Got to Paris, I could call and text but no internet on all three phones. Had to spend $150 in the airport buying all new SIM cards that worked. Very disappointed

Worked Beautifully
I was in Scotland, mostly Edinburgh, for about a week and had zero issues. As soon as I turned on my phone on the tarmac, it was ready. I had activated the card a couple days before we left home. Will definitely do it again next time I go to Europe.

Bad sim service. Avoid this product.
I had horrible internet connection and the gps was way off and I kept getting msgs in Spanish for reasons unknown. Your better of just buying a sim from the airport. I want a refund but probably won’t get it. Avoid this product. Complete waste of money.

Excellent product, but delay activation.
Installation and activation was a straightforward process. Follow the instructions exactly, then restart your phone. It operates on the Three Network (a UK based provider), and I received a free £10 cash credit on activation. However, this credit expired after 24 hours. I assume Three offers this freebie to allow users to contact loved ones outside the UK/Europe on arrival at their destination. So, I suggest delaying activation until the just before travel to make the most of your free credit.

This was USELESS in England for the last two weeks… don’t bother!!
We got to England sure that we had the correct SIM cards for our Android phones, and it turns out they were USELESS. We ended up having to buy a brand-new phone just to get the internet on our phones and then use it as a hot spot. DON’T BUY A SIM CARD BEFORE YOU GO… wait until after you get to your destination to buy one there.

Don’t waste your money
Contrary contrary to other international sim cards I’ve purchased I had to go online and register this first. Little inconvenience that I went ahead and went with the program but after I registered it still doesn’t work so I had to go back to my T-Mobile card here in France

Did not work as expected
I used only 3 mb even thought I purchased the 100GB card. Contacted customer service and 8 hrs later still no resolve. I would not recommend purchasing this sim card if you are traveling if you expect to be able to get the service you paid for.

Zero problems!
My husband and I used these for our two-week trip to the UK and various countries in Europe. We never had any problem with service, either in the more popular “touristy” areas or in more remote areas of Germany and Switzerland. Very easy to plug and play! My only complaint was that we weren’t able to figure out what our phone numbers with these cards were, so we could only use things like Whatsapp to text and call.

Did not work
I purchased the Sim card to use in Europe and it did not work. I followed the instructions and set it up before leaving, entered in the first day of my trip so start the activation. But when I arrived and attempted to use the phone, I received a message that I did not have service. Total waste of money

Huge Money-saver
I had bought this for our trip to Europe thinking this would be a lot more cost-effective to use than AT&T’s international day pass @ $10 a day for the 1st line, and another $5 for each additional line. After receiving it, I followed the included instructions to set up the sim to be activated on our arrival date. I have an unlocked iphone with an esim for AT&T. So before I got onto the plane, I inserted this sim to the sim card slot and assigned it as my default voice and data line, and made my esim as the secondary as a backup plan. After our plane landed in Heathrow, I switched on my phone, and bingo, it got connected right away. During the trip that lasted a bit over 2 weeks and covered the UK, Portugal, and Spain, my phone almost always had reliable data connection when wifi was not an option, and my wife’s phone could hook up to my hotspot whenever she needed to get online. We just came back yesterday from the trip, I have to say this SIM card worked flawlessly and it way exceeded my expectations.

Good Product
I bought two one for me and the other for wife. The one for my wife worked really well during the entire trip with no problems. Mine did not work well with my iphone device but worked well on my wife phone. So it looks like there was a compatibility issue with the simcard and the settings on my phone. I played with the settings following all instructions and other instructions online. It worked a bit but kept interrupting. I ended up buying a replacement from a local store there in Belgium. So it is a good product unless the settings on your phone turned out to be incompatible.

These are not O2 cards
Not sure how they will work yet, but the provider is NOT O2. It is 3UK. I have had very hit or miss with 3UK in the past. I bought this specifically for O2.When I contacted SIM Corner, they told me is was a mistake on the Amazon site, and took the card down, but it is back up, with the same mistake again. They told me that the listing stated 3UK, and I had to prove to them that it was not listed as 3UK. They did offer to start a return, but they do not offer the plan for O2, only a 100 GB data plan, which is of no use to me.

Would not work once in UK
Purchased this for my daughter to use while traveling in UK. Activation went fine but upon arriving in the UK the unlocked phone would not send or receive calls. She bought a sim card in the airport and phone worked fine. Would not recommend this product.

