Not worth it
I bought this to use on a phone I had previously used on cricket wireless not long ago. It refused to accept my phone onto the network again, so now I have a useless sim card and my phone works quite well with T-mobile, so no I refused to purchase one of theirs.

SIM Card installed great, Cricket terrible Customer Service
In order to have the Wifi Calling I was informed by Cricket to get a SIM card update. This update also happened during the forced Apple update to 14.2. All I wanted to do was change my SIM Card and get my phone working. Cricket could not provided the needed service required. Their team kept me on hold for 3 days with no end in site. The last call they hung up on me. Extremely frustrating, I will not be using their service any longer.

The SIM is NOT expired and works just fine!!!
I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews about ordering this SIM KIT. I figured Amazon would not be selling bogus kits so went ahead and got it.It works just fine. It is a 3 in 1 Kit so you will get all 3 sizes (not just one as some reviews state). I popped it in, called Cricket and they set it up in under 3 minutes (no charge). It does not get any easier then that.

EASY TO SETUP
I got this sim card for an acquaintance at a discounted price, after switching from ATT and purchasing a sim card at the regular price. I followed the instructions and activated online without cost. The Cricket stores would not activate using a sim card purchased outside their stores, but it was a breeze to do so online. I verified that my phone was acceptable, also purchased from Amazon, and had no problems. Thanks Amazon!

Bad bad experience with cricket wireless, If it seems too good to be true it turns out it usually is
Purchased a new iPhone XR from cricket wireless.com at an amazing too good to be true prove! and the Sim card was for 5G and we don’t have 5G in our area so I needed to purchase another Sim card. Which I did – and the Sim card works fine , it was great for about two months and then all of a sudden I couldn’t make any phone calls and I called cricket wireless and they said the phone was on the blacklist and reported stolen and they could not re-start the service. (Which it turns out nobody can. ) I called Apple and told them I have the receipt and the phone can it be removed from the stolen list or please report it as recovered?? But they said they could not help me. And Cricket wireless wouldn’t give me a refund. So I had to dispute the phone charge on my credit card. Waiting to hear back from that. But the phone was never out of my sight and I never reported it stolen – so I purchased a $400 phone and couldn’t use it. So hopefully the credit card company will refund me my money. I will never use any cricket wireless service again.

CRICKET SIM CARD FOR MY NEW iPhone 12 Pro
This SIM card works well for my new unlocked iPhone 12 Pro and it allows me to keep my service with Cricket. Easy to install and activate. I used one of these cards for my old iPhone 6 which lasted 6 years.

They will Blatantly Lie to you
I purchased the sim card, it was very easy to set up it ran fine for almost a month, 20+mbit connection sometimes up 40mbit. Then it just stopped, cannot get a connection over 1mbit with full bars, I at first figured this may be my sim card, but my friend on cricket was experiencing the same issue. So i contact support and they tell me a tower is under maintenance in the area and will be fixed tomorrow. I was told this every other day for 2 weeks. Then today the support person tells me there wasn’t any maintenance and no problem with my tower. My connection hasn’t changed nor has my location and they tell me that “my signal can fluctuate”, I then asked if it is common to have a steady 20mbit LTE signal stop after weeks and give only a 1mbit for weeks after. They were unable to answer and my problem persists. I’m in a low population area and i’m sure the company could care less about my complaint

WOW! This really saved me so many trips to cricket store!
I buy so many phones all the time that having my own sim cards on hand is a must!I prefer using new ones each time even though it is offered to use previous sim cards in new phones now.I seen so many in reviews complaining that these do not work on their phones.Well I am stumped on theirs not working. These are from Cricket itself. I did my research.

IT WORKS!!!!
This was easy to use as long as you follow the instructions. Use a computer or laptop to setup. But this also works on a locked phone for AT&T but you must have active service to make the switch.

Waste.
Bought the sim online so I wouldn’t have to pay a activation fee. The sim didn’t work. Customer service couldn’t even figure out what was wrong. I had to take the store and pay for a new sim plus a $25 activation fee.

Worked for me
I was hesitant to order since I saw several bad reviews, but it worked just fine for me. I called cricket so they could walk me through the change from AT&T to cricket and make sure I did everything correctly and it was a seamless process. At just five dollars a SIM card, it was a good savings compared to doing it in a cricket store. Definitely recommend.

Great value, fast shipping
Great way to save money by purchasing online. Local Cricket store wanted much more plus I even think the person said they would charge an activation fee when purchasing in store. I simply installed this, activated it online and went through the prompts where it issued me a phone number and within minutes I was up and running with a new phone number.

