Great so far
I used to use the thicker otter case, but I rarely drop my phone so it just added extra bulk and weight. Eventually that old case fell apart and the rubber got destroyed. I like this new case. Looks great and I like the thickness of it.I took one star off because the thicker case has a hole showing the apple logo. I don’t care about showing the logo, but I did like using that hole as an ancor point. It helped me hold on to the phone while talking so that it doesn’t slip away. I wish this case had that little hole.

Nice Case
Good case, love otter boxes, and the gold color stands apart from other family members. Got it on sale for around $20, which seems worth it to me given the cost of the whole phone – my last otter box lasted for about 5 years before wearing out at the charging port area.

I really like this case…
It fits well and doesn’t block any phone operations or connections. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t last quite as long as I expected. Probably has something to do with keeping it in my pants pocket most of the time. The previous one I had lasted a little over three years. Still would buy again.

i SWEAR by this phone case
I got the clear glitter phone case when I got my new iPhone XR a couple of years ago and I’ve never used any other case. I’m notorious for dropping my phone and on my previous iPhones, I’ve had to have the screen replaced more times than I can count (probably once every 6 months or so). But after using this case paired with a glass screen protector, I haven’t had a cracked screen in going on 4 years!! I do usually have to replace the case and screen protector every year and a half or so due to discoloration (it does start yellowing after a while of use, but my phone is yellow so that doesn’t really bother me too much) as well as dropping it so many times that the case has cracked, but I’d rather have to pay a little over $40 for a new case and screen protector every 1.5 years than have to pay $200+ to get my screen fixed every 6 months! I highly recommend this case!Also, not only does it protect your phone really well, but it’s lightweight/not bulky so it’s very easy to hold and to put in a pocket. Do yourself a favor and buy this case!

It’s Otterbox.
Sometimes things are name-brand for a reason. It’s slim, feels good to hold, and can handle being dropped. Might want to get a screen protector, though, as it doesn’t protect the front (doesn’t lose rating because it isn’t advertised as having a front.).

Love it
When I bought my new iPhone 4 yrs ago, this Otterbox was the best case out there, but I could only find it in black. So I was thrilled when I saw it in yellow. There are also other colors that are very nice. The one I had in black was great, kept my phone really safe, through numbers of droppings. But it made the phone hard to find…my couch and kitchen table are dark brown, my car seats are black leather! So I am excited that this yellow case will make it easier for me to spot wherever I leave it! And I know it will keep it safe just like my old black case did. It is exactly the same. And the price was actually a lot better.

Best phone case I’ve ever owned!
It looks great on my red phone! I bought the same exact case when I purchased my iPhone XR and have used it for probably three years. I was so happy when this case came and it was the same exact case and quality. The sparkles add some bling to your phone and the case protects your phone from falls. At least it has mine. The rubber on the front edge of the case keeps it from sliding off of hard surfaces as well. I would highly recommend! also, the case is not as bulky as some of the other OtterBox cases are.

I love this case!!!
When I decided to get my new iPhone XR, I knew that I had to protect it with the best because with the price, it’s actually an investment. Otter box has the best reputation for protecting phones. Even though I knew that I needed the protection, I was actually a little hesitant to get an Otter box because they’ve always been on the bulky side. Until now!!! The sole reason that I bought this case is because it’s a new thin design. When the case was delivered, the packaging was very sturdy and the case was well protected. According to the package, it’s “sleek protection.” There were no scratches or imperfections on the case. There’s a 7 year warranty on the case, this is according to the product information included in the case. The unexpected part was the glitter effect of the case. Normally I just buy a solid color, and honestly wasn’t interested in the glitter. I ended up getting the red XR and when the case was put on my phone, it was beautiful. My granddaughter said it looked like Christmas. Even after a month of carrying the phone and accidentally dropping it on the tile floor in the kitchen, it’s still protecting my phone. It hasn’t scratched or scuffed with the normal wear and tear of daily use. So if you want protection that comes with more than a decade of a great reputation, a great price, beautiful appearance, and a sleek fit, this is the case for you.

