Good value for intended purpose
Liked the shirt so much that I ordered another. I use the shirts almost exclusively when surfing. Great shirt for sun protection. Seems to hold up well and is very comfortable. Definitely a good value. I’m usually between a shirt size L and XL depending on the manufacturer. I purchased both shirts in size L which is true to size. The shirt fits me slightly trimmer than I would prefer for every day wear but perfect for being in water.

That the original order never showed up… the replacement order was received and is acceptable.
I never received the first shipment. I ended up cancelling it and they sent a replacement order.We did receive the replacement order. The product is what we expected and we are happy with the second delivery. Now hopefully they will close this out and not try and charge me again. Sometimes these “Cancelled” orders are considered returns. But you can return what you never received. Ok.. done with my rant.

Big & Tall – perfect fit
My husband is 6′, 325 lbs and I got him a 4X which is the size he typically wears and feels most comfortable in (even though he’s lost over 100lbs). It fits him without being too loose fitted.

Nice shirt but undersized (buy big, real big)
After reading a few reviews, I ordered a 3x long and a 4x (as others have done). After trying them both on, I found little difference between the two, so I placed one on top of the other and found the 4x may have been an eighth of an inch wider (if that) than the 3x long. The 3x was about 3/4ths of an inch longer. I grabbed a 2x cotton T-shirt I’ve had for a while (been washed a bunch) and fresh off the shelf it was both longer and wider than either of these new shirts.I found the shirt to be fairly comfortable and much, much better than a cotton T when wet. These shirts don’t hold much water and therefore don’t get heavy and all out of shape. I’ve toweled off without removing the shirt and was fine to sit around or walk back to the house. They seem to dry quickly and don’t glue themselves to you when they’re wet. If you’ve ever been in a cotton T coming out of the water on a cool, breezy day, you know you can sometimes get a cold wet surprise across your back; this is not an issue with this shirt, but make no mistake, this is not a garment for warmth. When dry, it’s about like not having a shirt on at all.

Big neck
I kept the swim shirt despite the oversized, loose neck on this shirt. It serves its purpose but not the best. I will probably try another brand next summer.

Pretty good for the price, beware of sizing
I’m usually a XL-2XL depending on the fabric. The first shirt I had to return because I ordered in a 2X and it was too small. 3X ended up being a good fit.Overall the quality is great and holds up to chlorine and was cycles. Just be mindful of the size and maybe go up if you’re on the fence.

Matches the KANU swim trucks
Fit well, lightweight and the color matches their swim trunks. Only grip I have is the neck line is very open & wide. I bought two & they both match nicely. A chest pocket would be a great option to add if they could do that.

The uv protection is legit. Fit is comfortably loose. Clings to the body when wet. Dries pretty quickly. only critique is that in white the label printed on inside near rear collar shows through.

All day in the sun, and no sunburn.
Update: 7/13/16I have been using this shirt regularly in the south Florida sun. We moved here last July. We go to the beach and we have a community pool next to our home. Our lives revolve around water. I do not care for putting on sun screen every couple of hours. I don’t like how it feels on my skin. I don’t like the muss and fuss. I don’t like having to be totally dry for the application to be effective. This shirt allows me to only have to put sunscreen on my arms legs and face. If I am going to be in the water mostly, I only need to put it on my arms and face. I also wear a hat, so I do not have to put as much sunscreen on my face. I would much rather be the guy at the pool or beach with a swim shirt on, than the guy at the dermatologist, getting a spot cut off, and hoping and praying its benign. Plus swim shirts aren’t nearly as faux pas as a t shirt.No sun burns for my first year of south Florida living. I call that a win. We also make our children wear swim shirts when swimming before 6pm.These run a little large. I would call it loose fit. So if you want it a more fitted fit, get a size smaller. I am 6.0 and 215. i ordered a medium. It is much more fitted. A medium is a bit short for my liking, but I rather have that, than loose fitting.Update, I was able to wear this all day in direct July sun. It was hot, and sunny, with the sun reflecting off the water. I applied no sun screen to my covered areas, and I had no issues of sun bleed through. this shirt worked great for preventing over exposure. It also odes a nice job of cooling you off. If you start to get warm, splash a little water on it and you cool right down.I would like it to be longer, but other than that it fits great.