Great Item, only for USA provider setup, not for UK or Canadian purchases
It did not say it had to be set up on a USA based server in order for use.Bought to use in Central America with iPhone and it was cheap but poorly informed about how to set it up before paying for it. $15 rush order on it made it a $22 wasted purchase. But gratefully Amazon is the king of online sales …. created my account with $4.99. Shipping was my cost. I would say, if you have a question, phone! Before purchasing!

50% win rate
I bought two of these sim cards. I needed one immediately, but I wanted to keep one on hand as a backup. Good thing I got two – the first one was dead. I registered it with Cricket and they confirmed that it was activated and that the settings were correct – but only MMS and data worked despite the perfect APN settings. After wasting an hour of my life, I finally gave up and activated the second one. That one worked instantly. It was frustrating to get a dead Sim card. For only $3, it’s not like it broke my bank. It still cost less than buying one Sim at Cricket and paying their $25 activation fee. But I will never get that hour back! If you have trouble activating one of these, assume it’s dead and move on – don’t try troubleshooting something with a manufacturing defect.

Does not work
Not sure why it didn’t work for when i buy it for my parents who were visiting from overseas, i used my debit card for payment but it keeps getting declined (never had that problem with activating any other sim cards before). Tried to contact support but left on hold and then got hung up.

Smooth enough activation process
I needed a Simply Data plan so had to dial the service desk to activate. It took about 5 minutes to get through and 15 minutes to get all the information through and load the account. The agent was friendly and competent.I like the prepaid data plan for my mobile hotspot: it’s transparent, a good deal and great speeds and coverage on the AT&T network.

Great purchase
Saved me a couple dollars buying this through amazon rather than in-store and I couldn’t find any in my local target. I was scared to purchase it from here because I read that it could be expired or hard to install but honestly the installation process was easy and I was able to add a line using an unlocked iPhone X and it worked perfectly fine.In order to install I went on the cricket website And did it through there. (If you don’t know how to install look at a YouTube video, that’s what i did).

Worked for me with a phone call
This wouldn’t activate online, but I called support and they were able to activate my service with this sim card and port my number. It took longer then it would have if I didn’t have to call, but it was all pretty smooth. Support picked up quickly and the rep was nice and helpful. So it’s sorta your mileage may vary with this kit – but it worked for me with a little effort. Worth the $12 saved I guess.

Excellent
It is exactly as described. When I bought a few phones to upgrade my old ones, I had to get these smaller sim cards. They are legit cricket products. I’d have to drive 150 miles to the nearest cricket store, but this option made my life so much easier. Called to activate months ago with their friendly customer service and forgot I had them. I was reviewing some other product and realized I hadn’t reviewed this. A good product makes life easier. This product does that. Haven’t had to worry about it at all.

Worked out for me.
I am just a dude who hasn’t been in any network in a free years, took time off the cell phone phase. However, coming back to needing a network, this was install, and av screen popped up, followed the instructions, was easy and don’t in about 5 minutes. It’s nice being able to call out, text, and use my internet at will. I personally picked the highest speeds and unlimited data for the $60, with an auto pay -$5 off per month.Worth it.

Long process to activate
After waiting quite a while for a text message, the link went to a web page where I carefully entered in the phone IMEI number for my phone and ICCID number for the SIM. I was next asked for my userid and password for MyCricket and evidently I or Cricket had changed the password since I wrote in down. A half hour later I rekeyed everything in only to end up with Activation cannot be completed online, please call toll free number. I called and the poor lady had to key everything in all over again, but finally I was activated. In retrospect, I wish I had bought a SIM cutter, so I could have cut my old card down to nano size. Or possibly bought a SIM for $10 from Cricket and hope that could be activated on line. Hopefully I won’t have to go through this for 3 years or so.The card worked fine electronically and the price was right. It is the activation process that earned the rating.

You might need to call Tech support.
I got this and added my 5th line to my Cricket plan. So lets just say I am not a rookie at this. We have two other of the exact same phone on cricket and when i setup this sim it worked… but slowly and I couldn’t setup visual voicemail. The new line could send txts, but not receive them. I called tech support and they reset the line and everything worked fine. So be aware… you can do everything right, and still need to talk to tech support with this.

Save $ order from Amazon not Cricket
Amazon always has these SIM cards on sale so you’ll find them anywhere from $2.95-4.99. I have 6 lines with cricket and purchased all 6 sim cards from Amazon. If you order directly from Cricket website they charge you $10 and it’s a pain to order just the sim and not a phone. They will also charge you a $35 activation fee per line (same thing in the cricket store)I purchased all of my phones on Amazon along with the sim cards. It was easy to go online and activate them and choose my plan ( 6 lines unlimited data with no throttling for $160) You can’t beat it. Cricket is owned by AT&T and where I’m located you need either AT&T or Verizon.Lastly the sim card comes perforated sonit will for all 3 common sizes.

