Not fleece lined
Hat is not fleece lined. Material is doubled up and sewn together on top with 4 large stitches. Its too stretchy and large, so it doesn’t fit well.

Perfect for 11yo
This is perfect for my 11yo, and he loves the red color. This is probably our 3rd Columbia Whirlibird Stocking Cap (kids lose things sometimes), and I’m always please with the quality, fit, and warmth.

Warm but the sizing is a little off
Love that the blue hat matches my sons new blue Columbia winter coat. We also bought the grey one to have an extra hat, since we always seem to lose one each winter. It is super warm and cozy with the fleece interior and knit exterior. It is a beanie but it still seems small on my 6-year olds head. Also the fleece interior seems a little big because it sticks out and bubbles up over the knit exterior. A small sizing adjustment by Columbia would make this the perfect hat.

Size not properly listed, it fits adults with very large heads
This item was listed in infants, and I ordered it for my 10 month old grandson, it’s large enough to fit his father. I just went back to look and see what I missed, there, in tiny light grey letters, is “boys 8 -11 yrs”. That should have been much more prominent, especially since I had specific filters set for infant. They fly out Saturday, so no time to exchange.

Nice basic beanie
This is a nice basic beanie. It’s not overly thick, just the standard knit style. Our son has a little larger head than average for a five year old and this beanie is slightly large on him. Overall though I’m happy with it and he really likes it.