Nice shirt
So I usually buy 3x t shirts and I read the reviews so I went and bought a 4x and it fits perfectly, fits me just the same way as my regular t shirts. I tried it out in the shower, because it’s currently January and there’s really nowhere to swim around here in January, and it clings to you so much it makes an air tight seal, so it’s hard to pull it off your chest because air can’t get in to fill the space. You’ll have to pull it from the bottom or the neck. Kinda hard to take it off when it is wet, wring it out and put it back on, you will get a lot of water out but it still will cling to you, maybe it will dry faster outside in the sun and heat and breeze rather than in the bathroom. Not really sure how long it takes to dry, or how good it protects you from the sun, but I’ll hopefully find out this summer. Overall I love this shirt. Acts like a normal t shirt when it’s dry, and you can wear it in the water without ruining it, and you can walk around on the beach without being self conscious about your beer belly. I just recommend that whatever t shirt size you usually wear, go a size bigger if you like a loose fit.

Really Nice Swim Shirt! But…
This is a really nice swim shirt but it did run small. So make sure to upsize by one. My husband normally wears a medium but the medium didn’t fit so I swapped it out for a large and it fit perfectly. The shirt is very well made. We’re looking forward to wearing it in our upcoming vacation. I’ll update more then…

GREAT fit, style and durability! For the price, buy two!
Middle-aged dad here who has both gained some baby weight in the last few years and developed a big disdain for skin cancer. Bought this to wear at the beach this summer in the ocean for both protection and cover-up. Those six-pack abs are not what they used to be and I would like to lessen the slather of chemicals that my wife insists on rubbing me down with.* * THINGS I LIKED * *(+) Nice fit, somewhat tailored but not tight. I did buy a 4XL when I normally wear a 3XL but that is because I didn’t want it to fit like a wet suit top and show off all my beach-curves.(+) Nice material.. it is definitely synthetic, but after multiple all-day wears and multiple washings, it hasn’t snagged or pilled and still looks great.(+) Good protection from the rays. Wearing it allowed me to reduce the chemical sun-block to just my face, head, neck, arms and legs, and believe it when I say that is a big improvement.(+) Great value for the price.* * THINGS THAT COULD BE BETTER * *(-) Not much, really… maybe better color choices? But all in all, it is a casual-style shirt that would work being worn into a food establishment.. it doesn’t SCREAM beach style and could be tucked into dockers or canvas shorts for dinner.* * PURCHASE RECOMMENDATION * *Absolutely, buy a few in multiple colors…. you won’t regret it and your skin will thank you. Totally worth the money. Was in the sun for hours and had excellent sun protection as well as good wash-ability post ocean. Salt water did nothing to the quality. True to size, great fit and comfortable. Also great at hiding that unsightly baby weight I gained through each of my wife’s pregnancies.

These type of shirts typically are tight and clingy. This shirt doesn’t do that. I bought 2 more. True size or slightly larger, which is great when wet.

Great rashguard for the money, wish it would dry faster
Fits very well and is very comfortable. I’m 5’11”, 190 lbs. The shirt is cut close to the body but loose enough so that it doesn’t look like I’m wearing a wetsuit. There isn’t so much fabric that it doesn’t “sail” around in the pool either. A nice amount of fabric to hide my beer belly but not look like I’m wearing a circus tent. Definitely provides UV protection and I don’t put any sunscreen on my chest/abdomen when wearing this shirt and I haven’t suffered any sunburn yet.The material is a little thicker than the rashguard I bought from Target and this looks more durable at a lower price! The stitching is nice and hasn’t unraveled after near daily use last summer. However, it has somehow slowly stretched in length somehow over time and it’s a bit too long. The fabric does tend to “hold” onto the water a bit, so maybe that has stretched it a bit over time. It does appear to dry relatively quickly once I am out the water. That being said, I’ve worn it a few times as an exercise shirt and worked OK, but definitely not a true performance wicking workout shirt.

This runs way too small.
I ordered this for my 62 year old brother. He normally wears medium, so that’s what I ordered. He was able to squeeze into it but looked like an overstuffed sausage. The arms & upper body were fine, but the torse was incredibly tight. It was nice and soft but I’m sending it back for a large.I can’t really say if it provides any sun protection yet but will come back & update the review after we get the replacement & try it in the pool. He’s got pale Irish skin & red hair, so he sunburns badly. I’m hoping this will offer protection.Adding on Nov 22, 2023: It does provide sun protection! The replacement arrived & fit him much better. He enjoyed swimming in the pool with my daughter & I over the summer & his body & shoulders never became sunburned. It was comfortable & soft, & it looked good on him.

Great sun protection shirt!
I bought this shirt for my son to use while we were on vacation in Florida this year. He really liked it, and had no complaints about it being too hot in July at the beach. It was a little big on him, and if I order it again I will get one size smaller. The shirt dries quickly once out of the water. Very lightweight and he did not get sunburn.

Good Coverage

Great For Hiding My Belly
Nobody really needs the punishment of having to gaze at my pasty white gut, except my wife I guess….