No Issues When Activating My Phone
I purchased a new phone, and needed a new sim card to get this phone activated. I was a little hesitant to purchase, due to the negative reviews stating these cards weren’t activated. I took a chance in thinking, that maybe they weren’t being set up correctly. Upon activating my phone, I called Cricket for assistance. She asked me for a bar code number, located on your packaging, and a code from my phone. She asked me to turn phone off, and break down and insert the sim card to nano size; which is what my phone used. She then said that she was activating the phone, and asked me to make a phone call. The phone call worked! Good experience for me.

The one thing I just love about Cricket is they run off ATT tower’s have reliable service and singing up for bring your own phone was the easiest ever out of several cheaper companies they do far better with there ease of setting up your account and setting and configurations was all a breeze. Save your money when it comes to cheaper competitors because cheapest isn’t alway’s better. It can be a huge let down and headache. Just go with the best and save yourself the frustration believe me because I was a cricket customer and decided to try the cheaper few and it was a huge agravation and waste of time and money. I ended up right back to Cricket…quality and ease of service counts so I am very satisfied and staying with a company that is fair w prices and awesome service.

I love cricket. Best wireless carrier I’ve ever used by far.
Switched over from a regular at&t account to cricket that we were paying about 150.00 for two phones per month. The switch from at&t was seamless and took maybe ten minutes on the phone with their support. Their customer service is easily by far among the best and most knowledgable that I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. There’s some costs associated with other methods of activation but the phone activation was free for us when we lit these sims up, so try the phone activation first. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went.We went from about 150.00 for two phones to 100.00 for 4 phones per month. It was so cheap that I decided to migrate our old landline to cricket and got a fourth line with them just casue we could and it was only ten bucks a month. It’s one of those experiences where you don’t mind paying the provider of the service every month because their support is great and they deliver value for the money you pay and do it all at such a fair reasonable cost – especially in comparison to what we were paying previously with at&t.Couldn’t be happier.

Used it to upgrade to a new phone
I bought a boxed Cricket Moto G6 Forge with the intention to upgrade my old Moto E2. However, I discovered too late that the G6 SIM slot only accepts NANO SIMs, while my Moto E2 uses a Micro SIM, which cannot be split into a smaller nano card. The Cricket agent I chatted with told me I would have to replace the old SIM with the universal kit (her at Amazon called “Cricket Wireless 3-in-1 SIM Kit “) to do the upgrade.I went to Cricket’s site, but it didn’t allow me to purchase the universal sim kit without adding a plan, and all I wanted was to be able to upgrade to the new phone. Which was odd, since the site says that “If your SIM card is lost or damaged or you want to switch to another device that uses a different size SIM card, you can quickly order one online. Simply log in to My Account and select get a new SIM card.”Unfortunately that information is woefully outdated. When I clicked the link next to my old Moto E in the “Plans & Services” section, it said “We can’t replace SIMs online.” Which is kind of a bother since there are no physical Cricket stores in Puerto Rico, where I currently live. Actually, you can’t even find neither Cricket phones nor BYOP cards at the local Walmarts here, which is extremely odd.So, fast forward to another chat, and the agent told me I could order the kit from Amazon, which came in three sizes and thus could use it to move from the old phone to the newer one. Once the kit arrived by mail, I chatted with Cricket again. They suggested at first to use the automated system at their site. However, because of my earlier experience (where the automated system only processed NEW accounts with NEW plans, not phone upgrades), and not wanting to waste any more time jumping through hoops, I insisted I preferred that the agent walked me though the process. After 5-10 more minutes, the upgrade was complete. So, it was a long wait, but I’m fully satisfied not only with the kit but with Cricket’s customer service.

Great way to bring Cricket service to your existing phone. Easy to use.
I had gotten a new phone, and having been happy with Cricket over the past couple of years I decided to get another plan for it. This package was really easy to add to your phone, letting you choose what worked best for your area. You can then go in and select which plan you want.Really easy to use and affordable. Great way to bring your Cricket service to your existing phone without visiting a store location.

