd needs to burn off a mile or two. I had tried radio controlled cars and she would happily catch them and destroy them. This one is fast enough that it can stay ahead of her. The shell is much more durable and has survived several attempts by my dog to destroy it.It is big and heavy so be careful when using it.I wish they wouldn’t charge as much for a replacement shell.

Well worth the 700$ only issue, is that the plastics on the body crack and break easy.other than that, I love it. I can even tow my kids in there wagons at the same time, it’s got a lot of power. The hand break is a awesome feature to have aswell

Super Capable, Fast and Furious BEAST of an RC
This Rc car gets it!! BIG. easy to setup. fast. durable. So much fun. Not much can get in the way of this rough and tough rc car. Awesome design. Solid power plant. I drive on 6s with the stock pinion and it moves!! If you want to wheelie, all you have to do is read the instruction manual on how to adjust the punch. I set the punch to leave 7, and its can wheelie on command and hold it. super easy to ride wheelies. steep climb radius. over curbs like they aren’t there. loads of fun for a kid or an adult. I love my Fireteam!

Big, fast, and durable

This rc car absolutely flys, both in terms of speed and air time. I jumped this car super high and it didn’t break. It can do both backflips and frontflips pretty easily, and it also looks super cool, but before I got it, I was wondering if the body was gonna be durable, and after driving it a bunch of times, I can say that the roll cage part of it is durable, while the body plates are not. Most of the body plates have had a bunch of damage such as chips, and the screws getting ripped through the plates. This doesn’t make it drive any differently, but it is kind of annoying. One thing to note is that It doesn’t do wheelies, which some people might like, since its easier to control. The only parts I’ve broken are a bearing in the wheel, and I also managed to bend the chassis a little bit by landing directly on the edge of the bowl at a skatepark, although it still drives fine so I don’t think I’ll replace it yet. In some youtube videos, I had seen that people were breaking the drive cups for the driveshafts, but a way to minimize the chances of this are to not land while holding the throttle, I have taken this precaution and have yet to break a drive cup. Overall the car is super durable besides the body shell.

Supper fast, great handling, and fun!
I was really thinking about buying a new rc car and I have been trying to decide which one to buy for a while but when I saw that the fireteam was only $399 I had to get it, even though I didn’t really like it at first, but as soon as I drove it for the first time, I was in love, it was super fast and the way it handled was like nothing I had ever experienced, not to mention the hand break feature, and it is like it has (cat reflexes) so when jumping ramps it seems to always land on the wheels, and now that I have experience the difference between it and the other RC’s I own, it is my favorite by far, and for the sale price I think it is a great deal, but I probably wouldn’t have bought it for the regular price if I had the chance to actually drive it first! So I’ve got a few upgrades I am going to be adding, LED’s, wheelie bar, and a few other things!

This rig is just crazy fun! Fast out of the box!
The body panels will break but nothing that isn’t expected from tumbling at high speeds. Strongly suggest reinforcing the panels with some duct tape and they will hold tight and not break all the time. This rig is crazy fun, fast and stable! The chassis has some EXB parts so it really will take a ton of abuse! I’ve run close to dozen times with a broken lower control arm and some minor damage from smashing into a stump at high speed with a direct hit to the arm. Honestly, super impressed! I’m running 1/6 scale Pro-Line paddles on it in snow and it is just amazing

Malfunction
I was waiting in anticipation for the batteries to arrive. In the meantime, I learned the remote functions. Finally got the batteries, charged and balanced them, took this bad boy out for it’s maiden run.??? Ummm… You’re supposed to be moving now… Wtf? Checked everything including gears. Had throttle at right position. Battery full. Front tires turning left and right… Fireteam stuck from helping out the troops because their damn vehicle won’t move.Returned.

You Need 120c Lipos, Large Inside Front Wheel Bearings & Don’t ever use the 15T Pinion.
I have 2 of these and a friend has one too. This truck is very fast with a lot of torque but needs expensive 6 cell lipo batteries at least 100c/5200 mAh, but 6200/120 is preferred along with a strong charger. The front inside wheel bearings and the pinion gear will wear out quickly especially if you like to do jumps and do a lot of wheelies. So, buy them when you buy the truck because the bearings can fail on the very first run and you’re done until they can be replaced with better after market bearings like Fast Eddie kits. Heed the warning that comes with the extra 15T pinion or don’t use it at all. Stick with the stock12T. It can take plenty of punishment but needs a lot of maintenance, even after only a few lipo packs. You will definitely need the ability to learn how to switch out and buy new parts for broken ones. There are online videos to help and you get the basic tools and manuals to work on it with. It’s fun to drive, even better with two racing and it can be fun to work on or at least bearable.

What a beast! Hours of fun and great quality
I love this machine. Its everything I wanted. Massive power, fun, great for bashing, it’s good quality, it’d an rc car so you expect things to break regardless. Batteries can get expensive but its part of the hobby. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve owned several rc cars from all various brand and Arrma is my favorite. It doesn’t have the telemetry stuff like other brands but I don’t use it anyways.

fun while it lasted

Not the best experience, within the second run of the car (both on grass) the servo died, meaning the car couldn’t steer no more and inspecting the car the motor mount screws had come apart stripping the pinion gear, was a blast the first time but expect to upgrade a lot of the stock parts if you want it to last