Don’t listen to the mixed reviews
Was skeptical about ordering a SIM card ahead of time after reading all the mixed reviews on here. However, worked brilliantly on arrival. Takes some preparation, so you shouldn’t do this last minute. Be sure to activate 3 days before your arrival date through the website. The SIM card comes with instructions. I popped the card in before boarding my flight to Amsterdam. Upon landing, the card connected with no issues. Fast data. Made the trip super smooth without having to rummage around the airport to find a SIM. Highly recommend. I imagine the negative reviews are coming from those who didn’t activate in advance.

One time use – no top up unless you have a UK credit card
Card worked fine in the UK. No problems. Happy with the purchase. I only gave it four stars as I was unable to top it up on a second trip to the UK. To top it up it needed a UK credit card (with a UK address/postal code). The payment section doesn’t allow for a US address billing address for a credit card to be entered :(. EE has cards that you can buy in the UK and those allow for payment with a US credit card. Hopefully this is helpful to others.

Tech support is worthless..
SIM card uses 3UK for carrier and they don’t send conformation text with phone number for 4 hours. Then to register phone they send conformation code good for 10 minuets, but code is sent 2 hours later. Tech support will tell you they don’t use 3UK, they do use 3UK and to power cycle phone, that’s about it. 3UK coverage is bad but tech help is worse.

Worked flawlessly
Ordered three of these for my family’s recent trip to Portugal when we found out that our phones were not eSIM capable at the last minute. They come with very clear instructions. Registered them two days before the trip and popped them in the phones before we had our first layover in Heathrow. They came up almost immediately with UK numbers and 25GB of data each! Yes, they were listed as 12 GB plans, the text confirmed they were good for 25 GB of data and my kid used up 22 GB without any issues. Texting UK/European numbers worked. We had reliable 4G or 5G everywhere we went and it was frequently faster than the provided WiFi speeds at our hotels. We did have to enable data roaming once outside of the UK, but that’s normal and took seconds to do.

Great value for money
So I’ve read many mixed reviews and I had doubt before purchasing, but I did because I wanted to use hot spot and other options with good review were more expensive.Anyway, i am happy I did.It worked perfect from London. The only thing you need to remember is to activate 24 hrs ahead, and if you activating it last minute, just send a message to ask load your package. I did send an email because I forgot to activate it ahead of time, and someone took care of it in 10 minutes and I have the line ready to use with the package I purchased.I think some of the reviewer that complained, did last minute activation like me and then when they got to the destination they had pay as you go package rather than the package they purchased.

Flake data and voice not working in Denmark
Card worked for data initially. Then stopped working until reset. Worked for a few minutes and stopped again. Phone and text are not working. I cleared network settings and made sure it was setup like instructions. I sent a message to support but did not receive any help within a hour.Update: I received support overnight which got the card working.

Worked great
Bought a “Europe UK Travel SIM Card (12 GB, 30 Days). Prepaid SIM Card w/Data & Unlimited SMS & Minute” and received within 2 days. Simcorner loaded Data/Call plan within 24 hrs after turning SIM card on, and they actually loaded 50 gb of data instead of 12gb. Had pretty good coverage with 3 in UK, so no complaints.

Thumbs down!
I purchased this sim card for a recent trip to the UK and France. Big mistake! Whenever I tried to make phone calls or text, I would receive multiple texts messages in Spanish indicating that I would have to pay additional to make phone calls or texts. I usually purchase the Orange Holiday Card for my UK/EU trips but I decided to try this one instead. Big Mistake!

Perfect for our Great Britain trip!
I bought this SIM card for our family’s travel to England and Scotland. It simply worked with no problems at all. I mainly used it for Apple Maps as we drove nearly 2,000 miles throughout the countryside. When I restarted the phone, I actually ended up with more GB than I had paid for, but didn’t come close to using it all.

Worked great on our trip to UK, Northern Ireland, and Spain. Plenty of data and good connection.
Worked great on our trip to UK, Northern Ireland, and Spain. I had plenty of data and text and good connection speeds. used google maps and internet access everywhere we went. Well worth the money. I activated it with the directions included the day prior to departing the US and inserted it when we landed and it worked perfectly with my unlocked Moto G stylus.