Nice, but there is one little detail
The sim card arrived before the scheduled date, there is one little detail but it is on cricket plans. If you want to get a only data plan, at first instance you won’t be allowed to do that from the web page, you have to call to cricket customer services, what I did is to get on of the plans offered in the web page during activation and then I changed it to 100gb simply data through cricket app.The other issue that I found, is that for data sharing to other device, you must have a hotspot only device, you cannot share data if you are using a phone or tablet. I tried with a galaxy tab s4. I checked the compatibily, on the web page using the IMEI and it said it was compatible, but i was not able to share data, I called to customer services, and they said that you must install the sim card in a hotspot only devices. So if that is your intention you need to spend some time and money to get a compatible hotspot, but if you no need to share data, it works flawlessly

How could I have not come across this not so hidden gem sooner…
I came across cricket looking for a new service after canceling My T-mobile. I have never even heard of this before I ordered it. This is the best service I have ever had. THE BEST! If I knew what I knew now I wouldn’t have even canceled my account I would have just switched over.In layman’s terms: I popped in the sim; went to cricketwireless.com/activation (totally convenient and self explanatory); I put in the required info: IMEI# and SIM#; selected a plan; inputted billing and credit card information; created a user account and BOOM cricket is now my service provider! Took the entire process about 10mins and I literally was surfing the web seconds later. I even later on went on to add a few more lines for my kids and they did not even have to switch their numbers. That process was just as convenient!I have had every cell service available over the years, literally every single one, nynex, sprint, verizon, boost, etc., you name it I had it. From my chirp, Motorola razor and even iphone 3 which now seems ancient. Every sim kit I have ever purchased I have had to go to a store; speak to a representative via phone or chatbox(which usually forwarded me to a phone number). I LOVE THE MILLENNIUM! Wholehearted introvert! I had to downsize everything during this pandemic, which has been a curse and blessing in disguise. I use it with my Umidigi dual sim cell, which isn’t too bad either. Order it! You will be thankful and I promise you will never look back! #founditonamazon

I’m writing this review to be silly. It’s a SIM card.
As the title says, I’m writing this to be silly; it’s a SIM card. There’s nothing super special about it, other than I had to buy one because Cricket upgraded their network and apparently the prior one wasn’t going to remain compatible. It’s a tiny piece of plastic, sure, but it’s not like you get choices with SIM cards. Most cell phones today accept one size, this one – the smallest dang SIM card that’s made. The SIM card that barely has plastic around the gold contacts. It’s cut and shaped correctly to fit … well, every phone. On the off-chance you have a phone that takes a larger card and is still compatible with Cricket, it comes with adapters to make up the difference and secure the card where it belongs in the tray.Short version? If Cricket is your carrier and you don’t have a SIM card, this is what you buy. There aren’t options.

Need cell service? Get it!
Cricket is owned by AT&T so it run off of their network. Meaning you get better coverage then any other network.I live in BFE maine, and I get better coverage!Plus, it’s 45 bucks a month. I added 30gb hotspot and international call for 5.65 bucks a month! Done! Don’t search the site. Go to AT&T service area. Cause if you go to cricket it will say no coverage. Oh yeah. For 10 bucks get the sim. Just make sure your phone is open. Especially from T-Moble, Verizon or US cellular. They are going to say you can’t, but you can! Don’t wast money on another service!!!!

DIY SIM Card for Cricket Wireless worked perfectly
Purchased for four dollars, this was just what I needed to activate my unlocked Sony Xperia XZ1 smartphone on the Cricket Wireless network. The kit is the same one that Cricket would send to you if you purchased a phone from them or ordered service with a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) phone.Inside the activation, the kit is the SIM card that you will need to put into your phone. Be sure to check first with Cricket to make sure your phone will work on the network, and if you’re going to be porting your existing number to Cricket – don’t cancel service on your other phone before doing so. (I switched from Virgin Mobile to Cricket and needed my account number and security code to complete the transfer.)If you get a new number from Cricket or if you use your old number it’s still a fairly easy process. You can do all the activation online as long as you don’t run into problems putting the SIM into the phone. If so, you may need to take this kit and the phone to a local Cricket dealer to get yourself started.

Very easy to install in cellphone
This is just a sim card but when I took it out of the package the little box was opened & torn at the bottom which made me think this was tampered with. I was afraid the sim card wasn’t in there, however it was in there but packaging something this small the Amazon warehouse workers have to be very careful. Anywho the sim card works and I am pleased but not the way it was packaged inside.

Easy to install and set up and no activation fees!
So I had Metro Pcs and needed to switch 4 lines over to cricket. I called the store and was told it would be $9.99 for a sim card plus a $25 activation fee for each line on top of 1st month’s service. So taking a chance I bought 4 of these sim cards while they were on sale for $5.99.I received them the next day and installed one into my main phone and did the online activation. It was a little tricky signing up, and I wasn’t sure how to add and activate the other lines on my new account. Not wanting to mess things up, I decided to call Cricket and a representative finished the whole process of adding and activating the remaining lines for me. It took about an hour, but everything worked out smoothly and I didn’t have to pay the extra $25 per line activation fee!
