When it comes to men’s sleepwear options, there are only a few that capture the true essence of in-home, lounge wear, befitting the modern man, especially when he is leisure and at play. Fruit of the Loom Men’s Woven Broadcloth Sleep Pant is the kind of sleep pant that you put on and never want to take off. You’ll find yourself reluctantly removing them in the morning when it’s time for work. When the weekend comes, though, it’s all about the woven sleep pant! The pants keep you warm and snuggly throughout the day and night. The relaxed fit is perfect for either hanging around the house or tackling any projects on your to-do list. With two side slit pockets with plenty of storage space (for the remote control, your mobile phone and a few random knick-knacks here and there), you can stay on the couch without having to get up, except maybe when it’s time to fix a snack or a meal. The elasticized waistband with the hidden twill tape draw cord gives you the freedom to adjust the fit as needed. Fruit of the Loom has truly hit it out of the ballpark with these woven broadcloth pants, ideal for the modern man.

Very thin
Not what I had expected. Very thin. Reminds me of cheap, boxer style fabric. Very disappointed.

Comfy but shoddily made
I ordered these as a replacement for “the same” pants I’d ordered off Amazon almost a decade ago, that finally kicked the bucket, worn threadbare. The new ones were smaller than the older version by about one size (which was fine, I wear them baggy as pajama pants and they were still baggy, just worth noting for others thinking about buying). They were also noticeably flimsier fabric, which I also didn’t mind because I like lightweight sleepwear. The star-deductions are because I’ve had them about a month, worn them a total of 10 nights or less, washed them on low temp air dry 4 times, and they already have a hole in the seam. I’m bummed about it because I don’t mind paying for quality, I just hate the disposable clothing cycle and want my clothes to last. I’ll hand mend these and keep them as long as my sewing skills are adequate, but I won’t be buying again.

Women may like these too. Lightweight, with pockets!
Found these on sale and bought a pair. Tried them on and immediately bought a pair in every other color I could find in my size (M).Very lightweight and breathable. Not see through. There is one button on the fly so they don’t gap open. You may want to tack down the rest of the fly with a stitch or two, but I don’t think it’s necessary. The fabric is a 60/40 (or thereabouts) cotton poly. Not the most luxurious fabric, but soft enough for me. The deep pockets are much appreciated. You can fit a cell phone/pair of glasses easily. The waistband and all seams are very well sewn – double stitched and secure. I’m 5′ 8″ and normally wear a size 8-10 and the medium fit perfect. The inseam is 29 1/2-30″ ( I found some slight variation in the ones I received) long enough for me without dragging on the floor. These are woven cotton/poly and do not stretch. If you are between sizes, definitely consider sizing up. Even though they are well stitched, too much strain on the thin fabric will eventually cause them to rip. My upper thighs are 24″ and I notice a little strain on some of the inside thigh stitches. But since I’m starting to lose some of my covid lockdown weight (boy, did I get lazy!), I think I’ll be ok. I dont know about other sizes, but if you have thick/ muscular thighs, consider sizing up. I’ve been hand washing these – easy to do, they’re so thin – and hanging them to dry. They dry completely in a couple hours. There was some excess dye run-off the first couple washes but it doesn’t affect the color. I’m very happy with this purchase and will be keeping my eye out for new patterns/colors. Nighty-night!

I loved the colors and they fit just right. But I did find the part by the feet seemed a bit wider than others. Besides that they were great

Comfort and quality
I bought these for one of my sons. They are basically p.j. pants but he can go to the mailbox in them to get our mail. He wore them all summer with a t shirt because they are quite lightweight and he doesn’t like shorts. They are a nice color way and he finds them comfortable.

Hard to move in. Even with larger than needed size.
No stretch whatsoever and I order the size extra big so I wouldn’t have to worry about no stretching being a problem. Well still uncomfortable. I don’t wear them unless it’s all I have clean. BUT I also am a woman so my curves aren’t in the right places

Don’t shrink but seems like a guy would be uncomfortable, idk
I’m tired of my sleep pants becoming capris after a couple of seasons…. so I bought a pair of men’s sleep pants awhile back and loved them. (I’m a girl, but hear me out guys, you might want the last part of this review) These are not them. They’re ok. Fabric is fine, a bit stiff, but fine after several washes. The length is good and slightly long (5 foot 2 – totally expected and wanted that) No shrinking even with washing! The biggest problem is that it is tight in the front. I would assume that there would be more room there… the other ones were fine… these had no give in that area- hip to hip all the way across the front. It was uncomfortable for me, probably not comfy for a guy. Just sayin’

NOT QUITE WANT I WANTED!
I returned these as they just were not what I wanted. I think the size of XL ran small. They are much light wight than I anticipation. And I am sure they would shrink some. Was going to exchange at first. But decided to just go another way I returned this item!