Simple to use and completely reliable
I registered the product before our 19 day trip to Portugal and Spain and tech support got back to me promptly when I asked what my number would be as I wanted to give it to the driver who would be picking us up at the airport. I used the data constantly over the 19 days driving and walking through multiple location and there was no problem with data. Just keep in mind that you should turn your phone off and back on again when you cross a country border. Great product!

Sent Me an Expired Card
Tried to log online to activate the SIM and was prompted with an error saying the serial number was invalid. After further investigating, I found a small line of text saying “Must activate by 4/11/2023” on the packaging. I received the card after its expiry date.

Does not include service to the US
I did not read this closely enough apparently. It works in Europe, but does not include service to the US. If you want to communicate with US, use What’s App. I found it useful for a couple to local calls in Spain. Not useful if you couldn’t connect to WI-FI somewhere. Could not connect with cellular data.

Did not work in Stockholm, Sweden
The SIM card worked in Oslo, Norway, Helsinki, Finland, Tallinn, Estonia, Uppsala, Sweden, but it did not work in Stockholm, Sweden – the phone showed 3G and the card apparently works only with 4G and 5G.Please note that there is NO PHONE CALL CAPABILITY in this SIM card, only data, which means that you can use it for calling your established contacts via WhatsApp or Skype but you cannot call somebody’s phone number or send a SMS unless you have established a connection with them beforehand. For instance, I could not call hotels, B and Bs, restaurants, airlines using this SIM card. In Stockholm I could not do anything at all. It was useless there.

Make sure your USA cell phone is GSM.
I had very good support trying to resolve my issue that was of my own making!I had CDMA phone, NOT a GSM, which the rest of the world use!The sim work perfectly when I borrowed a GSM phone.Check you phone type. (Mine was a Tracfone, running on the Verizon CDMA network.)

Best thing I bought for my trip
I purchased this SIM card for our recent European trip. It worked like a charm. I would highly recommend it. We went to Spain, France, Italy, Montenegro, and Croatia. The only place it did not work was Montenegro but that wasn’t listed as one of the countries that it worked in. It was super simple to use. Upon landing in Europe, remove your IPhone SIM card and replace it with this one ( be sure you bring a small paper clip to be able to open the SIM card slot). This was the best purchase I have ever made for a European trip. It really saved us when we had to call for a taxi at the Venice port(taxis are not waiting and you have to call for one.The only hilarious thing was trying to use Google or IPhone maps in Venice. We looked around and saw many people with there phones out, just as lost as we were. I guess the maps just can’t get the signals through the tall buildings. Anyway, that was not the fault of the card.Get one. You won’t be disappointed. I will never travel to Europe without one again.

12 GB went to 50GB
It took between 30 and 60 mins to activate. We ordered two one for my wife and one for me. Upon activation both worked as advertised except the data allowance increased by more than a factor of 4, at no cost!! 12 GB suddenly was increased to 50. We were informed by SMS. New English phone numbers worked of course. You must be patient. Activation can take up to an hour. Back home now.Phones worked flawlessly. Highly highly recommended.

Worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon
I knew I needed a sim card for the UK and Amsterdam and I purchased this one. I did not install it until I got to the UK and had to get help to remove my cell phone cover. With the sim card installed, I turned on the phone and within a couple of seconds I got a message, “Your new number.” Then the screen went empty and I could never get the site back to look at the number which apparently was somewhere else. Just a useless waste of money. When I tried to reach customer service, nobody ever responded. Amazon, please remove this vendor from your site so other people aren’t fooled by this product.

The Sim card was not good for all the countries it listed
I bought this card so that I could use it in Italy. When I got there, it worked for one day and then quit working. I took it into the company that supports this card, and they told me that it was only good for the UK. That would mean false advertising I will not buy from them again.

Not for USA texting or calling
Purchased the card to use in Rome and Greece while cruising. Instructions stated not for texting and calling USA. Had some trouble to get it connected and finally got that resolved. We were not able to use it as we were hoping we could WhatsApp family in the USA. All we received from maker were emails about purchasing additional GB which we were not interested in as sim card did not work at all. Money not well spent.

After 2 days and only 2 calls needed to be recharged
I arrived in the UK and used the SIM to telephone my taxi, then sent a text message to my granddaughter, she has a UK phone number. The next day I sent a couple more text messages to friends in the UK. On day three I tried to telephone my granddaughter (UK number) but received a message that there wasn’t enough time left on the card to make the call. So, I paid $30 for two days of use.