Overall Good Case
I drop my phone very often, so I wanted to get a good case and this one does the job pretty well! It’s gotten a few scratches, but the texture of the material makes them practically invisible. The iPhone buttons are easy to press and the ringer easy to switch, especially for me since my nails are very short and some phone cases are too thick for me to easily reach.The one thing I dislike about this case is the grip. If I put the phone on my (clothed) thighs or any non-flat surface, it’s likely that it’ll start slipping. Other than that, great case!

Does the job
What a great little case for the price. I’ve dropped my phone several times and not a scratch. It’s thin, which is a nice change from the big thick otterbox I was using. I do miss the rubbery feel of the other thicker case—this slides around a lot. I like that it can slip into my pocket though so it’s a good trade off. I’d buy it again.

Fits iPhone XR, Provides Good Protection
I bought this as a quick, temporary replacement for my iPhone XR until I upgraded. Shipped and delivered quickly, and fit nicely on my iPhone XR. It’s a little difficult to get on and off, but once it’s on, it’s very secure and snug. I dropped it a few times with this case on and had no issues. The lip around the screen also comes up enough to provide protection, even with a screen protector on, which I appreciate. I like the texture on the back as well, making it less likely to slip out of your hands while still being smooth. The rubber edges provide a good amount of protection while the case itself doesn’t feel like silicone/rubber and is smooth to the touch. By the end of my time using it, it had a few scuffs here and there, but not any that you could see unless you were specifically looking for marks. I love the Otterbox Symmetry cases, and the fact they’re not as bulky as the Defender series while still providing protection. Would recommend for anybody looking for a case for their iPhone XR (even though they’re old and outdated, I know) on short notice.

Decent, but not my fave
I love the color and the sleek design. The only thing I don’t like is how smooth this case is. I definitely drop my phone a lot more often with this case than my previous case which had a grippier surface finish and didn’t slip out of my hand or slide off a table as often.

Most likely the best of the best – Nanny recommended – kiddie proof your phone with OtterBox
I have used OtterBox since 2001.I was a nanny for newborn to 3-year olds. They loved playing with my phone, looking at the pics, chewing on it, throwing it, etc. Most people would never let these kids play with their phone, but to me a phone is just a phone, it can be replaced and if kept the kids happy so be it. But with the OtterBox even you might let kids play with your phone. The OtterBox never even got a crack much less break. And my phone has NEVER been damaged.I also worked for Shipt for 2 years and if I didn’t drop my phone more than 25 times I wasn’t working. I’m on my 2nd OtterBox only because I got a new phone and wanted a different color.You can’t go wrong with OtterBox !

This is my third one!
I must love this case because I keep repurchasing it. The sparkles are so cute and it is a really protective case. I use it in conjunction with a screen protector and have not had any damage to my phone (knock on wood). I’m very rough on my phone, so I have cracked the case after enough drops or taking the case on and off. I will say that after a while, the silicone edges/bumpers do start to brown, which is part of the reason that I keep buying a new one.

Holds up as anticipated
My first purchase was Sept 2020. I made it almost three years of use with my first-purchased case, so I just replaced it with the exact same one again. Eventually the plastic around the buttons and seams broke through but even then, the case held up for months. There was discoloration and the case did turn a brownish hue with time on the borders of the phone.

Great cute case but mine arrived with a crack on the inside along the edge but it’s not a huge deal just annoying. I didn’t notice it until like a month of using it. I drop my phone all the time and so far it’s done the job!

Durable, sleek
I have been an OtterBox user for years, but have historically only used the defender series. On a whim, I decided to try out this design. Overall, it seems to offer the same protection with a much more compact design. It also slides in and out of my pockets with ease—something the defender series cases did not always do well.