The size and the pattern was great but the fabric is too thin, if you like your pajamas with light and thin material then get em.

Upsize if you have thighs
I like the materials and pockets, but needed to return my first pair and upsize from L to XL due to thigh muscles. This makes the pants feel somewhat tent size in the waist, but I don’t mind that when sleeping. These are definitely made with medium to thin size legs in mind.

The seams are beginning to come undone.
The pair of PJs is slightly flimsy but comfortable. The stiching though is beginningto unravel in a few stops. I don’t expect it will last longer that 6-9 months.

Ripped the first wear!
Cheap, thin! You get what you pay for! Bought XL 2-pack for my husband. The one pair seems to be fine. The other ripped his first wear, not even at the seam. 2 stars is only because the one pair seems OK, but I’m very unhappy he couldn’t even wear the blue pair, so it was a waste of money.

The size chart says the Small has a 32″ inseam… It DOES NOT; it is just 30″

Nope…not for me.
Thought I would try these out since they were cheap and I don’t have any “traditional” pajama pants. They fit good BUT they do are not “stretchy” in the right places. These bottoms are very thin and have absolutely no give to them period. I am 100% positive that the crotch will rip right out of these without much effort. I am a bigger guy and need these to be much more roomy if they are going to fit and not flex like a stuffy button up collared shirt. That being said they would probably work for a normal size (thinner/smaller) person. I ended up buying some jersey knit bottoms that are WAY BETTER as far as fit and feel so I will be purchasing another pair of those. I will probably just give these pair away.

Great pants, but the button was positioned by a person with special needs
The amount of times I have flashed my family or my thing has slipped out is beyond count. They should have added an extra button, or located the button centrally. As it stands, the button is too high. So much so that I don’t need to unfasten it to go to the bathroom at night.

Really nice
Hard to find nice woven XLT pants like this. These are very good quality, fit me well after washing (6’4” 235#). They’re a great lighter alternative to fleece or sweats. I bought 2 and am glad I did.

Basic Pajama Pants
The pajama pants are fine. They’re basic pajama pants that you can purchase anywhere. The description said they were “tall” so I was expecting a longer length. That’s the only reason, I’m not totally satisfied.

The inseam on these is 1 1/2 – 2 inches too short
While I was impressed with the fabric, the color patterns, and the softness, when I tried these on, they were a good 1 1/2 inches shorter in length than any other pair of LARGE men’s bottoms I have ever purchased. Further, after wearing them, they do slightly stretch, however the stretch is illusory, as the elastic in the waistband isn’t near enough to effectively serve properly

Very Inconsistent Sizing
Absolutely inconsistent in sizing from pair to pair. I’ve purchased a couple of different sizes and they’re all hugely different. If you purchase the 2 pack, be prepared to no consistency. Both are hugely different. I’ve found XL packaging and L packaging to be this way. Hit and miss, not worth the time or money. Poor manufacturing process control and a brand that clearly doesn’t care. Don’t waste your money like I have.

Comfort and fit
When I first purchased the pj’s, I thought the fabric felt a bit stiff but after washing, they are very soft and comfortable. I highly recommend them. The quality, fit, and comfort are outstanding. I note in the sizing. I am 6’2” with a waist of 36-38. The chart would put me at a smaller size but xxl was the size I needed.

Smaller than expected – size up
A good bit disappointed. I love the fabric and style. The tie is actually long enough to tie. I don’t care for flannel or fleece and was pleasantly surprised by the material. It’s urface feel is like that of an Oxford shirt only lighter weight. On the down side. They are cut with little room in the seat and so they pull a little tight across the hips. The legs, particularly the thighs are not as full as I would want. I bought a large for my 38″ waist which is what I wear in jeans and casual pants. These will do but if I were to order again I’d try an XL hoping to get enough room in the seat. Not sure that will do the trick since it appears that they really were not cut to have seat room.

Good for warmer weather
I got these as a Christmas gift. They look nice; I like the pattern. They run slightly on the small side through the hips. I was disappointed in the thickness of the material. They are really thin! The material is not soft. They would be fine for warm weather pajamas but not warm at all.

Tore
I ordered larger than my size normally is and still ended up with these tearing. The fabric is SUPER thin and has absolutely no stretch or forgiveness. I don’t expect my pajamas to be durable work out wear or anything crazy, but I do expect my pajama pants to be intact in the morning when I wake up. These simply were not. They were okay for the few hours they lasted, but they simply weren’t made to last.
